Aug 2017We spent 7 weeks in this condo which we chose from the Internet website.
For a long term stay it was a mistake:
- We asked to be relocated and were told nothing available
- BAD odor
-Can be scalded in both showers...No where to go when anyone else uses water
-Screens to deck fall off rail/not mobile
-Cook stove: Oven dirty & cook top burners do not cook/set even
-Housekeeping: Dirty windows & shelves under windows in bedrooms
-Bedroom Curtains: Missing drapery hooks
-Bedding: Dirty mattress covers
The property manager assisted in correcting some of these issues.

Mar 2018We rented this condo for 5 nights and absolutely loved it!!! It was perfect for our family of four. Phenomenal views from the windows/ balcony. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! We skied for three days and this condo is conveniently located to town and Copper Mountain. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Dec 2019Verify good experience. We like the view and the location. The only thing is some weird noise at night, which I guess might be the heater. But overall experience is excellent. We will be back.

Feb 2018This unit is easy access from parking, new carpet, bedding and shower curtains. Very clean big sliding windows expose great view. Kitchen well stocked with all you need except your groceries. When it snowed, our parking lot was cleared early and often. They also do a good job on the main road. Good TV too. WIFI worked well.

Mar 2014The view was fantastic and the house met our needs. I think you should put a shower rack in the showers so you can put a bar of soap, hang a wash cloth, and/or a bottle of shampoo. Was difficult to put everything on the floor. The drain in the master bathroom is loose. It needs to be fixed as I slipped on it. Overall, the place is great and we would stay there again and would recommend it to a friend. We were there on a ski vacation and enjoyed everything!

Mar 2021The property was perfect for our group. Everything we needed was there, the unit was clean and comfortable. The only negative would be the confusion on which remote to use for the TV. We did figure it out but a card with simple instructions would have been helpful.

The room was clean and nice, good view.<br/>I has some issue that need to be addressed.<br/>One was the plumbing, it is dangerous. several time when showering in either bathroom the cold water would shut off leaving just the hot water on, you had to shut the water off and start over to make it work. Another issue was no direction to the club house, we finally found it on google maps and went down to it, the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was luck warm. We happened to see on the sauna door that it didn't work and that there was another sauna in another building AA so we went to that one, it shouldn't have been such a hassle. Also in the master bedroom there was some sort of clanging thru out the night, sounded like pipes banging, we don't think it was the heater going off and on, but not sure what it was but another annoyance.

We notice on the sauna door the it didn't work and that there was another sauna in building AA, we found that and that had a nice pool and sauna.
In the main bed room there was pipes making banging noises all night and was hard to get a good night sleep.
The room was nice otherwise and we had a good stay but these issues need to be addressed.

Feb 2018Layout of the condo was great with a very open area. The bed in the master bedroom was similar to a waterbed in that if one person moved or turned over the other person bounced around for a bit. Couldn't get the temperature over sixty nine even with setting the thermostat to eighty. Leaving the shades open with a sunny day made things comfortable. The shower controls are micro adjustable so take care when making an adjustment while using them. Beautiful view of the mountains. The carport was nice for not having to brush off snow. Would come back again.

Apr 2018Great View!! Nice kitchen, but that is the good things. Couches hard and not comfortable, Master bed was so hard we went to Wal-Mart and bought a pad which helped a little. The master shower was so small I could hardly use it. There was a ticking noise that we named Bertha. She went on and on ticking all the time but we got used to her by night three. My wife and daughter did see a moose while going to the clubhouse so that was fun. Great time on the mountains though.

Mar 2015Condo was standard (ie, no modern updates but perfectly fine). The location and views were great. Clubhouse with hot tub, heated pool, ping pong was nice. Our issue (at least from the master bedroom) was that the pipes made sounds all through the night and kept waking us up.
