We stayed here with 7 adults and 4 kids under 6 years old. The layout of the property was perfect and very functional for the number of people we had. Location was great, close enough to the main marina for a nice easy walk, yet far enough away from the hustle. Probably one of the best views on the island. The spa on the balcony was a bit cold, but didn't stop the kids from enjoying, they just followed it up with a warm spa bath in the main bathroom which had views just as good. Main pool in the complex was great, we couldn't get the kids out. The whole family loved our stay at this property.

Incredible Views
We stayed here with 7 adults and 4 kids under 6 years old. The layout of the property was perfect and very functional for the number of people we had. The apartment location and view is spectacular. The layout of the apartment is ideal for families sharing. BUT ..... there are a lot of problems and the people managing the apartment did not do anything to address them whilst we were staying. The air conditioning in the bedrooms did not work. After a few days of continually contacting the office, they came to review and advise it was not working. When we looked in the guest book there are a lot of complaints that are the same and date back months. The air conditioning in the bedrooms from the complaints in the guestbook has been out since June. The fridge and coffee machine are faulty. Fans on the deck do not work. Bedside tables are broken and in poor condition. Bedside lamps that are devoid of any light bulbs. The beds that we requested to be made up, and confirmed again prior to our arrival were not. When we asked the staff that were in the apartment on our arrival they advised us to make them ourselves. And overall the apartment is not clean. We ended up buying floor cleaner to mop the floors as our feet were black on the first day from walking on them. This extended to the deck areas as well.All of these items were raised with the staff managing the apartment. A request for some portable fans was never followed up - even though we followed up twice. It was just ignored. It was hot at night during our stay so the nights were uncomfortable. No compensation was provided. Great apartment but the owner needs to for the price that is being charged ensure that everything is in working order. Would highly suggest they recruit some new cleaners.

Property was great - fantastic views -4 large bedrooms with en suites. Swimming pool - beautiful, more sun lounges & shading would've been nice, as there was no where to sit during busy times.Very disappointed with the cleanliness and amenities .... no soap, shampoo/shower gel in bathrooms or kitchen areas, one toilet roll per bathroom - no extras !! No vacuum cleaner, dirty cups and plates left in the cupboard. we washed everything by hand before use. Had to buy washing up liquid and cleaning cloths. No sugar or milk to make a quick drink when we arrived. BBQ was also left dirty. Considering how much I paid, I was expecting 5 Star facilities & service. Getting in touch with the owner at the beginning was difficult but when we finally got his contact details our requests for a change of bed configuration was dealt with immediately. Our biggest grievance was with the valet service that was organized to take us from the airport to our property. She was extremely rude and unaccommodating .... our group was 8 Adults & 4 kids, she could only take 6 and the luggage & didn't have time to do the two trips plus she would not take the baby ., because we were voicing our disappointment- she actually threatened to leave us, couldn't believe her attitude. Half the group was taken and the others including 2 Kids and a baby where left in the heat for one and a half hours until we could sort out the buggy and child seats. Not sure if that was bad communication between the Property Manager and the Valet Service - or the Valet driver( Female )just didn't give a Crap !!!

Overall we had a great time.A few points to note:- One friend and myself were left at the airport by the transfer after I explicitly asked him to wait as we were still waiting for luggage. This resulted in us having to rent an additional buggy from the airport at significant cost.- Although the property did state it sleeps 12, the arrangements were inadequate to suit adults who were not sharing beds (despite there only being 10 of us). When the property manager was queried on this the response was less than adequate.- Given the small number of flights in and out of the island, check in (which it was) and check out (which is wasn't) could be better aligned with flight times.

This resulted in us having to rent an additional buggy from the airport at significant cost. - Although the property did state it sleeps 12, the arrangements were inadequate to suit adults who were not sharing beds (despite there only being 10 of us). When the property manager was queried on this the response was less than adequate. - Given the small number of flights in and out of the island, check in (which it was) and check out (which is wasn't) could be better aligned with flight times.
