We had a great stay... the stairs were crazy lol but we made it. It’s in the third floor with no elevators and I pack like I’m Staying for a month... lol The Congo was beautiful and clean! Very large condo and the pool was awesome. Beach was a block away or less. Wanna wanna is right there! Loved it! Thank you

We enjoyed our time in South Padre. Everyone at the building was very friendly. With a 5 week stay there were a couple things that needed repair but the owner resolved the problems quickly.

Wanted a quick weekend getaway and this place was exactly as described. The owner responded quickly via text (fyi, the vrbo messaging system is much slower) and resolved a small scheduling issue perfectly.

Very pleased with this property. I was visiting with my teenage grandson and having 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms was essential for both our sanity. The apartment was perfect for us. He cooked his own meals most days while I enjoyed nearby restaurants. The balcony was relaxing, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was short. The water and sand were beautiful. The stairs were not too steep, they were normal stairs (I am 68 and had no problem). I like being on the top story, it is always quieter. All of our neighbors were quiet and friendly. Having designated parking made traveling about the Island easier. Definitely would come back.

This was the best SPI stay I have ever had! The condo is in an AMAZING location and the host is so great! The host friendliness and helpfulness is enough to make me want to rebook! The condo had everything we needed the entire stay. It is so spacious and well decorated. The set up is wonderful. Especially the living room and big dining table. The rooms are incredible big and so are the bathrooms. The closet had everything needed for the beach from chairs to sandcastle equipment! Having two bathrooms made the trip so much easier. The kitchen was great to cook in and was fully stocked! The entire place was quiet! The balcony is great and overlooks the pool/hottub so you're always able to check if its free for use. The pool is keycode gate locked so only residents can get in! Maitenance cleaned it every morning. The pool is spacious and has a deep end that is seperated from the regular depth which I enjoyed. The condo is SUPER close to the beach. I was able to chose from 3 different beach accesses to go to. Restaurants, gas station, and dollar general are all within 5-8 min walking distance. This was the BEST stay ive had (I go to SPI a lot) and I will book again the next time I visit!

This was our third time staying at this property. It's a smaller complex which we love; the pool is hardly ever crowded. The beds are comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels are provided. It's a short walk to the beach. Cant' beat it! We will be back.

This was a wonderful place to stay with my family! It was clean, spacious, great location! The staff and the other guest were super sweet! We locked ourselves out and a lady came all the way from Port Isabel Sunday lunch just to let us back in! Bouris was also super helpful! Will definitely come back, thank you all!

The location is walking distance to a beach access. The condo is very spacious and quiet. The on-site property manager was very helpful answering questions. I would stay here again. The property owner has beach stuff in the closet [chairs, umbrellas] to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The condo was very well laid out. We had a problem with a/c and within a hour of notifying owner we had a repairman at the door. It was fixed within minutes The courtyard is very clean and maintained. My only issue was the masterbed room bed was hard as a board. I added two comforters under sheet and was a bit better. The condo also supplied lots of cookware and utensils. They also had coffee and sugar in pantry. The owners thought about everything from books and games to beach toys. Perfect for a family get away. Will definitely be back!

The condo was very nice! It was clean and had the feel of a home away from home. However, the bed in the master bedroom was a full size bed and very hard, it felt like sleeping on a board. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay!

Pros *Great price *Very Clean *Well stocked with enough pots/pans/towels/garbage bags/cleaning supplies/toilet paper *Owner was extremely quick in responses to our questions. *Close to the beach. *The pool is great. *One of the largest 2 bedrooms in this price range to rent. *large balcony *3 tv's (so no fighting with the kids over what movie to watch) *large kitchen *washer and dryer *2 bathrooms Cons *could use some bath mats (we just put towels on the floor) *hooks to hang up beach towels and wet swim suits(once the shower rods were full they ended up being hung on top of doors and over chairs) *more lighting in the main living area (one lamp was not enough...we moved a lamp from the master but it was still dark) *and our #1 complaint would be the master bed was incredibly hard...like deal breaker hard. In the future if we found a place with a similar price we would go there because the bed was so hard. Which is sad because besides that the place is great!

Property had everything we needed for making meals, entertainment, and bathing needs! Owner was more than an excellent communicator and get back with answers typically within 10-15 minutes. Beach was super close, pool and hot tub were very nice! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay. ☺️

Myself and another teacher friend had a wonderful time in South Padre. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family ans i thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very resposive and accommodating to our checknin and check out needs. The place was SUPER clean and very close to the beach. Its within walking distance!! Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay there again when we travel back to SPI.

My family and I enjoyed this property! There are 2 bedrooms (master has a queen bed and spare bedroom has 2 twins) & 3 TVS - one in each bedroom and one in living area. The couch doesn't have a pull out but it's pretty comfy. 2 bathrooms both with shower/tub combos. The whole apartment/condo is pretty well stocked - I don't think we ever ran out of towels in 3 days! The washer/dryer really came in handy. The pool & jacuzzi were awesome - plenty of chairs around and charcoal grills - with an awesome outside shower to rinse all the beach sand off. This place was great - we didn't want to leave ! Thanks Boris 😊
