Nov 2020The condo was much nicer than expected! Very spacious and yet still very cozy and comfortable. Furnished nicely and updated everywhere. I had planned to use that huge soaking tub after walking all day but it was too late by the time we got back from dinner. You can't get much closer to 3 converging streams - literally just feet from your balcony. The walk into town was very convenient, nearly everything just a few minutes away on foot. It was nice to be just out of the mayhem and noise of a busy Halloween weekend without having to drive and find parking in town to join in. We would definitely rent this unit again.

I love the condo, the river view and the privacy. It looked updated, modern, and just had a very homey feeling. <br/>The only complaint I have with this property was the parking, it was horrible. We have a pretty big truck, and like most people we try and keep our vehicles without scratches or dings, if we can help it. On two occasions we couldn't even get in our truck due to the other person parking so close to us .

We love park place. This was our first time staying and the complex is in a great location, walking distance to trails, restaurants and shops. The view was so peaceful and the condo was up to date and beautiful. The condo kitchen had everything I would need to cook meals with and be comfortable.

We have always LOVED staying at any Park Place Condo because of the location to downtown. But, we also love the absolute serenity of the rippling creek that runs along side the complex. Room 308 was absolutely beautiful and we have stayed in many over the years!! Renovated very nicely and well furnished. Beds were a little stiff for us but others would welcome. We’ve been coming here for 20+ years and it’s never disappointed!! Staff are amazing!!! The most helpful and friendly people you’ll every meet!! Love Park Place River Condos!!! Highly recommend!! Only place we will stay!!

First time we've stayed at this condo and we're very happy with the way it's been decorated. Very warm and relaxing. The view from the balcony is just trees and the river, almost like being away in the woods. We like that the condo is convenient to Gatlinburg and to the GSM Park.

Everything about our weekend getaway was perfect. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Even a few extras we weren't expecting and used (umbrella, small fan for the bedroom, and games). My favorite things; master bathroom, balcony with water view, and fireplace. And the entire facility was very clean (also very important to me). Great location too, we walked everywhere we went. Can't wait to visit again.
