Aug 2020What a pleasure it was to stay at this charming property. Jo was warm, welcoming and easy to make contact with. The accomodation is exceptionally clean and presents beautifully. Many little extra touches such as light breakfast supplies, fresh milk, sweet treats and a bowl of fruit were appreciated. Beds were comfortable with electric blanket and the reverse cycle air conditioner made the accomodation very cosy. It is within close driving proximity to the town centre and very close to middleton beach. A gem of a place and would definitely stay again. Thank you Jo.

Oct 2019We were very happy staying here for a week to see this beautiful part of Australia. Jo made us feel very welcome and provided so many lovely treats that were so unexpected. We loved the beautiful garden and the roomy flat and had no complaints at all. Thank you Jo for exceeding our expectations and enhancing a fabulous week.

Jan 2021We loved the little extras Jo put into our stay - fresh flowers in a vase, fresh herbs, some chocolates, great breakfast items and a selection of teas. The furnishings were lovely and the bed was really comfortable. The garden was gorgeous. Fantastic stay - thank you!

Oct 2019We had no issues at all. The location is central with the best fish and chips a short walk one way and bowser service fuel the other direction. Whaling station was our hightlight of the stay

Oct 2019We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s place. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and centrally located. Jo was a perfect communicator and had the kitchen stocked for breakfasts and extra treats as well! The bed is extra comfy. We highly recommend this property!

Dec 2020We had a lovely time while staying at this property. It was quiet, tranquil and surrounded by a lovely peaceful cottage garden. Everything inside the unit was perfect and there was a large array of provisions. We were left to our own devices which is what we wanted. Thank you Jo.

Great walking location, both the town centre and the beach easily accessed by a less than 30 minute stroll. Lovely, we certainly would stay again.

Nov 2019We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Jo provided the basic essentials to the pantry and fridge, a lovely bowl of fruit and a small vase of fresh flowers to the bedroom which was all very much appreciated. Jo was very warm and friendly and the apartment was very comfortable.

Oct 2020This is a very comfortable cottage to stay for a couple of days! The hosts graciously provide many staples in the fridge and pantry, and the flowers in the small garden are a delight. Parking is at the door which is very convenient! We’ll be back!

Jun 2022This accommodation is on the northern, eastern side of Mount Clarence with very easy access to Middleton Beach and the old Albany town centre.Access to the property is off a main road, so you need to be careful traffic wise BUT this is not a major issue. Parking for one car is secure behind a high gate.Accommodation occupies the ground level of a two story property, it is very private with a lovely, colourful garden.There is a spacious lounge, large bedroom, and a narrow - quite adequate - kitchen and bathroom. There is very ample room for a couple. The property is spotless, generously furnished with every conceivable kitchen appliance you might want.WIFI connectivity could do with a little boost.Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Mount Clarence.
