Jul 2022We stayed at this property for almost a week while our son was at camp. It is in an extremely safe location and soooo quiet. Neighbors (residents) were very cordial. Property was clean and had a couple of little things that were in disrepair but weren’t a big deal (garbage disposal didn’t work properly and microwave handle/guest shower knob was loose). We saw deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds. Fireworks were perfect on the 4th!!! One of the pictures can be deceiving on website as it appears that part of a large balcony downstairs is available but in actuality it is the neighbors. Place was great and would stay again.

Jul 2020We loved our time on Lake Catherine! The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed. We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and the views of the fireworks on the lake were spectacular. We will be back!

Jun 2020We had planned girl trip with friends. Best parts were the view and Angie who worked hard to correct the multiple problems. From bugs in the towels and stained sheets to broken TVs and coffee machines there was much to be desired. I’ve rented in this price point many times and this unit was more on par with units half its price.

Sep 2021We had a lovely stay here. The space was just what we needed and the coffee views off the porch were gorgeous. My only wish while were there was for more blankets and coffee condiments. But we loved out stay and probably will stay here again next time we are in town.

Feb 2021We found this place and we booked it immediately due to its location near the state park and all that entails, along with a golf course and downtown Hot Springs only a 20min drive from the condo. We were there for the Valentines weekend and we got caught in the nasty snow storms and were unable to get home. We ended up staying longer than expected, but we had a great place to be stranded.

Mar 2022We found the property ideally located for our visit. About 20-30 min from downtown Hotsprings & 15ish minutes from Garvan Gardens. Property is in a gated community with designated parking. Property was clean & well maintained. Will definitely book another stay if we visit the area again.

Oct 2020We came for a Fall Break get away. This was the best property I’ve stayed at! The check in process was easy and the condo exceeded my expectations! Clean, comfortable and everything we needed for a relaxing trip!

Jul 2020We booked a last minute trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas. The property is super close to Lake Catherine National Park where we enjoyed a hike and a horseback trail ride. The property is about 15-20 minute ride to downtown Hot Springs, but we didn't the short trip to take in the scenary. My family also took part in the Diamondhead Golf Course during our stay. Make sure to call ahead for a boat rental! We weren't able to take advantage of the various lakes because everything was booked.

Mar 2022Was very nice, beautiful view of lake. Best time to visit with amenities would be summer more than any other time. Already informed property manager about only couple minor hiccups to be taken care of promptly. Overall, would stay again in the summer especially!

Jun 2022Very enjoyable visit, view is lovely, place was clean. Check in was a bit difficult as there was limited lighting at the after hours box to pick up keys. Could use a second bed side table in master and some of the kitchen pans have seen better days. Nothing that impacted our great experience. Would absolutely stay again.

Mar 2020This was such a great change of pace for us. The view was absolutely beautiful and the condo is very well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

Jan 2022This unit is beautiful and has a great view of Lake Catherine. The unit also had a covered parking spot right next to the door. The picture was misleading that we had to climb stairs, but no stairs were necessary. Two comfortable beds and two large bathrooms. The short drive to Hot Springs and the gardens was very scenic.

May 2019This rental was perfect for two couples with 2 private baths off of each bedroom. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The views of the lake off of the deck were beautiful. We also recommend the Red Oak Fillin' Station for dining, which is a very short distance from the condo.

That was a big factor in our decision and this property did not disappoint. The location gives the impression of privacy and safe too (as it is gated). Just the utter serenity of the place was a big draw and we hope to be able to come back again in the fall (when it will be a little cooler, LOL).

Jul 2021This condo is a bit away from restaurants and grocery stores, HOWEVER it was GREAT! We were an all-female group who felt very safe in the clean and well-kept condo. Thank you Jo Ann, Darrell, and Karen.

Mar 2021The wife and I had a wonderful time staying on Lake Catherine on the property. It was nice and quiet and very relaxing overlooking the lake. We watched the sunset and even spotted a bald eagle perching on a branch. We drank wine sitting out on the balcony watching some boats pass by. Highly recommend this place!
