Die Möglichkeiten sind endlos!<br><br>Diese Wohnung befindet sich im historischen Gebäude auf Surfrider Mission Beach. Vor kurzem renoviert, hat es all die modernsten Annehmlichkeiten und Einrichtungen. Unsere Einheit ist im Erdgeschoss mit einem klaren freien Blick auf das Meer, Strand und der Promenade durch ein großes Fenster mit speziellen eine Möglichkeit reflektierende Glas befindet, so dass für eine tolle Aussicht, ohne Privatsphäre. Es ist ein Glas-Bar mit 4 Hockern gegen die Fenster, so dass Sie die Ansicht während der Mahlzeiten genießen können. Außerdem gibt es zwei Stühlen in der Ecke direkt vor dem Fenster zu Ihrer Verwendung. <br><br>Egal, ob Sie im Wohnzimmer oder auf der Terrasse oder aus dem Schlafzimmer sitzt! Es gibt ein großes Fenster zwischen der Master-Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, so dass Sie im Bett liegen kann und genießen Sie den Blick auf das Meer, während Sie im Bett kuscheln. Und keine Sorge, es gibt einen Schatten für die Privatsphäre. <br><br>Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein voller Größe mit einem Doppel-Ausziehbett Bett, so dass, wenn die Kinder nicht wollen, ein Bett zu teilen, sie nicht zu haben! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen wichtigen Features für das Kochen in der Wohnung. <br><br>Der Innenhof verfügt über zwei Gasgrills einen Jacuzzi, Top-Modell der Liegestühle und Duschen, um vom Strand zu waschen den Sand!<br><br>Dieses Gerät nur den Besitzer gewechselt, so können Sie gesehen haben, bevor aufgelistet. Es gelang mir, die Einheit für die bisherigen Eigentümer und bin jetzt die Verwaltung es für den neuen Besitzer!<br><br>Keine der Parteien sind auf dem Grundstück erlaubt. Jul 2020We stayed in Unit B, which had decent views of beach and boardwalk. Property was clean and comfortable. Check in process was smooth and communication was easy. Be sure to bring your own condiments for cooking and Toiletries/TP as only the bare minimum was provided. We are from Arizona so were concerned about the humidity and lack of central air conditioning, but were plenty comfortable the entire time and even cold at times too :) It got pretty noisy from the other guests in the courtyard from time to time, but shutting the thick dual pane windows helped minimize the incessant music and partying...(Boardwalk life). We did not drive anywhere during our stay and were able to easily walk to all of our dining options or order in for delivery, Over all a very relaxing trip, and enjoyed ourselves.

Oct 2020We stayed at the Surf Rider for 7 days and our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The views are amazing, hot tub relaxing and had everything you’d need! Dominique is a wonderful communicator and helped us when needed. We highly recommend this spot for couples or families with kids. Our teens and 9 year old loved the sand toys and boogie boards and we all enjoyed patio seating, steak from the community BBQs and easy breezy walk to the beach - just steps from the sand. Thank you! We hope to be back!!!

Jun 2021We love staying in this area and the unit had all that we needed. It was wonderful !! Beach chairs , boogey boards and beach towels were all there waiting for us . The only thing that could have been better was the weather. lol but still a great time at the beach !
We will definitely stay here again !!!

Jun 2020We loved this condo, it was perfect for our stay. Superb location, clean condo, great ocean view. Was really nice to have beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella provided. Also nice to have a dedicated parking spot. The welcome gift was thoughtful as coffee and wine were provided! Great to have a kitchen sponge & dish detergent too - so many places don't even provide that which is a bare necessity. We would stay here again, it was great!

Jan 2020We had a great stay. The place is just as described. We drove from Tucson and had to detour due to road closures in the mountains because of snow. But nice and sunny at the beach. We’ve been going to Mission Beach for years and this condo in a great location.

Mar 2020This property was everything advertised. The location couldn’t have been any better. You could sit on the patio and watch the boardwalk as well as the ocean. There was a great hot tub to sit in. The condo had everything needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Aug 2020This property is by FARRR the BEST Vacation Rental I have stayed in. I decided to take my girls (10 and 15) down to the beach for a quick getaway with all the craziness going on in the world and I couldn't have picked a better spot for 5 days! So many amazing things about this property but let's start with the Property Manager Dominique. She is AMAZING!! She was so responsive, so kind and down to earth, available for any questions or issues, extremely accommodating. I cant say enough amazing things about her.
Next, the Property itself... PHENOMENAL is an understatement. The Location is perfect and close to everything. We could walk and the girls skateboarded up and down the boardwalk daily. It was about a 5 min walk up to the main area (Belmont Park, Restaurant/ Shops/etc). A few times a day we would head up that direction (its east when coming out of the condo on the boardwalk) and grab some foods, check out the shops. On the weekend nights they have some fun entertainment up that way, boardwalk vendors, treats.
During the day the beach in front of that Belmont Area was definitely more crowded, but it was so nice because the beach area right in front of the Condo was mellow and not crowded at all.
There is also a Volleyball area right out front of the Surf Rider Condo (you need to bring a net and balls) but each morning there would be a group of people out there playing games of Volleyball. There is a good size deck that sits above the boardwalk that has chairs and lounge chairs and each morning we would sit up there and people watch and enjoy the morning.
The inside of the condo was perfect for us. The views of the boardwalk and ocean from the living room and master bed were flawless. They have a electric blind shading system and you use a remote and the blinds come down for privacy in the evenings and open in the mornings.
The kitchen was great size, big fridge and every kitchen item you need to cook yummy meals. I loved the separate pantry to hold all the food we brought.
One nice thing is the full size washer and dryer. Everyday when we came back from the beach I would wash the towels and bathing suits for the next day. The owner provides laundry soap but we just brought a small bag of Tide Pods that worked perfect.
The sheets on the beds were very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Each room has its own TV and it was so nice to watch Hulu in the evenings..
We LOVED this place!! Im already looking for our next trip!!

Mar 2021This is an amazing place to getaway and relax! We spent 3 days enjoy the sounds of the Ocean waves and watching the dolphins play. It is steps away from the beach and walking distance to food places. The Surfrider was comfortable clean and easy access to enjoy the beach! We highly recommend staying here and will stay again! Our favorite was sitting on the deck chairs watching people and watching the sunsets.

Jul 2022This is a great place to stay. This is our 3rd time renting this condo and we’re coming back next year. The location is great and the manager is excellent to work with. It would be nice if they had AC in the bedrooms though. But overall I highly recommend this.

Sep 2021The view was nothing short of spectacular. I would love to stay here again just to watch the sunset every night. The building/condo is adorable, close walk to shops/food, and a straight shot to the perfect spot on the beach.

Sep 2022The unit was well equipped and clean. You could tell that the owner put time into making this place welcoming. The location was fantastic! Every morning you wake up to crashing waves on the beach. Love the vibe of the area. Highly recommend this place.

Nov 2020The condo worked perfectly for us. We loved the gift basket of wine, treats, and coffee, and also the shower items that were provided. The location was great and we enjoyed the views. Loved being able to use the hot tub. Clean and comfortable! Only suggestions we could think of: would have been nice to have a foot stool for the outside chair (only one of the two chairs had one) and we couldn't find a baking sheet to use in the oven. Beware that the parking space--like most places in San Diego--is super tight and you won't fit a large vehicle in there very easily. But this really was a great place for the price. We will be back for sure!
