Aug 2021We’ve stayed in other units at the wonderful Mariner. The floor plans are identical so what matters is the decor. Top marks here. All the expected amenities were as described and top quality. A detail I appreciated that is different from some other units is that there are doors to each en suite bed and bath. Ideal when traveling with my adult daughter. The 2 minute walk to Naples beach or pier, or to the great 3rd Avenue restaurants and shops are of course the highlight. Jim’s communications were comprehensive and clear. Much appreciated. We’ll be back if available!

Sep 2015Well equiped, clean condo, very close to the beach, everything you need to feel comfortable you find in the condo (even my favourite DVD). We (parents with two boys, 19 and 12) booked the condo from Germany and everything was organized very well. The whole time we had communication with the owner by email and also could reach Jim and his wife by phone. The condo is quiet, a parking place nearby and the pool is in order to take a bath after the return from the beach. We had a perfect time and can recommend it, thank you.

Jul 2016We had a great week in Jims condo wich has a perfect location close to the awesome beach and pier. Everthing we needed and more was included in the condo, like sunchairs, umbrellas etc. A big plus for Jims always quick and good replies during both before our arrival and during our stay. We warmly recommend this apartment when visiting Naples.

Aug 2021We had a great time on our trip to Old Naples! The condo has everything needed for a really comfortable and relaxing vacation and the hosts were great. It's close to restaurants, shops, the beach and pier which makes it a superb location to enjoy what the area has to offer.

May 2022We enjoyed our stay! Except,We did hang some towels on railing, briefly. And we caught grief for it! Only to see other items hanging on rail for the duration of our stay. This did not bother me at all. The concern should be how people handle themselves at your facility and how they respect others there.

Dec 2019We couldn't have asked for anything more in a condo rental - even had a nice bottle of white wine waiting for us, thanks! The condo was very clean and neat, and supplied with an abundance of extra bath towels. There are beach chairs and towels available, great since the Naples Pier and the beach is essentially a block away. There was a minor glitch with the TV controls from a prior renter, but the owner was readily available and able to easily talk me through correcting it. We didn't use the cooking facilities since we were there Thanksgiving week, and met with family for most of our dinners. You are only two short blocks from the 3rd Street restaurants and shops, and only a bit more to the larger 5th Street dining and shopping area. Great neighborhood for long walks. If there is any question about how satisfied we were, we already have let the owner know that we are interested in re-booking next time we are down to visit our family in the Naples area.

May 2017Very nice stay. Condo was clean, well maintained and a nice size. It really has pretty much anything you would need for the beach, pool, cooking, etc. The owner helped us with some restaurant suggestions too. Great spot, as we could just park our car and the beach or restaurants are right there. Large pool for the size of the condo complex, and uncrowded. This was our first time in Naples, and we would return to this place. Deb

Oct 2022Unfortunately, we chose our week in this darling condo as Hurricane Ian was forming. We came in on Friday and had 2 lovely days there to swim and enjoy ourselves. By Saturday evening it was clear we would have to fly out in order to be safe from the store. We left Sunday early morning hours. The owners were most kind, understanding and accommodating. They answer all questions promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending this condo & these owners for future stays in Naples.

May 2018Two good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen, nicely sized living area. We were pleased to find that this was just a half block from the ocean. And a block in the opposite direction to restaurants and shopping. We didn't have to drive too many places. The on facility pool seemed to be heated as it was very comfortable and a good size to allow me to swim laps. There were additional chairs and other out-door things for taking to the beach. We are walkers so we didn't take advantage of these, but I think I may have even seen a fishing pole in a closet. Definitely all sorts of beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. And the entire place was clean and tidy when we arrived. We were very pleased with our stay at Jim & Claire's place. Hope to come back and maybe take advantage of that fishing pole.

Jan 2021Thought it is a perfect place for a long weekend getaway. Steps to the ocean and shops. Beautiful area of Florida. Place was well stocked for the beach/ocean. Kitchen was move in condition and very modern. All in all, a great stay.

Feb 2021This was our first time to the Naples area. We rented bikes and had a great week exploring Naples Pier, along the coast, the beautiful neighborhoods and stunning 5th Avenue to name a few places.
The condo was exactly as it is presented online. We have no complaints and would highly recommend--very clean, well supplied (kitchen, linens, beach necessities), comfortable beds and condo is centrally located to everything. We also enjoyed the pool. Our weather was perfect which makes a vacation even better.
Jim was very punctual and thorough answering all of our questions.

Apr 2021This place was perfect for our needs. It is small but roomy enough for a family of 4 to be very comfortable in. I love that it has two bathrooms and a kitchen. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were so nice to have! It’s a very short walk to Naples beach and pier. The neighborhood is lovely with gorgeous houses. It’s also a short walk to lots of fun shopping and restaurants. The owners are so nice and communicated promptly and politely. The condo is clean and well-kept. We had no problems whatsoever and really enjoyed our stay here.

Sep 2017This is a nice place. Very clean and up-to-date. The owners are very hospitable, and they provided great information on accessing the condo and information on restaurants and things to do. We did have to cut our stay short because of the hurricane, and I want to thank the owners for refunding more than we expected and without our even asking for it. We will visit again. Tom

One of the best rentals we have ever had and the owners are fantastic. Very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants the convenience of beach access, onsite pool and walking to shops / restaurants.

Mar 2022The apt was perfect. It was organized with every eventuality thought of. It was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable and due to a few little blips I had quite a bit of communication with the landlord who was available and responsive.Being a block from the beach was PERFECT.
