Die Designer-Küche ist neu und perfekt für private Abendessen oder Unterhaltung. Die Matratze ist neu und äußerst bequem mit 500 Laken und Bettwäsche. Neue Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer mit High-Speed-WIFI in der gesamten Residenz. Spektakuläre private Terrasse mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Wasser. <br><br>Pick-up-Trucks oder andere Arten von Trucks sind auf dem Parkplatz nicht gestattet. Sie werden abgeschleppt. Haustiere über 25 Pfund sind von der PGA-Community strengstens verboten.<br><br>Wir vermieten nur an verantwortungsbewusste Gäste, die das Beste von Palm Beach in einer ruhigen, hochwertigen Umgebung wollen. Dementsprechend bitten wir unsere Gäste, eine Beschreibung ihres Berufes und ihrer Herkunft zu geben.<br><br>Die Residenz befindet sich in der Gated PGA National Resort, Heimat der Honda Classic auf der PGA Tour. Es gibt schöne Parks auf dem Grundstück und gute Restaurants sind nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Juno Beach ist eine 9-minütige Fahrt und ist einer der besten Strände in Süd-Florida mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. West Palm Beach ist eine 15-minütige Fahrt von der Wohnung; Spazieren Sie über die berühmte Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach oder fahren Sie 5 Minuten zur Gardens Mall (Indoor und Outdoor). Das Outlet-Center befindet sich am Highway 95 und ist nur 10 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der internationale Flughafen Palm Beach (PBI) ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Der internationale Flughafen Fort Lauderdale (FLL) ist 45 Minuten entfernt. <br> Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Essen und Strände erwarten Sie.<br><br>Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in der Wohnanlage neben der Residenz. Jan 2020We had a lovely stay in David's home. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were top notch - very soft. It was spacious and clean, but it would be great to have another chair in the TV area, as we were not all comfortable trying to sit on the sofa together. The pool was right around the block and very clean and warm. The lanai looked out on a canal that had goreous views the the sunrise and golf course. Lots of birds, ducks, and even a small alliator graced the canal. Thank you for a lovely time.

Dec 2019Visiting for a family gathering we were fortunate to find this lovely home for our family of 4. The PGA National area is quiet family area, very safe with lovely outdoor trails for walking or biking yet close to gyms for my adult sons or shopping. The home was exactly as described, very clean with all kitchen amenities for cooking, excellent comfortable beds, terrace for relaxing, ample towels, and even had laundry items!. Our host was attentive and checked in to assess our stay which was very kind. We loved our stay and recommend this perfect home

Apr 2022The total anonymity of owner/manager and lack of communication was extremely rude. The unit needs much repair. Kitchen faucet hanging loose .. base of dishwasher broken , stained furniture, dirty screen porch, etc., etc... [I have photos of all] .. the 3rd bedroom is basically a joke ...no coffee table or side table at sofa ...no key to get in neighborhood pool ... and the cost was exorbitant.

Dec 2018The property was average and did not have clean linen. Hair and make up we’re on our pillow cases. When we asked about this the owner said he would have someone come and clean them. Then later we were told the unit was already cleaned and no clean linen was provided. We also asked on day 2 where the pool and hot tub were that were shown on vrbo. When we inquired where the pool was we were told:” the pool is closed already.” 2 days later we we were provided a response saying that they would need the names of our party. Then the coffee pot did not work. Nobody came to fix it.

Nov 2018My family and I loved our stay at this property. It was in a safe community with plenty to do. Washer and dryer in room was awesome! Patio was all screened in and such a relaxing haven! We even saw Wildlife in the pond! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends

Oct 2022If you want to experience the worst living experience, please choose this one. 1. The sanitation didn't clean until the guests checked in. 2. The owner's attitude was very poor. 3. The smell of paint just finished. It's hard to imagine that this price matches such quality. 3. The shower room can't take a bath and needs maintenance. There was nothing in the kitchen, but they didn't care. It's hard for me to imagine that such a company can go a long way in listing such a house

Plenty of space for me, my spouse, mother-in-law and two college kids on Spring Break. Nice amenities, kitchen, dining and living room space. Flat screens in each bedroom. Beautiful view of a fountain and stream overlooking a golf hole green. A very nice relaxing time!
