This condo was the perfect spot to stay in breck. It was close enough to town to walk.
We slept 4 people comfortably, i think 2 more people would have been a little much for the size of this condo. We went skiing and snowboarding the first 2 days and usd the 4’oclock run the last day which worked out nice as it is walking distance from the condo. We explored the town and went to daylight donuts twice! The breckenridge brewery was very good. We also went to empire burger for drinks. The HD tavern was a nice little local tavern we were able to watch the MN Vikings game at! The line was always too long at Crepes, so we didn’t get to experience those, but heard they were amazing. We made reservations for dinner on NYE at the Canteen which we are glad we did otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten in anywhere. The Thia sushi bistro was amazing! They let us put our name down and walk around town while we waited for a text that our table was ready. Eric’s downstairs also did this for us! Food was amazing everywhere. We did catch fireworks on NYE and they were pretty. We got really lucky and had some nice sunny days. The views and pictures we got were amazing! We also did the avalanche escape room which is right in town and really close to the condo. It was so fun! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to friends. The outdoor hot tub wasn’t a bad walk from the condo, it wasn’t as hot as we would have liked though and the jets didn’t work. The indoor one was much hotter.

Cute loft!
We enjoyed our stay, the loft was cozy with a great mountain view. It was just the right size for our family of four. It is walking distance from main street, great location. The only downside is the walls are thin and the neighbors were noisy. We aren't sure if they were guests on vacation or residence.

This property will allow you to walk to the base of Peak 9, saving you the challenge of parking. Even with ski boots on, the distance was fine. You can also walk an equal distance to the main drag of Breckenridge. I'd say both are less than a quarter mile away(500-600 yards). We never moved our rental car, since we bought groceries on the way in @ Walmart in Frisco. Nice condo, well stocked. Can't beat the location for the money. 5 grown men stayed here comfortably.

Great location
This place had a great location. You could walk to a few different hikes, as well as A short walk to town. ThAt part was very convenient. The view was pretty nice as well. However the instructions on how to get to it were very detailed, the condo number wasn’t listed properly on the instructions, and the sign for the name of the condo was difficult to find at night because there is very little lighting. Also instructions on amenities were not very specific either. The unit was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable.

1 star to catch your attention
this is actually a 3 star for me, but i wanted to make sure everyone knew that the walls are paper thin as mentioned in other reviews. Snoring, conversations, EVERYTHING is heard! If you are not a light sleeper this place is for you! 5 stars for location, cleanliness, VIEWS, well stocked. Bed is comfortable, pullouts are not. short walk or drop-off at snowflake for quick access to mountain! ski down 4 O'clock to road and you very close to rental! parking is good. And last... 2 of the 3 hot tubs that you have access to close at 9:00 PM. too early. i booked late and options were very limited.
