ELEA befindet sich in Makris Tichos, einer der schönsten Gegenden von Chania, nur 4 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unsere Besucher sind immer werden von der schönen Dekoration, dem Gefühl der familiären Betreuung und der äußeren Umgebung beeindruckt sein, die in die kretischen Landschaft eingetaucht ist. Der große Pool bietet Momente der Entspannung und Ruhe unter der Sonne, während die Gäste ruhige schattige Plätze im großen Garten mit lokalen Oliven- und Bananenbäumen genießen können. Darüber hinaus sind die vier schönsten Strände von Chania nur 400m entfernt und leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.<br>Die Wohnung (44 qm) ist eine Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung, die regelmäßig renoviert und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht wird. Sie verfügt über eine moderne, gut ausgestattete Küche mit dekorativen, lebendigen Farben und ein Schlafsofa. Über den Flur erreichen Sie das Schlafzimmer, direkt daneben befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Duschkabine. Zum Apartment gehört auch ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und die Bar, das Restaurant. Ein weiterer Balkon auf der Rückseite mit Blick auf die Oliven- und Bananenbäume gibt den Besuchern die Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen und auszuruhen.<br>In der Umgebung gibt es zwei große Supermärkte und mehrere Restaurants (300m). Es gibt regelmäßig in die Stadt verkehrende Buslinien (alle 10 Minuten), die Bushaltestelle ist nur 300m entfernt.<br>Wir haben einen ruhigen Ort für Entspannung und Ruhe geschaffen und wir warten auf Sie. Oct 2021Wir wohnten 11 Tage in der Unterkunft und hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Da wir im Oktober dort waren, war die Anlage nicht ausgebucht, deshalb war es sehr ruhig. Unser Apartment war sparsam, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Obwohl das Wetter wechselhaft war, konnten wir den Pool einige Male benutzen. Die kleine Snackbar schließt um 19:00 Uhr, es ist also nicht laut nachts.
Man läuft 5-15 Minuten zu 4 verschiedenen Stränden, die alle sehr schön sind. In 5 Minuten Laufnähe gibt es zwei Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Minigolf, etc. Die Unterkunft liegt am Ortsrand von Daratsos, ist somit ruhig, aber nicht weit weg von allem. Die Kommunikation mit George war einfach und er hat schnell geantwortet. Alle Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr nett und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Am letzten Tag konnten wir auch unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft lassen, bevor wir (abends) zum Flughafen aufbrachen.

Aug 2017We loved the location, the apartment and the pool. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in helping us locate things and get our laundry done. However, our shower didnt drain at all and no one in our family wanted to use it because there were gross floaty things in there that werent from us. We notified the owner and the maintenance person but it still wasnt fixed during our 5 night stay. That put a damper on our stay as the reason we needed the apartment was to have the bathroom and shower, otherwise we would have stayed with family while in Chania. There was no real apology or compensation of any kind offered, which was a disappointment.

C'est vraiment très propre et super bien situé que ce soit pour aller en visite ( en voiture) ou à la plage à pied. Celle-ci est très belle, propre et intime.

Sep 2015The apartments were nice but they need a bit maintenance. The A/C was dripping, the trees near the walking path should be trimmed and light bulb should be replaced.
The owners are very nice and helpful and the price was low.

Aug 2018The apartment and the area around is nice and clean. There are a lot of trees in their beautiful garden. It just took 5-10 min to the nice beaches. Also supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The owners are friendly and helpful, if you have questions or need to organize a taxi and so on.
Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Auch die Anlage (Pool und Garten) war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wie auf den Bildern. Eine Wiese und viele Bäume und Pflanzen. Die Strände sind innerhalb 5-10 min. erreichbar. Ebenso auch Supermärkte und Tavernen. Insgesamt ist die Gegend gepflegt und sicher. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich. Besonders unsere Gastgeber sind mehr als hilfsbereit. Wenn man Fragen hat bzgl der Umgebung, Empfehlungen was Touren angeht oder wenn man ein Taxi benötigt etc. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Marcus und Stefanie

Jun 2018Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à ELEA. Cet établissement est agréable, calme, bien fleuri, situé dans un quartier où tout peut se faire à pied (courses, plages, restaurants) et restant proche de La Canée.
Nos hôtes ont été accueillants, disponibles et de bon conseil. Nous les en remercions.
L'appartement (au premier étage) est fonctionnel et reposant.

Jul 2018Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette petite résidence à caractère familial dotée d'une superbe piscine aménagée de nombreux bains de soleil, complètement sécurisée par des barrières et surveillée par un maître nageur durant les heures d'ouverture. Nous étions dans le bâtiment face au snack au 1er étage avec un balcon donnant sur la piscine et c'est le meilleur bâtiment car à aucun moment de la journée nous n'avions le soleil face à nous. Ce qui nous permettait de manger sur le balcon sans problème. L'appartement est bien conçu pour deux personnes ( grand lit confortable, placard aménagé avec beaucoup de cintres, un coffre fort, clim dans la chambre, salle de bains petite mais fonctionnelle, petit balcon dans la chambre avec un étendoir accroché et des pinces à linge) Il y a en plus de la chambre un canapé lit dans le salon. Le frigo est trop petit pour un appart de 4 personnes et il manque un plan de travail ou une table supplémentaire. Le micro ondes et la cafetière prennent toute la place du mini plan de travail. Mais ce ne sont que des ajustements car l'ambiance est chaleureuse. Les propriétaires Irini et Michaelis sont adorables, toujours présents et à votre disposition pour quoi que ce soit. Ils ne parlent pas français sauf Irini quelques mots mais ils parlent anglais, donc pas de problème. De plus il y a un petit snack dans la résidence ouvert toute la journée. Tous les deux se mettent à la cuisine et nous ont fait découvrir aussi bien que dans les restaurants quelques merveilles crétoises. Michaelis est un fin cordon bleu, il aime faire la cuisine et il partage son goût pour ça. Il entretient d'ailleurs un petit jardin potager dans la résidence où il va cueillir ses épices ou autres. Quant à la plage elle est entre 5 et 10 minutes de la résidence à pied. Sinon il y a d'immenses parkings tout le long des plages. Il y a quatre plages, toutes de sable fin et la location parasol + 2 bains de soleil est entre 7 et 9 euros la journée selon la plage. Elles sont en plus toutes équipées gratuitement de wc, de douches et de cabines pour se changer, du jamais vu ! Et les supermarchés sont vraiment à côté. A 10 minutes en voiture de La Canée. Pour le parking, il y a un parking gratuit, chercher "Free parking" au bout de la rue Gerasimou Pardali (à côté du lycée). Attention jour de marché le Jeudi, le parking est à côté mais il n'était pas plein malgré tout. De très belles vacances grâce surtout à Michaelis et Irini.

Jul 2017First i have to say the owners and everyone who works there , really are very welcoming and friendly ; You can see and taste that everything they do is made with love , from decoration of the bar area to the delicious food they serve ...The Pool is especially great for families with younger Kids cause its surrounded by a fence of glass ...I think it would look way nicer without but , safety first..In general there are a lot of families ...we enjoyed the quiet times in the afternoon �The Appartements were simple but clean and fitted with all the Basic stuff you need ( excluded enough binbags and toilettepaper)There was enough space and we enjoyed the quiet balcony on the back side.In the corridor there could be hooks for bags etc. and an extra mirror , the sun beds on the pool that are unstable could be replaced ...The Location of Elea is great as you Can reach everything you need in a few Minutes All in all we enjoyed our stay

Jun 2019Es war sehr schön bei george und seiner Familie,alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.wir würden jederzeit wieder gehen.das Meer gut erreichbar zu Fuß und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.chania ist eine mega schöne Altstadt,die man mit dem Bus in ca 15 min erreicht.es gibt viele Ausflugsziele,traum Strände.alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.liebe Grüße und danke für alles

Jun 2019Die Apartmentanlage liegt inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Blumen. Die Wohnung war einfach, aber mit Allem ausgestattet und auch sauber. Schöne Strände und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, das wunderschöne Städtchen Chania in etwa 30 min. Die Lage der Anlage bietet viele Möglichkeiten den Westen der Insel zu erkunden, allerdings ist dann ein Mietwagen nötig.
Ein Lob gilt den Gastgebern, die immer sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit waren.
