Sep 2019We had a wonderful stay! The condo was specious and clean. The view from our large deck was spectacular, dolphins and pelicans every morning. Would definitely stay here again, the owners were very helpful with all of our needs & questions.

Aug 2022We had a great time at this condo. Check in was very easy. It’s very clean and bigger than I had expected. The bay views are amazing! The location makes it easy to walk to bars/restaurants, shops, or the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

This was many of our first time coming to OCMD, and Steve and Claire were quick to answer all questions and gave great recommendations. The house was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views overlooking the bay. I would definitely come back and rent again!

Jul 2020Price was excellent. We visit OC every year and this was the first time we stayed off the boardwalk. We loved it! It was quiet but yet just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. The view was beautiful! You can view the bay from just about every room in the condo. So relaxing after a day at the beach. Just a few steps to the boardwalk or a bay resturant. The large kitchen is a plus.

Jul 2019Overall, we had a great experience in this condo. It is spacious, has a separate bathroom for each bedroom, a great view of the bay/sunsets, and is super close to the boardwalk and beach!
We had an issue checking in - the code we were given wasn't working. Luckily, the owners were on site when we were checking in and were able to come to our rescue in less than a minute to get us into the condo, which was awesome! It does say you'll need to bring your own paper products when you book (toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) however, we were expecting there'd be some leftover paper products from previous visitors or something when we first got there before we went to the grocery store. However, there really was nothing. So, just be prepared with those paper products ahead of time! The other piece - it wasn't clear to me that linens weren't included so renting linens/towels was an additional cost on top of everything. Just be sure to read the listing clearly.
Those are just some minor things. Honestly though, everything went smoothly and it was such a perfect location. Steve and Claire were super responsive as well, which was greatly appreciated! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay in OC! :)

Perfect company, perfect rental, perfect location, beautiful sunsets viewed from the patio and “real” waves at the beach! A great time was had by all.

The condo was very spacious and we really loved the 3 bathrooms and balcony. The cons - the beds were not very comfortable, it was hard to get in and out of the bathtubs because the sides were too high, and there were stains on the chair and sofa cushions. However, I reported this immediately so I wouldn't be charged incorrectly and they replied quickly to tell me no worries! We would definitely stay in this property again!
