Jun 2019Wonderful condo to stay in. The location was great, the condo was beautifully and simply decorated and the through breeze kept it comfortable and cool all day. Will definitely be coming back in 2 years and won’t even look anywhere else. Owners were great to work with too

Oct 2022We stay at the Cliffs numerous times and this unit has a nice ocean view, cooker, beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The Cliff amenities are great. This unit could use an update but for the price can’t be beat.

May 2019We spent some wonderful days in this superb and very clean appartment with a breathtaking view to the pacific. It‘s an adorable place for a reasonable price. Thank you very much that we have been able to rent it from you. We never will forget this wonderful place.

Feb 2021We're residents on the northshore and wanted to skip the 10 day covid quarantine. The reception at the Cliffs made it all a snap - just booked here and the managers gave us the contact info of the guy managing the bubble resort stuff. All we did was show up, pay $100 for GPS wristbands and $200 for covid tests and we were out after 3 days. The Views from the unit are amazing - we saw whales from the balcony almost every day. The grounds have pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, paddle tennis, and even a small nature hike trail where they encourage you to pick the fresh fruit. You can rent all the sports gear you'd need for the courts at the front desk. This was all way easier and better than expected. A+ Thanks again!

Apr 2021We loved staying here and would definitely stay here again. The interior is a little dated and the loft bedding a little scratchy but overall it’s a great place.

Nov 2020We had been waiting for Hawaii to open after the Covid lockdown. We arrived in Princeville and were pleased to find a very clean condo with a fully stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys, and a great location. Dealing with the management and the condo owner was very easy. They made our stay very comfortable. Will be back again in the future.

May 2022We enjoyed our condo in a heavenly location. The space was stocked with convenient & thougtful amenities, we used the beach chairs many days. The space could use some decor updating but the beds were comfortable and coffee on the deck was amazing! Thank you.

Jul 2022We didn't miss AC at all because the trade winds kept the condo very comfortable and I even had to buy a sweatshirt because I got a little chilly. The beds were very comfy. We didn't hang out in the condo too much as we were out enjoying all that Kauai had to offer but we did make a few meals at the condo which was very nice and convenient and slept well there... Mahalo for our wonderful stay!

I would have given this place a great review, but the owner blamed me for damage that I didn't do. This place is more affordable than most because it is in need of some updating, like a lot of the other reviews said. The carpets had stains in lots of places, for instance. The maintenance crew must not check thoroughly after each departing guest because I got a message saying there was damage and stains - that we didn't do. So I would just warn any guests to take lots of pictures when you get there so nobody blames you for something you didn't do.

Dec 2019This property is huge. The vaulted ceilings and massive master bedroom (with vaulted ceilings) aren’t depicted very well in the photos but it’s a great living space. The kitchen overlooks the ocean and has phenomenal views when cooking. The Lanai was safe enough for our toddler to run around on and the breezes kept the unit cool. There are good quality boogie boards, binoculars, and cooking utensils. As with many island condos it’s not the newest carpet or the flashiest style but it’s super clean, has Everything you would need and was quiet. We loved the cliffs complex and would definitely stay here again if given the chance. Please feel comfortable booking this unit. The pack and play was virtually brand new as well.

Mar 2022This condo was exactly as owner described. However it is showing some aging and needs some maintenance upgrading. Comfortable bed with oversized master bedroom. Good air flow ventilation on main floor. Management very quick when responding to a broken toaster. Pool area and grounds were well kept and clean.

May 2021The view from the condo is incredible. Being on the top floor, you have vaulted ceilings and the space feels much bigger than expected. It's a good location and there are many paths to the ocean and throughout Princeville. The Cliffs has every amenity imaginable - tennis, pickle ball, bikes, multiple pools, putting green, bbq's, etc! Definitely good value for the money.

Mar 2020The ocean front 3rd floor lanai was the highlight of the unit, where we enjoyed watching the sunrise, eating breakfasts and dinners, and seeing rainbows and humpback whales. We appreciated the beauty of the well maintained grounds, and the top notch amenities: oceanfront BBQ gazebo, hammock, adirondack chairs, lovely pool and tennis courts. We also loved the lush beauty of Princeville, the walking friendly streets of the neighbourhood, and The Cliffs' proximity to Hanalei.
We were disappointed, however, that the unit itself was only partially clean and in need of maintenance (accumulated dust, damaged walls, stained carpets, stained upholstered items, rust damage to outdoor furniture, beach chairs, and additional fans, as well as some broken beach gear).
The galley kitchen had most of what we needed. It was great to have binoculars provided, which we made use of when viewing the humpback whales. We also enjoyed doing the puzzles provided on the two rainy days we had during our stay.

Enjoying your coffee on the lanai first thing in the morning looking at the water and listening to the sounds of the birds is amazing. Thank you!
