Jun 2022We were so impressed with this property. From having morning coffee on the Lanai watching the dolphins go by or relaxing at the on site pool in the evening; we couldn't have picked a better place. We were located within walking distance to the Strip and the Trolley stop. The condo offered all of the amenities we needed. On our last day, our flights were cancelled and the Property Manager was kind enough to let us stay a few more hours while we got our transportation handled. His kindness will be remembered. We will definitely book here again and recommend this location.

May 2012We stayed for a month at sea village 3114 and enjoyed it so much that we're going again in 2013. The view is awesome. We loved hearing the waves crash. The kitchen was very well stocked and the condo was nicely furnished. I could easily have given this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the noise factor; there must not be much insulation between the floors and we were unfortunate to have a VERY hyper couple upstairs, because it seemed like they never sat down. As a whole, the complex really quieted down after about 9 pm and we were right next to the pool. I never lost any sleep due to a noisy atmosphere. Also, the owner was very nice to work with....a really nice guy!

May 2013We spent 10 days in this wonderful condo, unit 3114. The view is great, the cross-ventilation was wonderful as it is absolutely oceanfront, and it is very nicely furnished. The washer/dryer do a great job and it is so handy to have them in the unit. The pool and spa worked well. The unit is very well situated in the complex with just wonderful views. It is on the first floor, so from the front door there are no steps to come into the unit, and in the back, it sits up from the lava rock edge of the ocean and back from it about 30 feet. The owner is just wonderful to deal with and always responded quickly. We look forward to returning.

The condo is immaculate, clean, and has everything for you right down to the Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs!! Kitchen is completely equipped, and the updates and decor put into this place leaves even the pickiest of travelers happy!!
The view from this place is spectacular!!! The Pacific Ocean and its rolling waves right outside you Lanai. Only steps from the pool and spa area, and an awesome cafe called green flash (recommend highly).
Also, the location in general is perfect!!! Close enough to the action, but far enough away to feel the privacy.
We loved it here, and will be back!!
Only complaint is that we didn’t have more time. 8 days was t enough!! I think we could have spent all month here. Absolutely the best spot we stayed at during our many vacations around the world.

Feb 2021Very accessible to town. Great ocean view. Sits just past mile marker 1.5....Sea village is a wonderful complex with amazing facilities, grills, pool, and sunsets. Property is manacured to Hawaiin perfection!

Oct 2019Tucked in the corner of the unit, this oceanview condo did not fail. Though with the sun coming in direct, it made for a warm place during day, but come night, it was good!

Jan 2019This condo is right on the ocean and has a perfect view of the evening sunsets and early morning dolphins! It is comfortable for four people and a great location on Ali'i Drive. There can be a bit of noise from the pool, but pool hours keep that to a minimum. A little bit of updating might be considered in the bathrooms as the toilets sit very low. No AC, and while the living room area didn't need it, the bedrooms would have benefited by having a portable unit. Overall, great stay and the manager was super helpful and quick to respond!

Aug 2021The place was clean and right on the ocean . Owner made sure that his guests were very well provided with amenities for long stay. Overall the place was clean but the room carpets were very dirty . Would highly recommend replacing it .

Apr 2018The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well equipped and we love staying at Sea Village. However the washer did not work and since we had our grandkids with us, that proved to be a real hassle. The owner was responsive to my concern but it wasn't fixed quick enough for our use. Since the washing machine has apparently been an ongoing problem I would not stay there again unless a new washer was installed. Prospective renters also should know that the condo is located on the ground floor next to the pool and hot tub. Great for some but may be a little noisy in the evening for others.

May 2021Perfect location. Easy walk to town. Bike share right across the street. Easy bike ride to great snorkeling beach as well as other beaches. Watch spinner dolphins from the lanai. Had 1 issue during the stay and Konjer was just a phone call away to correct the problem. The Green Flash coffee shop has great coffee and sandwiches. The decor was dated but I was not there for the decor.

We loved our stay at this unit as we had a gorgeous ocean view and spent so much time on the lanai. We spent mornings, most meals, and evenings sitting out there and enjoying the breeze and the sound of the waves. We also spotted lots a marine life out there. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We also found useful the beach chairs and umbrella in the closet! The owners allowed us to have a late check out which was priceless as our flight was at 10 pm, so it allowed us to still really relax and enjoy our last day and be able to shower before getting on the plane! So much thank you for that!
(My only complaint is the hot tub was open late for half our stay then the other half they started closing it at 9pm which was really a bummer as we would adventure and ocean play all day and want to relax in the hot tub when we got back but that was no longer an option. But that is not this units fault just a note to the property.)

May 2015My family and I were lucky enough to book room #3114. Beautifully furnished, a stunning view, and we never had a problem finding a parking space. We were able to sip coffee on our lanai in the morning while watching Dolphins spin, splash and play right in front of us! We were even able to snorkel right in front of the condo! Close enough to walk into town for a meal or just to shop. I would deffently book here again! Mahalo for the chance to stay in your lovely home

We wanted to eat dinner at home because the view was just better than any "ocean-front restaurant" and we knew we would always have the best seats! Waking up to that view every day was just the relaxaation we needed. The location was central - and just a 5 minute drive from Magic Sands Beach - and a 20 minute drive to other wonderful beaches like Kua Bay. There was comfortable parking, the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking tools and utensils you'll need, as well as spices! So helpful. We brought our 18 month toddler and felt that he was safe there - running around. There's coffee and lots of restaurants within a few minutes of walking. It did get very warm at night and we had all the fans on - but we wrote to the manager and he gave us helpful tips that improved everything. This place has everything we needed for a wonderful vacation and when we return to Kona, we hope this apartment will be available.

Aug 2021Condo was quite comfortable! Easy walk to “downtown”, or a quick drive. First floor condo with a great view of the ocean. Ample easy parking. Open floor plan with the updated kitchen makes for a nice family setting. Comfortable beds, with TVs in each room. Beach chairs and towels provided. Note no AC but plenty of windows to open along with ceiling fans to help cool the condo. The new WiFi/internet was super fast. Quite enjoyable; no regrets!

Jan 20223114 has the ocean, right out your lanai door. Spinner Dolphins, Humpback whales and paddlers every day. The Pool and Hot Tub are steps away, and cooking on the grills every evening are a joy. Sea Village is a very friendly spot to stay. Aloha
