Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were advised going in that this unit was not updated so didn't expect new everything. What we didn't expect was broken bedroom furniture, awful beds. The unit was clean and location and facilities were good. If bedroom furniture was updated and new beds installed this unit would be acceptable. I cannot recommend this unit in it's current condition

There were a few things that bothered me. There were several dishes that I took out for use that had dried food on them. I felt like I needed to wash everything to be sure it was clean. Also the stove had several burners that did not work. Also the clothes dryer when I used it had a very bad burning smell. We could nev get the tv in the bedroom to work. I guess I’m trying to say this unit needs a little TLC Jennifer McCoy

Reviewer Comments: Complex was nice, clean, great access to the beach, very nice pool area. The unit itself needs some work. We knew going into it that the unit had not had upgrades in awhile but the problems not with out dated decor. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. There is NO water pressure, the dishwasher sounds like a jackhammer, the oven and the stove top does not work properly, the blinds are way too difficult to work- and almost do not, the screen on the patio wouldn&#x2019;t slide. Even the glass on the front storm door fell out. It hit my daughter in the back. She wasn&#x2019;t hurt, thankfully. And because it hit her and not straight to the floor, it didn&#x2019;t shatter. I will say that when I called the front office, they were very friendly and arranged for maintenance to fix it. Another little issue was that we only had 6 towels. The condo advertises &#x201C;sleeps nine&#x201D; and we had 7. But they only provided 6 bath towels. I had to go to Walmart and buy extra towels for the week. The condo was fairly clean but the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen could use a wipe down- some pretty big build up of crumbs, etc. it happens- just needs to be cleaned. The decor maybe a little dated but that was no biggie. Still comfy. They just need to do a little maintenance and maybe have the dishwasher and range checked out or replaced, check on the other maintenance issues, stock more towels and see what the issue is with the water pressure (I think the faucet needs some work because the tub faucet still has water coming out when the shower is on- but we pulled the shower valve as much as it would go but it was stuck). Will give them two thumbs up for how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking necessities.

There us a large pool and hot tub. It&#x2019;s about 20 mins from downtown St Augustine. We stayed in Unit 2410. It was fairly clean and comfortable. The unit is a bit dated, the furniture is old and the drawers in the dressers stuck. The bathroom lighting is pretty terrible and the lights in both showers were out. The kitchen is tiny, really only person can fit at a time , and the silverware drawer was broken. We&#x2019;ve stayed at this resort before in another unit and it seemed bigger. We were tripping over each all week If we come again, we&#x2019;ll definitely stay in a different unit. It seems a bit overpriced for what you get.

Bathroom sink handle broke. Cockroach crawled out from under the tub in bathroom. Cleaned tile floor myself upon arrival. Pool and beach area very nice. Would have picked a different place.

Nice, quiet area , but close enough to everything. Beautiful, clean home big enough for our large family.

Absolutely loved staying here! Great location. Perfect for our large family getaway. Loved the security of the locked gates to the premises and to beach access. It had everything we needed. We could have easily stayed a few more days and will definitely choose this condo again!
