Mar 2017We loved the Ocala National Forest area and this property was in the heart of it. Clean, new, big enough for two and had everything we needed.

Apr 2019We had a great stay in Palatka. It was a nice quiet place to walk and enjoy the pond across the street. The town is on the St John's River with lots of places to fish and enjoy the view.

Mar 2017We came to Palatka to be close to family and play golf. This one bedroom apartment met our needs perfectly. A quiet rural location, yet close to shopping and dining.

Apr 2018Property was clean and quiet. However several complaints: didn't receive access code for entry. Arrived at unit with no key, no access and nobody to greet us. Pictures showed queen bed-it was a double, tv in bedroom-there was not, water view-there was not. Washer backed up into the shower and toilet. Called emergency number was told to not use washer and they would fix next day-they did not. Left our vacation early as we could not use the shower. We did not feel it was our responsibilty to clean up the mess. Upon arriving home i contacted the owners to express our disappointment. We felt we should be entitled to a partial refund since we had to leave early. She was extremely rude and accused us of trying to get away with something. We were extremely insulted. We will not be using home away again

Nov 2018A nearly new apartment in a quiet compound. Very clean and nice. Reasonable price and close to both the Bluegrass Festival and conveniences of Palatka. Overall, a great experience.
