Unsere Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit einem Doppelbett und Etagenbetten im Hauptschlafzimmer, ideal für Familien, die eine schöne Zeit miteinander verbringen möchten. Geladen mit Vor-Ort-Annehmlichkeiten wie Waschmaschine und Trockner, voll ausgestattete Küche, Kabel, kostenlosem Wi-Fi, aktualisiertem Badezimmer, 2 Schlafsofas und einer Key West-Haltung (Key West of the North, das heißt). Durch den sofortigen Zugang zum Strand, dem frisch renovierten Pool und dem Whirlpool ist dies der perfekte entspannte Urlaubsort für Ihre Familie, Geschäftsgruppe oder Angelfreunde. Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 20 Minuten von Cedar Point und buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte vom Charterfischen entfernt, in der Nähe des Jet Express nach Put-In-Bay, Jetski-Verleih in Dock's Beachfront Bar, PC Yacht Club und vielen Pubs und Restaurants mit eigenem Kleinstadtcharme und Flair. Unsere dritte Etage fängt einen Sonnenaufgang ein, der nur in Gemälden oder Mythen zu sehen ist. Machen Sie einen morgendlichen Spaziergang am Strand und genießen Sie Ihren Kaffee an der Küste. Ein brandneuer Spielplatz wartet auf die Fantasie Ihres Kindes, während Sie auf einem der vielen Grills vor Ort grillen. Genießen Sie den Fang mit Ihren Kindern und spielen Sie sogar eine Partie Whiffle Ball auf der einzigartigen, riesigen Grün- und Rasenfläche, die von den meisten Orten in der Region nicht erreicht wird. Kreieren Sie mit Ihren Schläuchen Bindungen und Lebenserinnerungen beim Angeln von den Felsen oder beim Eintauchen in das saubere Eriesee-Wasser. Unser malerisches, erholsames Zuhause ist nicht nur ein Ort, an dem wir gerne unsere Freizeit verbringen, sondern ein Ort, den ich sehr schätze. Ich habe hier seit 1984 Urlaub gemacht, als ich fünf Jahre alt war. Port Clinton und Waterfronts Condominiums ist mein Lieblingsplatz auf der Welt. Aug 2020We love this condominium complex and have stayed in different units the past 3 years. This unit might be our favorite! Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Our kids love the small beach area, playground, pool. We will be back for year #4 next year!

Jul 2022We have been to the area several years running and plan to continue to do so with our boys. This condo/condo complex is perfect for a lake/pool weekend. Spacious condo with everything you need. Very easy check-in/out and great communication with the owners. Easy to come back

Aug 2020We had a wonderful vacation at our condo and will definitely be back. Matt and Jodi were welcoming, responsive to our questions, and made sure we were settled in when we arrived. The condo was very clean and stocked with basic cooking items although we didn’t cook much and instead enjoyed food from local places like Jolly Rogers. We appreciated the little extras like beach toys and chairs which saved us extra packing. Our boys (5 and 2) loved the bunk beds. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing, and family friendly environment. We found everyone at the condos to be very friendly. We loved walking straight out to the pool, which is zero depth and then to the beach, which is sandy and shallow for at least 50 feet out (bonus for little ones!). Our boys loved watching the nearby drawbridge and next time we will take advantage of the walking to the Jet Express. One note, which I believe is listed in the condo description, this is a third floor walk-up condo so be prepared to carry your things up. However, once you’re settled in you have a wonderful sunrise view of the lake. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Jun 2021We had an amazing time at the vacation house! They had everything we needed in the kitchen to make ourselves meals, we used the pool and hot tub at our leisure and were 30 minutes from cedar point which is why we booked in the first place! We would definitely rent again!

Aug 2021We had a great time at waterfront! My kids 8,7, and 2 had everything they could possibly need! Fantastic playground and the beach and pool were great too! The condo was spacious and perfect for our group of 5. Condo had everything we could possibly want or need. The walk to the third floor was not an issue for us and I loved being able to have the blinds up and be able to see out over the lake first thing in the morning!

Jul 2019Very nice location, Waterfront condominium's are great location nearby everything, downtown Port Clinton, restaurants, bars and Jet Express. This condo was very nice and perfect location on the property.

Jul 2022This place was perfect for my family with 4 small kids! The pool is shallow to deep starting at 1ft. There are "seats" on the edges of pools to just relax. The hot tub was great. The beach was way bigger than pictures showed and water also shallow so perfect for small kids. We easily walked to the beach bar and into town.

Aug 2020This location and condo development is great. Walk about restaurants and access to Jet express is second to none. The beach, pool and playground are great and very family friendly. Our unit was clean but we were disappointed by
this particular unit. The fan/light fixture above the table is wobbly to the extent that I would not allow my grandchildren to eat there. I was
concerned it may fall onto the glass table. There were beds for 8-10 but linens provided for barely 4. Pillows and towels were said to be provided however there were only two bath towels and four very flimsy flat pillows. Blankets were scarce And mattresses were very uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dish ware, utensils and appliances.
We did talk to other families staying here and had the opportunity to see a couple of other units. We will return to this property for sure however we will stay in a different unit.

Jul 2021This condo sits on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie. Just a few steps and you can be at the beach or pool. Walk a short distance to many restaurants and shops or jump on the Jet Express and head to South Bass Island. The condo is well equipped and can sleep 9 adults.

Aug 2020This condo is in a great location with it's proximity to the Jet Express and even a waterfront bar/restaurant next door, both within walking distance. The beach and pool are beautiful and kept very clean. Every morning, the pool was cleaned thoroughly and sanitized. Yes, the sunrises are as advertised!
The condo itself was very neat and clean upon our arrival. The owners had indeed taken the extra steps with sanitization, so we had no worries in that regard. The overall comfort level was nice, with a very large TV with cable, along with free wifi. The kitchen is well supplied, although it may be time to replace the tiny small coffee maker that was mildly frustrating to operate. Also, another minor thing is the kitchen ceiling fan, which was difficult to use without it making some annoying sounds. The bathroom was just fine...again, no issues with cleanliness!
Matthew and Jodi were easy to contact through VRBO and were just a text away from answers to our questions. Perhaps it is not protocol for owners, but I believe a phone call would be reassuring, especially after all payments have been made in full. Everything is done electronically, so even a little human interaction, say a week before the stay, could help defray some anxiety. Also, it could be better to receive the "arrival greeting" email a bit earlier than the morning of our scheduled stay. It all goes back to having no human contact during the process.
Lastly, I know the "THIRD FLOOR" is capitalized in the description, so we knew that going in. It could be mentioned, however, that there is no elevator. It can be a struggle, especially on check-in and check-out days.

Sep 2019This condo is a perfect fit for a small family. I travelled with my husband and 16 month old and it was perfect. Everything was exactly as expected from the listing. We loved having access to the private beach. The pool and playground was also very nice. Everyone we met was so nice and accommodating. This condo is also a short walk from the Jet Express; so convenient! I would definitely stay again.

Oct 2020the stay was fun. the house was clean. the only cons i would say was the response time of the owner & the fact that we didn’t get the code to the door until hours before arrival. other then that, no complaints. we came to hit cedar point but because of the location, we were able to experience so much more. definitely recommend hitting the que restaurant right down the street while visiting as well

Make sure to eat some of the fresh local fish while you can - it’s hard to obtain away from the region. Overall, we will be staying at this property again in the future.

Jul 2019I want to start by saying I take these reviews seriously because we rely on them to make our own decisions. With that in mind, I want to thank the owners of the property we stayed at. It was very professional and felt more like a partnership than a customer/owner relationship. We felt special. They took care of us and we did our best to reciprocate. (I hope our family gets a good review😁).
It was definitely a home, as they described it would be. Clean, with a calm island vibe and 100% exactly as we'd hoped. Advice for future renters: treat this place as if it were *your* rental property and a great time will be had by all who stay.
I'll close by saying I never give 5 stars on any review... Ever...and would've gladly and easily given 10. Thank you both.

Aug 2019Great place for our family's vacation to the Lake Erie islands area! We have a two kids: 6 and 3. The condo was clean and had all that we needed. The complex was great! It was very convenient to go to the pool, beach and playground all at once. The grounds were extremely clean! Great location to walk to the Jet Express.
Our only (very minor) suggestion is some instructions for the air conditioning unit. We could not maintain a good temperature in the condo. But we were not in the condo often during the day so this was not a big deal.

Aug 2020excellent for a family getaway. PRIVATE pool and PRIVATE beach. Neither was busy at anytime during our stay. There is a virtual reality game-room for entertainment otherwise we just relaxed.
