Nov 2019We stayed at the property for a week and it was great to have the space and the kitchen. We were two professionals so appreciated the very comfortable double beds and the well supplied kitchen. Carpet could use a clean but all in all perfect location, well supplied kitchen, and good communication with Lei Realty.
Thanks and we will be back. Appreciate you letting us stay in your private condo.

Mar 2021This property was prime location with the most amazing view any of us had ever seen. Very friendly staff in the building and an extremely safe area. However, we felt as though the property lacked essentials such as sharp knives, a blender, a whisk, and a comforter. Overall, wonderful stay!

ロケーションがとてもよく、リビングの窓から見える景色が最高でした。トイレが水が流れっぱなしだったり、きちんと流しづらかったりしたのがめんどくさかった以外はパーフェクトです。どこかの階で工事中でしょっちゅう工事の方とエレベーター一緒になりましたが、皆さんフレンドリーで気になるものではありませんでした。またお世話になろうと思います。

One thing I've noted was the dust on the duct cover over the ceiling of bath room, and full of dust in the dust case of the cleaner, which we cleaned up!

Mar 2022Plenty of room and clean. A friend came for a few nights and slept on fold out couch. So did my grandkids. Very Comfortable. Not fancy at all but your only there to sleep. New toaster Oven and Coffee Pot would be nice. They have seen better days. Laundry room nice also.

Apr 2019It was a nice apartment for a reasonable price. The sunrise view from the 36th floor was fantastic. The place is well equipped with a regular kitchen with everything except a dishwasher, even plenty of china (even more than regular dishes?). Lots of space and storage. Has one separate bedroom with 2 single beds. Overall there is plenty of space. Unit was fairly clean but is starting to show some use. Do bring your own beach towels, coffee and adult size mugs to drink it. There was zero give on the 10am checkout, but we made it work. Bonuses include use of the pool, gym, and a parking spot. Rented through a management company that was mostly reachable. Damage deposit took over 2 weeks to refund.
Overall, I would happily stay here again. Thanks!

Sep 2021I can’t rate this place highly enough…the location was perfect, the sunrise every morning over the valley and koko head crater was breathtaking, and the condo was super clean, spacious, and perfect for two people (especially since we were also both working remotely). Definitely will come and stay again.

Dec 2019Beautiful view and a nice looking condo. The listing is exactly what you get. It was clean, had everything you needed and cozy. We travelled with our 2 kids who slept on the provided cots, the kids said they were comfortable. Great and fast communication with owner. We would absol stay here again.

Aug 2019Beautiful property, 36th floor amazing view (not ocean view), clean, stocked with utensils, dishware, cookware, even had 2 sets of snorkel gear. Responsive management when issue came up with door lock (fixed next day). Would definitely consider using Lei rentals again.
