Sep 2022You could not ask for a location MORE in the middle of the best things to do in Key West. Yet very quiet, never heard Traffic, Music, Crowds that were steps away. Nice check process with key codes for doors and gates instead of physical keys. Unit was stocked with more than enough supplies. Very Clean and well kept.

Mar 2018We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Very close to Duval Street but not too close and all was quiet at the house. Great location to walking to just about everywhere in the Historical district. We only had to Uber twice. Will stay there again.

Mar 2021We had a nice stay at this property. Even though the sleeping arrangements are not as advertised (says sleeps 4 but barely fit our family of 3) we did enjoy everything else about our stay. Access to the property was simple. All of the basic necessities were provided. There was a nice swimming pool on property that our son enjoyed very much. Only drawback was the hard as a rock full size bed in the bedroom and only a couch (not sleeper sofa) for my son to sleep on. The other drawback was the very noisy in window AC unit in our bedroom. Next time we will find another property with central AC because it was almost impossible for us to sleep.

May 2022We had an an amazing vacation! The boutique Rose Villa hotel is in the perfect location to the beaches, Duval Street and everything else Key West has to offer. Nice room but a bit small for four, but clean and comfortable. Having the pool onsite was great, private and clean. The off street parking in front of our unit for $20 was convenient. Would definitely stay again.

May 2022We enjoyed our stay at Rose Lane Villas. The location was perfect for walking to everything. Even though it was just off Duval Street, the villas are quiet. The parking spot was a big plus and we enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely stay there again!

Feb 2021Was the perfect stay for our little family. First time in the keys and had a lot of fun! Our daughter is 7 months old so we wanted a pool and to be able to walk everywhere and that’s exactly what we got. Was jealous of the suites right off the pool but we enjoyed our front porch. Super quiet street but the party (if you aren’t stuck home with a baby) is literally right around the corner. So so great.
A few notes, we rented a crib and specifically asked if it came with a fitted sheet (they said yes) but there wasn’t one and we had to use a regular sheet all tucked in. Not a huge deal but would have brought our own. Had some issues with check in (so did everyone else we saw struggling with a passcode) but they answered my call right away. Lastly I had groceries delivered and they were just left inside our suite. Maybe my fault for assuming they’d put the cold stuff in the fridge but it all sat our for a few hours.
Got over all that really quickly and had a blast.

Aug 2021This property is located in the perfect location to soak in all of key west! Close to the best restaurants, bars, marina, shopping and nightlife and only 1 mile to the beach. The size of this place is perfect with separate sleeping area and room to relax. We’ve been to key west quite a bit and this is our new favorite place!

Dec 2021This property is exactly as advertised. Classic Oldtown apartment. Check-in was a breeze and being 2 hours early was not a problem. Perfect walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Jan 2022Pictures were accurate on VRBO and in real life! The location is unbeatable as you are one block from the best part of Duval street and it’s quiet enough to sleep at night. All the staff are so friendly and great with keeping communication open! We extended our stay as long as we could! We will be back again and again!
