Jan 2020We stayed the second weekend of January 2020. The condo had everything we needed for cooking in the unit. Everything in the unit was very nice and well kept. We loved the fireplace, private deck, hot tub and amazing views. We spent most of our down time relaxing in the hot tub taking in the views. There were accessible walking trails to town or just a quick 5 minute drive to almost everything. If we make it back to Whistler this will be our preferred condo. During our stay Whistler was a winter wonderland and we loved every minute of it.

Mar 2020We arrived late due to plane delays. Lighting around signage at condo was poor. We were confused about how to get into garage and of where the condo was upstairs. We called the security guard twice to find the place and open the garage door. Once all that was settled, it was great. The condo was g=clean and kitchen well equipped. We loved the views and the layout of the condo.

Dec 2021This property was perfect. The view of the mountains, the fireplace and hot tub made the stay so enjoyable. The location is very close to the village. A beautiful 20 minute walk on a gorgeous path that is beautiful lit up at night. This was an excellent choice.

Jan 2022Staying at Gerardo's place was everything we expected. The place was clean & cozy, fully equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were on point with the nice fireplace to sit next to during the evenings and the hot tub / patio with the amazing views after our day skiing. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

“Vincent’s pad” had cool decor and was a very comfortable, well appointed, and peaceful stay. The views were exceptional from the balcony/private hot tub, living quarters, and common pool/hot tub area. It was only a short @ 5 min drive to the village and we appreciated the separation. The pool needed to be drained on the day we checked in due to some emergency which was unfortunate and the next day when we attempted the common hot tub it appeared dirty and uninviting. Don’t know if it was immediately cleaned as that was our only day there. But our private hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Aside from the common pool/hot tub incident we had no complaints and would go back in a heartbeat!

This property was better than expected. We booked the condo for it's views and hot tub. Upon arrival it was dark, when we woke up the first morning and saw the view it was gorgeous. The condo has a private deck with grill and private hot tub facing Blackcomb mountain. The landscape was covered in beautiful layers of snow, and we enjoyed every second of the hot tub with a view. The dinning area also has a picture window facing the same mountain which meals every meal taste better. The living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms are very nice. Plus, the kitchen has everything you need to make home cooked meals. There is a nice size island as well to increase the already nice counter space. The island also increase the eating area because one side has seating. In addition there is parking available free of charge in an underground secured garage. You will love you stay here. The only downside is bedrooms and bathrooms could use more lighting or brighter blubs. This was easily overlooked given all the positives.

Everything was great - the shower in the master bedroom was clogged however, and would not drain. Also we missed on the second cleaning, they only cleaned once, two days into our stay and then never cleaned again.

Excellent 2 weeks at Ironwood. View was spectacular, brilliant sunshine & blue skies every day. Great location, easy walking access to village & Creekside for hiking, biking and dinners. Patio needed a clean-up from weeds and highly recommend a green bin be provided for composting, otherwise great.

We had a splendid time, starting with great service provided by Whisthler Superior Properties personnel. The apartment was nicely decorated and fully equiped. We loved to spend time in the terrace and the jacuzzi after biking all day in summer time. We are a family of five and fit perfectly.. Other ammenities such as the swimming pool were were perfect. All was perfectly clean.

Nice quiet place within ten minutes to parking in lot 6 for free. Hot tub helped the sore muscles with very comfortable couches and beds. Kitchen was newer and everything functioned as intended. Outstanding view of Blackcomb mountain and I loved watching the groomers do night work. The 10 digit combination to get in the building was a little much but after a few tries we always got in.

We didn't find the beds to be comfortable enough to sleep well. The down comforter was old and wouldn't keep its shape. The furniture in general was not comfortable. I dropped something on the kitchen floor and cleaned it with a paper towel that turned black because the floor was so dirty. Loved the hot tub.

Aug 2020My family and I stayed here mid-late July 2020. The location was amazing! Close to Alta Lake and easy access to the Valley Trail. The property seemed pretty well maintained, the pool was terrific. There were a few cleanliness issues in the common bathroom near the pool and our kitchen floor wasn't the cleanest, but overall, our experieince was really terrific and I'd highly recommend this. The property managers responded withing minutes when our AC wouldn't work and fixed it asap and that was really impressive. Even with COVID 19, this place felt really special and we felt well looked after and safe. Thank you!

The condo was not cleaned properly and had a wet towel with the vanity doors open and no clean towels in ensuite bathroom. Tables were dusty. Property manager was called and cleaning company came back to clean. The condo is fantastic however the cleaning company needs to do a better job. The bbq was uncovered with grease trays under it full, patio neeefed a wash and overall condo needs a thorough dust and wipe down.

The king bed should have been placed in the larger room with the bathroom (the queen bed was very uncomfortable and my we had a hard time choosing between having the on-suite or king bed. They had extra blankets to use when sitting on the couch, but they were really scratchy. It would be nice if some softer cozy blankets were provided. Overall this was a great stay.
