Das Gerät befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, sodass Sie nicht den gesamten Straßenlärm hören. Es liegt etwa 4 ½ Blocks vom Strand und der Strandpromenade von Ocean City entfernt. Das Gerät verfügt über zentrale Luft, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner, (3) Flachbildfernseher, (1) Videorecorder, (1) DVD-Player und eine Mikrowelle und WLAN (verfügbar in den Monaten Juni, Juli, August und September). Die Wohnung ist rauchfrei, hat aber eine kleine Veranda, auf der jemand rauchen kann. Es gibt (1) einen eigenen Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude mit zusätzlichen kostenlosen Parkplätzen an der Straße. Günstig gegenüber einer Wawa gelegen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nicht gestellt.

We enjoyed our short stay. Communication was always quick if we had a question or a concern. We actually wished we had booked for an additional night.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, walking distance to the boardwalk and other shops/stores. Kim responded quickly to my inquiries and was very friendly to deal with. Cant wait to come back!

The condo was as - advertised. Small and clean and just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk restaurants and shops. It's a perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway.If you're looking for some hidden local gems, be sure to check out the annual "Do-Dah" parade - quite possibly the world's longest parade of Bassett Hounds. It stretches several blocks and features a nearly-neverending conga line of dogs seeking pets and the occasional treat from spectators.Hungry for some authentic Hawaiian cuisine? Add the Hula Restaurant and Sauce Company to your to-do list. The restaurant is tucked away at the back of the Boardwalk alley near the go-cart track. It features a solid menu of seafood cuisine including a delicious, authentic grilled mahi fish taco. Be sure to leave room for their homemade key lime pie too!

Location was the biggest plus for us. However, the unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Kim’s place was excellent - extremely clean and comfortable, right near shops and, of course, the beach and boardwalk. Very conveniently walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Kim is a fantastic host, very responsive and communicative. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kim is the greatest. She answered all questions in a timely manner. The home is conveniently located close to everything. Nice and clean.

Great experience and Kim was wonderful to deal with. She responds quickly to questions and is very helpful. We go to OC every year but this was our first time renting a house instead of a hotel stay and we would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and as described and it’s walking distance to everything (even with a toddler and baby). We really enjoyed our stay.
