Jul 2017Words cannot express how perfect this house is. We have been bringing our three families together to vacation in Dewey for many years, and we feel we have finally found the house we will return to again and again. If we forgot to pack something, it was there. There are loads of amenities and the house is decorated just as a beach house should be, bright and sunny, and inviting and comfortable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is just as lovely as the house is. See you next year!

Aug 2020We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the place had absolutely everything we needed +++ a lot of extras. The owner, Claudia, consistently kept in touch with us to make sure we were happy and that we knew where things were. The unit itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. We loved our time there!

Aug 2017We loved this house! The layout allowed for lots of privacy and quiet... The kids would be playing downstairs and the adults could hang out on the next level with no noise! The hot tub kept us all happy... Especially on a day that was a little windy/rainy and wasn't good to be on the beach. Parking was AMAZING! It was so nice not to have to worry about street parking in Dewey. The amenities (beach chairs, towels for hot tub, etc) were a nice, helpful touch, and all of my interactions with the owner were great - she even texted to check in on us and wish us good weather after a storm our first day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Aug 2020We loved our stay at Claudia's place in Dewey! For two families with young kids, it was so nice to rent a place that had all the "extras" included. Nice soft sheets, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen (and just about every type of cocktail glass you could ever need ;)). The best bonus was the rooftop. We loved the full size hot tub and seating for all.
The location can't be beat. The property was only a few houses off the beach but also close to all the restaurants in Dewey. The street itself is quiet but if you want to walk to bars/restaurants/shops they are minutes away. Also a short bike or run to the Rehoboth boardwalk through beautiful Rehoboth by the sea. We've already booked our stay for next year!!

Jul 2019This was hands down one of our favorite family beach vacations! I was a bit nervous at first about renting in Dewey with my two small children and I am so glad that I emailed Claudia my concerns in advance. I booked it right after reading her response which assured me that our family would love it, and she was correct. The house was perfect for us. The kids loved it and said they liked Dewey better than our most recent stay in Bethany. It is close to the beach, fully stocked with EVERYTHING and a most excellent rooftop that was enjoyed by all. The location is perfect. It is at the beginning of Dewey so you can easily walk/run or trolley to Rehoboth if you would like. I was surprised how quiet it was compared to past stays in the area. We will definitely return and stay longer if we can!

Jul 2018This place is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. The hot tub on the private rooftop was awesome! And the fact that you could sit up there and watch the ocean made it even better. On rainy days, which we had two of, there were still things to do inside, like try to figure out what movie to watch (from their collection of over 100 DVD’s), on their HUGE TV!
It’s close to everything, maybe a 5 minute drive to the Rehoboth boardwalk and there are tons of restaurants and shops in walking distance and the beach is just a couple of steps away!
There were 9 of us in our group and we were all accommodated perfectly, each with our own room and bathroom. My family had such an amazing time!
Claudia, you were so kind and so informative and helpful in the whole process! Your place is amazing and we would definitely love to come back again! Thank you again for all of your help.

It is in a great location on a nice quiet road...a few steps from the beach and close to wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. Just pack a bathing suit, park your car for the week and relax. The house is perfect for families. The owners make it easier on you by providing all of the bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. We have stayed here the past two years and are already looking forward to next year.

Jul 2018This house has everything! Location is fantastic. Amenities are countless. It has something for everyone. Want to go to the beach? There’s extra chairs. Want to just veg out? There’s huge TVs. Want to relax and unwind? There’s a hot tub on the roof. Owner provides so many extras, dishes, towels, umbrellas.....
As long as we are able, we will rent this house. It is the perfect size for our three generation family.

Aug 2019This home is a "secret garden." When we walked in we were greeted by cheerful colors and images that set the tone for the rest of the week, which was the "bestest" Dewey vacation ever. We are grateful to Claudia for creating and sharing this vacation home. Our large family loved being at this home and will be back.

Jul 2022This home has everything a group/family might need for a fantastic vacation. The property is fully stocked with any item needed for cooking, beach time, game night and has all the towels and sheets included. The walk to the beach is quick and that hot tub on the upper deck is fantastic for an after dinner soak! We slept in the lower level and the tempurpedic mattress was Heaven. Our daughters gave great reviews for the other beds and our grandchildren love using the pyramid bunk bed. Claudia,the owner and manager is very responsive to any question and when we were dealing with a sick kiddo she gave us some options for medical care as well.
This was our second year in this wonderful home and we are certain that it won’t be our last.

Jun 2021Our stay at Claudia's home was wonderful! The proximity to the beach was our favorite part of the entire stay. The outdoor shower made it very easy to transition from beach to home, and especially helpful with our one year old! The bedrooms are comfortable and the patio spaces both on the first floor and the roof were nice to have. Having three showers was also a plus. Claudia herself was easy to communicate with and checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. If we ever had a question she was quick to respond. The hot tub was so fun to have at night! Make sure to check the chlorine level when you arrive. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Claudia's and would definitely return!

Jun 2018Our family of 5, includes 3 college aged girls, loved this house and it's location! This house has something for all generations! The house allows for quick access to the beach and a quick walk to restaurants and night life. On a rainy Sunday, we took advantage of the DVD's and games that were available. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths are large and beautiful. Our favorite location is the roof top deck with gorgeous views of the ocean, cute bar area, and crystal clear large hot tub. Claudia, the owner, is great to work with and answers all questions quickly. Five star rating for this house! Thanks Claudia, for another fun Dewey Beach vacation!

A linen service is provided so guests do not have to launder the used linens at the end of the stay. The dining room table is ample and great not only for meals but for playing games. The rooftop with the hot tub is wonderful with a view of the ocean. We appreciated the ice maker in the bar section, and the variety of glassware/plasticware as well. Traveling and staying with three kids 5 & under is a packing nightmare & we are so glad Claudia had a ton of amenities at the property, so we only needed the basics. The place was nice and tidy and super close to the beach, so if we needed to make multiple trips, it was an easy walk. The neighbors were nice and friendly and we enjoyed how close all the eateries were. Claudia was so accommodating and kept in touch during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed or to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recitals look forward to future vacations here with our family.

Feb 2020From the first time I had reach out to Claudia she was so efficient, friendly and so helpful. Myself and 8 of my girlfriends want a weekend away. We found this house and like the pictures. Once we got there the house was clean, beautiful and a prime location! Claudia was always available via text/phone with any questions I had! I’d love to stay here again, and I definitely recommend to anyone! Such a great first time experience!

She sends you a beach guide that has all of the information you need to know about not only the house, but Dewey Beach as well. The house is loaded with so much stuff your packing for a beach trip can be minimized. The upper deck is a huge hit with a bar, tables, lounge chairs and a hot tub with ocean views! It is a quick walk to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here and would return in a heartbeat!

Sep 2017Everything was amazing! The description of the property is spot on. We were on the beach every day and the local restaurants had amazing food and great entertainment. The location was nice as we walked everywhere. All guests were comfortable and not once did we feel like we were in each others space. The spacious layout and bathrooms were convenient and the rooftop deck was a great place to enjoy the morning and evening sun.
The house is a condo with 3 other connecting units that form a square. We met the guests on both sides of us and they were extremely nice.
I booked this house in February and Claudia was very helpful with pre-planning the trip, etc. The house has every necessity one would need. I even called and text Claudia during our stay and she was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.
We had a great time and would definitely book this house again. Thank you, Claudia, for being so generous and letting us stay.
