May 2018We enjoyed our stay, comfy bed, nice and clean apartment. Drake was a good host, when we had a question he responded very quickly. We were very comfortable and would stay here again.

Jun 2020The property is perfect for a small family! The two bedroom setup is perfect for those with children and who want a little privacy. Very cozy and well maintained. Good view of the bay. Drake is very courteous and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Drake was very very nice to talk to and kept in touch with us and even called me while we were there because I have a question.
I am looking forward to staying here again next Cheerleading Reach the Beach Nationals.

Apr 2019The bay front condo was very clean and welcoming with a lovely view. I cannot think of a thing that needs improving upon with this condo. We would consider staying again. Drake is very communicative and helpful. You won't be disappointed!
We stayed off season and still found plenty to do in the area! OCMD is one of our favorite spots!

Sep 2018Spent the Labor Day weekend at 314 Makai with my husband and friends and had an absolutely terrific time. Weather was perfect and condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Plus it is located on the bay but only a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be looking to rent it again next year.

Feb 2018Place was well decorated and was a fun place to stay for the Reach The Beach Cheer Competition. Great size rooms and was fun to have a kitchen to make breakfast before the day started. Weather was dreary, but we made the best of it. Would really like to come back in season sometime. Thanks to our hosts for the great communication before our trip.

Oct 2019My husband and I and another couple come down for the car show in October every year. The condo was very clean and comfortable and felt like home. Drake was very nice from the very start and even followed up after we had checked out. Loved the bay view. We look forward to renting this condo again next year!

Dec 2017My daughter and I drive down to Ocean City pretty much every year between Christmas and New Years. This year was no different. We have tried staying at other places but always come back to Drake and his lovely condo. It's a really nice space, very clean and we always have a great time. Dec 2021Check in was easy, property clean and decor beachy. The first issue was when we first got off the elevator there was an overwhelming burning smell. There was a maintenance man outside a unit and said he was "burning" something earlier and apolgized for the smell. When we entered the unit there also was another odor - kind of weird smell I couldn't place. However, the odor was only at the front door and not in the unit itself. The inside of the unit was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and views were pretty - if you looked to the left and not straight ahead to see the hotels next door. Also, I had an issue with the water and I called Drake and he immediately instructed me on what I needed to do. There are written instructions on the refrigerator, but I didn't see them before calling. The main issue I had was the pool was closed for maintenance. This is one of the main reasons I booked this unit was the heated indoor pool. The pool did open near the end of our stay, but still wasn't as warm as I would have liked. Would I stay in this unit again or rent from this owner again? YES! It was well worth the price due to the comfort and attentiveness of the owner.
