Plenty of room for us all . I like that the pictures on line were spot on . The cleaning could have been better the floors not clean when we arrived. The shower curtains had mold on them.*

Nice condo and pool in a great location. My family enjoyed our time staying at the facility. We just thought the floors would have been clean(er) than what they actually were when we arrived.

My friends and I visited super bowl weekend. The place was clean, a few of the televisions in the room didn’t work but that didn’t effect us at all. The place looks exactly as the ad shows. Very convenient for a big crowd. The internet is very very very weak. We tried streaming the super bowl and had to use our own hotspot because of the weak connections. There were some stains on the towels as if they were used and folded back but there were extra towels to use. Overall we had a great time and I would still stay again.

My family spent a week at Myrtle Beach Villas, expending a fairly hefty sum of money, but a charge I was willing to incur for a 'luxury' condominium. My party consisted of 12 persons, so the size was more than adequate. Communication & instructions from Affordable Large Properties were excellent. However, that is about as far as I can go with regard to a pleasant experience relative to the unit. 1. We arrived at the unit & had no trouble accessing it. However, the first thing we noted was that someone had put some sort of a 'vaseline' substance all over the door. To say that something like that is gross is an understatement. 2. One bedroom door on the bottom floor could not be opened because of a bed in the way! To get inside the room to the bath, one had to shut the bedroom door and inch their way toward the bath. 3. We had several younger children with us; we remove our shoes when we enter a house. That was a mistake! I am not exaggerating when I say that the bottoms of our feet were BLACK immediately! We noted several other things as we toured the house (1 wicker chair on the upstairs patio had the entire back blown out of it; the back of the sectional couch in the living area was broken; the legs on the coffee table were rickety; we found leftover food on the area rug, as well as a cereal bowl with leftover milk & cereal on the floor in the living area; several drawers in various pieces of furniture were broken and would fall out of the unit when pulled; 1 cabinet in the bathroom was off its hinges; drains in several of the bathrooms did not drain as they should; the washing machine leaked; several of the rollers on the bottom rack of the dishwasher were gone; for a unit that was supposed to sleep 22 persons, there was not an adequate number of forks or spoons--I think you get the picture.) I could go on, but I think it would be a waste of my time and effort. For an area that was supposed to be rented by no one under the age of 25, the noise level was almost unbearable at night. There were at least 3 nights that all-night parties took place. The first night we were there, the deck on the unit directly across from us had to be cordoned off with yellow cautionary tape because the occupants broke the railing as they tried to throw someone off that night. The only 'nice' phrase that comes to mind when I think of the unit is a 'total state of disrepair.'

Large condo with the right amount of bedrooms and beds for a guys getaway for golf. Older property but value well worth the price. Easy to get around with Uber and convenient to airport.

I liked the property and found that it fit our group very well. It was close enough to the beach to be convenient. The property was in good repair and clean. The only negative was the only elevator had a rancid smell like mildew all week. Everyone dreaded it. This area of the beach has very little bars and nite-clubs. It was very quite. All in all, I would recommend this property to others.

Elevator was really slow and hot inside....dryer didn't dry clothes on first time drying...people across from us got into a fight 2 separate nights yelling and screaming at each other, but other than that we had a good time

All concerns were addressed very quickly and effectively. Excellent response to questions and great communication before and during our stay. .

After traveling all day with 21 adults we get to the unit only to discover there is nowhere to park. A big portion of the parking was blocked off for motor bikes only due to Bikefest. Then we get into the unit to find it was 80 degrees due to the 2nd floor A/C unit going completely out. Even with two temporary blowers installed. Thankfully the maintenance was completed the very next morning even on the Holiday weekend. The rest of the stay turned out as expected. While it all turned out okay in the end. I don't recommend going here during a high activity weekend.
