Das Esszimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche sind auf der Rückseite des Gerätes. Es gibt einen halb privaten Deck aus der Essbereich, wo Sie oder einfach nur entspannen Grill kann. Diese Entwicklung verfügt über zwei Pools, Sauna, Whirlpool (ganzjährig), Tennisplätze, Pickleball und einen Kinderspielplatz. Jede Einheit verfügt über zwei reservierte Parkplätze und es gibt viele zusätzliche Parkplätze in zwei Überlaufparkplätze in günstiger Lage auf dem Grundstück. Der Komplex liegt in der Nähe Tahoe City, Skigebiete einschließlich Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley USA, Northstar und Homewood Mountain, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Küstenwache Boot Start ist gleich um die Ecke für unsere Sommergäste. Außerdem gibt es einen bequemen Zugang zu den großen Rad- und Wanderwege, sowohl auf als auch abseits der Straße. Im Winter fahren die Straße zum Tahoe Cross Country XC-Center auf. Einfache kurze Fahrt nach Tahoe City mit guten Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung.

Nov 2020The 4 of us had a great stay over Thanksgiving weekend, place was accurately described. Kitchen has great cookware and utensils, and more than enough space for the 4 of us. Fireplace is great and the location can't be beat for anything on the north side.Parking can be tricky especially with other people in the area parking in your spots but it all worked out.

I enjoyed staying at the Lake Forest Glen Condos. I used to frequent this location as a regular vacation spot as a child. There were a couple of problems with the condo we stayed at, ex. the couches were broken in some areas and they were very "used" and dated; also the upstairs shower would leak through the downstairs bathroom fan (which looked as if there was some severe water damage happening in the ceiling). All in all the location and cleanliness of the condo was great and I will definitely book the Lake Forest Glen Condos again for our next summer stay in Tahoe.

O'Neal Associates are the BEST realtors I have ever dealt with. Just a week ago, my last client of the summer, locked the condo keys in the condo. It was Friday night of Labor Day weekend. I got hold of one of their folks, and within 10 minutes, the instructions over the phone were, "Have them come to our office, and a key will be waiting." How good is that? We tried for hours to get internet access to work. Three different computers, three different people. We were able to get connectivity to the modem, but to connect to the internet required an ATT Username and Password. When we requested this information from the property manager, we were told to reset the modem. Very frustrating to a) waste so much vacation time on what should be a very simple procedure, and b) have to go to the local coffee shop to keep connected to the world. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

A couple of issues: The code to the key box was incorrect. In the written material sent to me the code to the key box was CAT. This did not work after several times. Having stayed in other condos in this complex I knew the other code "NEW." So I tried "NEW" and it worked. Please send out the correct information. Second, it would be great if there was more then one key to the place as we had people coming and going at different times.
Overall, a very peaceful place to stay. The back deck is a wonderful place to relax and read and enjoy the beautiful fresh air. Being close to the beach is also wonderful.
