Oct 2017Would recommend the stay. Great location and nice unit with all amenities taken care of. Easy to find and within walking distance to town centre and Kuirau Park lovely to have on your doorstep.

Jan 2018Was in a good location to walk into town. The unit is all freshly decorated, very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. There were mountain bike hooks in a secure back garden which would be handy for future trips. We enjoyed our stay.

Nov 2017the place was tidy and clean. it is located in a quiet neighbourhood. the property is all fenced up, so you get your personal space. the outdoor area and private spa is perfect for a small family. would definitely stay there again next time i go to rotorua

Oct 2017Our communication line with Grant was awesome, we really enjoyed our stay at his home. His home was very warm, welcoming, homely and everything you needed, was available. He was only a text away. For our first time in Rotorua, his home was nothing but amazing. So Grant, thank you very much for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

Jun 2019Only three chairs for up to six people. Heater in main bedroom didn’t work and one in other bedroom was against the bed so couldn’t use that one either. Although in early June found it was warm enough at night. Good instructions for everything (except heater in bedroom). Spa was good as long as previous guests leave lid on, maybe something the cleaner can check, otherwise it gets cold. Overall a pleasant stay for four people but wouldn’t recommend for five or six.

Nov 2017My Son and I stayed 6 days. the Unit was spotless and had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable.It was within walking distance to shops and cafes. We had a really great holiday. would be happy to recommend it. Thankyou Grant

Feb 2018Lovely little apartment. The spa was a nice touch - we enjoyed it every evening after long days of exploring Rotorua. Location was very handy to downtown and no sulphur smell.

Oct 2017Location is perfect for your stay. It is a short walk out of the bustling city but in a nice quiet area. Felt very safe as well. Was a 8min walk to nearby cafes and restaurants for meals which was great for my family and I to settle our stomach on the walk home. Property has everything that is needed, kitchen utilise, laundry and also a beautiful spa. Rooms were very cosy, with room heaters and electric blankets for the colder nights. I would recommend to all to stay here. Thank you again Grant!

Oct 2017Awesome wee unit within walking distance of the city centre. We spent 3 nights (family of 4) and were so impressed with the presentation and cleanliness - very modern decor and furniture. The unit is fully equipped - better than a motel as you have privacy and space. With an awesome private spa, My sky, washing machine and dishwasher it was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend this rental.
