Apr 2020Would DEFINITELY stay again. We were in the upstairs 2 bedroom unit. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to some shops and restaurants but only a couple homes to the one side followed by nothing but beach, so you didn't feel like a tourist. The view was amazing!! The guys in our group got sunburned but didn't mind a day hanging on the deck for the view, you felt like you were still on the beach. Saw dolphins most everyday, manatee from the deck another day. I can't recommend the place enough. Did not have any issues that We needed to speak with the manager. We were there the week restrictions were starting to take place with covid19. So while the rest of the world was turning upside down, we were in a slice of heaven if even for just a week.

Mar 2022Wish we could have stayed longer. This beautiful apartment/condo fully met our every expectation. The news from the very outset was good, as we found that the accommodation itself looked precisely as depicted in the on-line photographs; we got what we hoped to get. This is indeed an older property, which might not be valued by renters who like things that are brand-spanking new, but everything that’s important has been full updated. Internet is fully reliable and fast. The view from the back deck is exceptional, with the sunsets stage-center every day. We’ve come to the island on a number of occasions but we’ve never experienced a view like the one from the top deck, just a few steps from the unit. (The views do come with something for a price;—30 plus steps and four landings. Potential renters should be aware of that fact.). The unit is fully equipped with anything one might need including plenty of beach “toys.” A couple of suggestions: the owner or agent might visit the property at night to look at the lighting in the main living areas, which is something of a mishmash with bulbs of different wattages and color temperatures. Light fixtures in the overhead fans need t be cleaned out, and the light over the dining table so dim as to be useless. Also, the otherwise fine tv in the living room would definitely benefit from the addition of an inexpensive sound bar, as the built-in speaker is quite tinny, and the surround sound system is old and apparently no longer connected. The preceding comments are suggestions only and nothing that detracted in any significant way from a wonderful week here.

Close to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance.
Easy access to the beach.
Incredible view from the balcony and open floor plan, lots of room.
Bedrooms are very large w/private bathroom.
Note: must be able to climb stairs, only room for one car.

Just a 5 minute walk to Bridge st with shops and restaurants. Several places had live music at night. Nice to stroll out to the pier. Condo had everything we needed.A definite plus that it is adults only! Beach was never too crowded. The home is located on the main street through town so second bedroom can hear traffic. But the rest of the condo was fine. The only comment I would make is that the condo could really use a furniture and decor update. Nothing that would keep you from having a great time though. We would definitely return there again!

Jan 2021We loved the location of the condo in proximity to the beach, the food, the nightlife. The condo felt private from the other visitors. Only two negatives and it didn’t ruin the trip: the details of entry in the building, garage, could have been better and saved the property manager a phone call and parking was a bear. We could have gotten both of our vehicles in one of the garage slots end to end thus reducing the anxiety of not keeping an eye on one of our cars since it was parked about half a mile away.
Positives: location, location, location; the amazing sunset view from our balcony; rooftop was fun to use during New Year’s Eve fireworks and listening to the music from up the street; Mattresses were comfy; bedrooms were far apart for privacy; plenty of room to spread out; honestly, I would reserve this place again. Our friends who joined us would have preferred a floor level condo due to his disability so if you have issues with three flights of stairs, maybe not the best accommodations for you. If not, then don’t hesitate to book it.

Feb 2020We are a having lovely time at Linger Longer ! We did have trouble with the gate button on sat night. We were looking for the key code not a button and then the button did not open the gate and in the dark and we didn’t know we could walk around so the we boosted one of us up on the roof to get to the inside button ! Gate button seems to be fine now ? A couple of other minor things .... the fan light and bathroom light are out in the front bedroom and it would have been nice to have four pillows in the back bedroom also . Otherwise you have thought of most everything to make staying here a breeze !

Having our own beach access was awesome and having the balcony with the high chairs/table was our go to place each morning for breakfast and in the evenings to watch the sunsets and have drinks! Loved the indoor parking as well. The unit was very clean! And just a minute walk to Bridge Street! We will definitely stay again!

Mar 2020Very clean unit! Linger Longer is a little oasis on the beach. Beautiful view. The property manager was the best she anticipates needs or problems and addresses them. The only downside of this place is the parking. We have friends stop and you can only park one car so that was a problem for us. But if you are coming with one car you will be fine. Plus many things are very walkable from this location.

Jul 2022This is a nice condo. Its close to all the resultants and very close to the beach. But the parking is not great, you only get 1 parking space and its a very tight spot to park in. Management company does not respond to emails either, so if you have a question they don't answer you.

Aug 2019There was nothing to be desired. The kitchen was well-stocked. The view was sublime. The owner and his wife, a very friendly couple live on premises and inquired about our stay frequently. Our itrip representative, Leslie Fowler was amazingly responsive and helpful. The only caveat was limited parking. I would definitely seek out this location again.

Aug 2019There was a little snafu with the keyless entry system but was resolved quickly! The owner was very apologetic. We attempted watching Netflix but did not have password access so we watched ESPN - to my husband’s delight. There is WiFi, however We had trouble keeping connected unless we were in the Master bedroom. The condo is in a great location on the beach and close to shops/food/entertainment - all within walking distance!
The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking gear, however does not have seasoning, cooking oil/spray, basic cooking ingredients are not available. If you purchase anything to prepare food, ie., breakfast, you will need to throw it out when you leave - owner request. We have been to other VRBOs and have had basic cooking ingredients which helps with breakfast, snacks, etc. - especially when flying in <> out. Of course, rules and regulations are at owner’s discretion- I can respect that. With that being said, overall we had a great time even though it rained all 4 days - Bummer! Didn’t get my fun in the sun, but had lots of good food and shopping mission went well!!

Jan 2020The condo was so nice and clean. Had everything you need. Enjoyed every minute soaking up the sun on the open sundeck and at the beach. So happy to not be confined by a screened in deck. That open deck sold me as soon as i saw your listing on Vrbo. And the gorgeous blue/green ocean views we couldnt get enough of. We had the best weather, high 70's. And walked a block or two to all the delicious eating places. Great communication with the manager, and got to say hello to one of the owners.
Its a spot you never want to leave :)

Jul 2018The "condo" was much more than that, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a great ocean view/front deck. Owners were friendly and provided great dinner recommendations. Even went to sleep hearing the waves come in. The town of Bradenton Beach is definitely old Florida and very quaint with so many things easily within walking distance. And the top deck is great for watching the sunsets. Condo has everything you need in the way of coffee maker, full kitchen, washer/dryer and even an electric corkscrew ;-)

Jul 2019So far generally pleased with the accommodations. The property is super clean and the view is irresistible. Kitchen very well-stocked. One little deficit is lack of bath and beach towels. Perhaps I'm overlooking them somewhere. Also we have two vehicles, as my husband may need to leave for business and I don't understand why we both can't occupy the single space in the garage behind each other, or possibly park in the driveway behind our other vehicle. Neither would seemingly inconvenience any other tenants. Please respond .

Feb 2021Overall everything was very good. It was clean, had all amenities necessary except the Hot Tub was out of order for the full 2 weeks I was there. It is still not working as I left today.
I helped the maintenance man fix the internet that was down a couple of times. We had to untackle the wiring and one cable end was missing the tab to secure the cable to the router/switch.
Communication was only as good as the owner would want to respond. I have a coupe messages before I arrived that were not answered and 3 that weren't answered while I was there.
It was close to the beach which was great. I was good to have a Balcony off of the Bedroom and Living Room.
