Aug 2021We were so happy to return to Munger. We love the condo the beach and all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. We couldn’t have had a better week. Absolutely wonderful family vacation.

Aug 2021We enjoyed out stay. Loved the balcony. There were no clear instructions on where to dispose of the trash. Still don't know where we were supposed to take it. We didn't see any dumpster or cans.

Jul 2021This was a perfect spot for a low key beach stay with the teens. Close enough to the beach that they could walk back and forth independently without me worrying overly much. Nice area. Beware though- the twin bunk beds are slightly short and the "mattress" on them is not a real mattress, but a thick pad. My 6' teen was WAY to tall to sleep there so ended up on the pull out. At 5'8", it was too short for me as well. Balcony has a water view, but you can't hear the ocean from that distance. The property did have roaches, but this is super common in beach areas, so I was not shocked. The shower pressure was minimal, like standing under a watering can, but that might be a blessing if you get sunburned! Overall, it was a quiet spot to spend a week enjoying the beach.

Jun 2021This was a last minute thought. I was meeting a client a little over an hour away from the beach. I figured why not take my family and enjoy the beach for a weekend. I came across the listing on Vrbo and to my surprise this unit was available for the weekend. Upon arrival and after checking in we were pleasantly surprised how nice the unit was and at all the amenities provided. It made our stay convenient and easy. Parking was a slight issue as we had a full size truck and parking was extra tight for that particular unit B1 but we managed to squeeze it. Next time will drive our car. Overall it was better than advertised a cosy little place with a lot to offer a few steps away from the ocean.

Oct 2022There were issues with the cable both days.They were quickly addressed. My only complaint was the Friday night parties outside that kept me awake. Other than that the stay was great

Jul 2020The location is unbeatable. We could go from the beach back to the condo and back to the beach in minutes. The place is very cozy- so we used our cars to store as much stuff as possible between trips. We had to drive down in two cars and there is only one spot provided. Parking in the public lot is $25 x day. The cleanliness of the place was questionable- I was told ahead that they would be cleaning the condo using the Recommended products given covid... . The sink was dirty, the counters were not wiped down and the bedroom armoire had hair on it. I wiped everything down upon arrival... I was told the next day I could have called and they would have sent maid service, however, I struggled to get anyone to answer my calls due to our check in being around 6 pm on Sunday evening (can check in after 4, not sure what time their office closes??) Additionally, the place is too tight to be in it with maid service :). The carpet is also full of stains, to be expected as this place is likely rented most of the time for beach goers - we just kept our flip flops on the entire time. I would definitely stay here again but will do a full clean upon arrival.

We did have a problem with the shower drainage and took 4 days to get fixed. But we know it’s the busy time of year. Also I think investing in some new flooring would be nice. I’m trying not to be negative but just some ideas!!

Aug 2019The living area was fine for my husband and me but I wouldn't recommend any others. There is only seating for two at the bar to eat Luckily we had wonderful weather so we spent little time at the rental.

We thought the rental was nice, clean and close to the ocean. However, there is a bar right next door and it was very loud at night. We could hear people cussing and yelling and one night there were police officers out there. Not a good fit for a family.

First night there was a baby uo most of the night directly overhead. Crying. Around 5am everyone in the apartment overhead (we were on 2nd floor) got up and started gymnastics/running overhead. That family left and the condo above us was vacant for 2 nights-- HEAVEN! The last night we once again had overhead neighbors and it was noisy. I wouldn't recommend this unit due to the extreme noise those 2 nights-- and I am a very hard sleeper so if it woke me up it was BAD.

We had a wonderful stay but they’re are a few things that need to be dealt with. The carpet was...disgusting. I’m not trying to be mean but it was extremely filthy. The internet was so sporadic that two of us had a hard time being online at the same time. The last is the cable tv. There were so few channels we were lucky to even get a main channel. Only on the weekends did we get a channel like history channel or HGTV. Other than the carpet the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. If the carpets were changed to hard work or the luxury vinyl I would go back.

Was hilarious watching (barely or just barely over 21) college adults hang out at the, I believe to be' The Palm Room bar. Reminded me of my college days on the first week coming down from ECU. To be clear, this is not meant to be negative or condescending or sarcastic. It is EXACTLY what I needed when my wife and kid went to sleep. I couldn't watch TV since I didn't want to wake them. To out this im perspective, I see a cow field from my window. Anyways, it was fantastic! In fact, better than TV. Was like I had front row seats at a play. Drama, romance, bromance, womance (I had to google what the woman version of bromance was. Take it or leave it. Reference: Wikipedia), joking and laughing, anger, frustration, crying, etc etc. Ugh. I need a life again. Or at least a porch that I view humans doing their thing. ~100% yes I'm being real, 40yr old Nick B.

My initial impression was how bright, airy, and clean the space was! You could definitely tell the owners & Bryant Real Estate take pride in the quality of their rentals. There had definitely been some updates I had noticed that were different than the photos, including a nice, new, very roomy shower and new carpet! The location of the condo was great for exploring. I enjoyed waking up in the morning and taking a walk down the beach, and sitting on the balcony in the evenings people watching! The close proximity to the pier was also super convenient, as I was able to drop in for snacks and other things I forgot. The check in/check out process was a breeze as well. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and courteous

Obviously, this isn't the premo location in the area with awe inspiring views and the rental company knows that and prices it accordingly. For that price however, you get a great place convenient to shops, food and fun. Our family of 5 enjoyed easy access to the beach where we could walk back to our own bathroom with very little lost time or back for a quick bite to eat. We were within walking distance to several restaurants and shops if we didn't want to drive. Parking and access was a breeze. The place was clean and presentable, completely suitable for a few day get away.

Decent condo, compact, good location (if you like hustle & bustle). I felt like it was a bit small for 4 people and it says it sleeps 6. It would be awful if you had 6 people in there. Too small. Could've been cleaner, but was clean enough. The location was great. Very short walk to the pier, beach and good location for restaurants and fun activities.

It was a nice place to stay with four people and a child. We were on the beach most of the day and food was in walking distance. Glad to be on the first floor. Only complaint would be not having a second parking space. We had to pay for a second car each day when half of the spaces at the condo complex were never even used. Wish a second pass could be given if they had known
