Val, the Sandcastles manager, was also particularly good to us. I highly recommend both Stay In Cocoa Beach and the Sandcastles complex. Thanks for everything Zarek and Val!!!! Jul 2022Wonderful place to stay. Resort is convenient to everything, beach is beautiful and not too crowded, and the unit was superb. Plenty of space, immaculately clean, and the service was outstanding. My family will be back.

Apr 2019We've traveled to Cocoa Beach for many years but this was the first time we rented a unit in the area. The condo was very clean and comfortable and was ideally located for us. We would love to stay here again, but for a longer stay.

Dec 2014We stayed last week with two toddlers, my mother in-law, husband and I. It was perfect! We had plenty of space for all of us. The two bathrooms and washer/dryer were a huge convenience. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for beach access and exploring the local area. In addition, the price was very reasonable. It exceeded our expectation and we would definitely stay there again!

Mar 2017We had a wonderful stay at Sandcastles 402. Property is in a wonderful location. The beach was great and seemed less congested right in front of the condo. Pool and hot tub were perfect and never overcrowded. Condo was clean and spacious with everything you need. Nothing but positive things to say. Jaclyn set everything up for us so well there was no need to contact her with any questions. Most definitely would go back.

Sep 2022We enjoyed the cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo. The location was perfect. The only down side was the bedding for the king bed. The fitted sheets would not stay on the bed, appears the elastic is no longer holding. Otherwise every thing was great. Will stay here again in the future.

The unit itself is very spacious, bedrooms are separate from the main living area, and there is a great closet with hangars if you choose to hang your clothing. I had one small issue with a faucet that was fixed almost immediately and professionally which was really nice. Great communication with the owner.I would definitely stay here again!

Aug 2021Upon check in the elevators were being serviced, therefore we had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and groceries and kids in 90 degree weather. I am sure there was communication to the owners but this was not communicated to the renters. If we were aware of the service time, we could have made other arrangements. Donetta, the property manager emailed me back promptly with an apology and dropped off a bottle of wine. It was a kind gesture but not one that could make up for what started our vacation. I do not care for excuses and that is what I received in the email. The condo is comfortable and ideal for a family of 4. The renovations are nice and the master bedroom is spacious. There are groundsmen working on the property and maintaining upkeep. Furniture wise- The twin mattresses are very hard so we had to purchase our own mattress toppers to make them softer for the kids. The sofa is also a bit worn out. The other issue is that the condo faces a parking lot that is public access to the beach so no need to set an alarm, as all the people locking their car doors with honking noises serves the purpose. We will not return here.

Feb 2018This unit is right in the heart of Cocoa Beach. There was only my wife and I, so there was plenty of room to spread out. The beach is right off the back of the property and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

The laundry in unit was a plus. There was plenty of space in the unit and it has been fully updated as shown in the photos. The communication with the property manager was good, with clear instructions for check in and she checked in periodically via email to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is also really clean and treated daily by the condo staff. Would absolutely stay here again.

Sep 2018This place was lovely with a light, airy feel just like a beach condo should be. The tile floor ran throughout the condo giving it a clean bright feel. So much better than carpet. The decor was beautiful with pastel, soft themes. The kitchen had everything you could think of including a blender and coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cooking pots, pans, bowels. I loved the pool which was always clean and the beach was not at all crowded. This unit does not face the ocean, it faces another condo but it is across a parking lot so you can see the ocean to the right when on the balcony. The very reasonable price and the extra nice interior and furnishings made that all right. Jaclyn was wonderful, always able to be reached and extra nice. I would stay in any property she manages just because she is so available and went the extra mile to help us. Highly recommend this property!

Dec 2018This condo is just the best form used! Excellent location relative to beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. It is the right size for us, beds for 4 with extra cots for another 2 lets us be comfortable and invite guests as well. The balcony is relaxing and gives a good view of rockets, and cruise ships coming and going. Great pool and hot tub as well!

Jun 2018The manager/owner Jaclyn was incredibly kind, hospitable and friendly. The condo was perfect for our young family of six. Kids loved the quick access to the beach. The wife loved the cleanliness of the condo and the convenience of the washer and dryer. I appreciated how well the grounds were taken care of and the projected safety of a well-lit parking area and what had the feel of a gated community.
This was a first class stay - at an absolutely reasonable price.

Jul 2020The condo was as advertised-clean and had everything we needed. There was 6 in our group and we had plenty of space for the little one to run around. We loved the sunrises and the grandkids loved the short walk to the beach then back to the pool. We would definitely recommend staying here...we all hated to leave.

Aug 2021Our stay at this property was great for our needs. Traveled with two small children (5 and 2.5), and the guest room was a great set up for them. I had just wished the kitchen had a few more items (salt and pepper, plastic baggies, cooking spray, etc.). The ocean access and pool were fantastic! Would definitely book again.

Feb 2019My husband and I stayed at Sandcastle Unit 402 for the month of January and we loved it. We had some of our children and grandchildren come down to visit for a few days throughout the month. The location is great - you are steps from the beach and tons of restaurants and shops, there is a Publix right down the road. It is also close to fun activities - we of course went to Disney World and Animal Kingdom, did the Cocoa Beach Escape Room, we did an airboat ride and saw tons of alligators and a bald eage, just to name a few... The kitchen is fully equipped, towels and linens are provided, and they also have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. WiFi is provided and had a very good connection. The place was very quiet and relaxing. We only had one issue where the central air unit was leaking one night and someone was there to fix it first thing the next morning....fortunately it was cold that day so we didn't need the central air anyway. All in all it was a great vacation and I would definitely stay in this unit again next time we come down to Florida.

Sep 2017J'ai adoré l'appartement de Jaclyn. Nous aimions prendre notre café du matin, sur le patio, tout en regardant la mer. Il est aussi très bien situé, à courte distance en voiture pour les épiceries, le ABC et les attraits touristiques. De plus l'appartement est très bien entretenu et très propre. Merci beaucoup Jaclyn pour l'excellent séjour.

Jul 2016For the third straight year, my wife and I chose this unit to spend two weeks on the beach with our two grandkids, 3 and 7. We have yet to be disappointed. Every unit in the well-maintained facility is 100 yards from the ocean, and the pool is excellent. Groundskeeper Val and those helping him do a remarkable job keeping up the grounds, pool and buildings. The unit is well equipped, the wifi and cable selection is good, and the unit comes with a number of beach toys and accessories. We return every year, and would recommend it to others for its value, location and condition.

Mar 2017First time staying in Cocoa Beach, and apparently I'm the only one who didn't know these places go fast during Spring Break. I was lucky to end up with such a great unit at the last minute. Overall impression is that the unit is well taken care of. It was probably one of the most adequately stacked units I've ever rented. Kitchen pantry included paper plates, paper towels, spices, coffee, filters, garbage bags, laundry detergent, DW tabs, etc. also PLENTY of bath towels and beach towels were provided as well as beach chairs and umbrella. The unit is nicely decorated, however the kitchen could use some updating. The cabinets, lighting, countertops ,etc definitely date the unit. Also the couch and love seat are pretty worn out. I do understand why you wouldn't want to spend a ton of money on the furniture though. The location was great, building sits right on the beach. The pool is okay...nothing special, a little on the small side for that many units and doesn't have any ocean views. The master bedroom was huge with very nice TV. In fact there were 3 TVs, all nice and big. All in all, outside of the cold snap, we had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others.
We were about 2-3 miles from the pier, which was a bit of a walk in the cold weather. We ended up driving down there (plenty of parking but pricey) two of the days because we had 2 college students with us that were craving a bit more action. The pier was fun...lots of sand volleyball, bars, restaurants, etc.
I would also recommend checking websites to see if there are any launches from Cape Canaveral during your stay. They typically launch in the middle of the night, but it's definitely worth getting up for! The view from the balcony is perfect spot to watch
