The property had a grill, washer/dryer, lanai, access to two pools, tennis courts, and was located close to stores & restaurants. Easy access to the interstate to get to beaches & fun spots in Tampa

The photos and description of the property are misleading. Whilst the condominium has what you need it was in need of an upgrade. The bath enamel was in a poor state, grouting around the tiles and floors was black, kitchen sink and bathroom hand basins rusty. Pretty dusty throughout and unclean. Whilst the bed linen was 'clean' the bed mattress had that feel that other people had slept there. Sure enough when we stripped the bed linen at the end of our two weeks, the mattress cover was pretty grim. The patio looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years, gaps in the screen doors meant free feeding time for mosquitos.Our condominium wasn't on the beach front...not what the pictures on the website imply, very misleading. Our view was a run down garage and two large satellite dishes.The beach you can't swim in - it was polluted.Location is good if you've been there before and know where to go. Bermuda Bay is only a few streets from quite run down poor areas...not where you'd want to end up lost and made for uncomfortable atmosphere....lock your doors while driving.I have rated experience as 3 star as we drove out to visit places like, are about 10-20 mins drive away such as St Petes beach, St Petersburg and Anna Maria Island (40 mins away) all were well worth the visit. For the property location and area it's 1 star.

Relaxing, friendly & clean

Perfect!! The house is wonderful, nice place, sunset is amazing!! Tracie made everything comfortable for our stay. We could tell that every detail in the house was prepared with love and good taste. I totally recommend!! Tracie, thanks for eveything...you made us feel like home!! <3

My son and a friend stayed here for the summer. It was beautiful and so well stocked. We hope to stay as a family in the future. Great host!!

Many things were wonderful in the unit. Easy to keep clean. A lot of supplies for cleaning. Loved the decor and the Master Bathroom was great. The only things that could be improved is lighting. The house was dark in the evening, some overhead fans w/lights would be terrific. That's about it, really enjoyed the unit.

Excellent condo! Excellent location! This condo is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation, very clean, comfy beds, 3 baths :). The pool overlooking your sandy beach is right in the bay! Beautiful sunsets! Will definitely come back! Thank you Tracie!!

Everything was great. My only suggestion would be more than one gate key as there is never anyone in the guard shack.
