Well-organized and laid out, appreciated lots of "places to put things", clean , convenient - steps to the beach and pool without hassle of elevator or stairs, nicer water view than expected, liked the small "yard" next to patio, responsive host. Would stay again! Only issue was that sleep sofa mattress was removed (?!), making the large sofa saggy and uncomfortable, probably damaging the cushions, too.

We had a lovely getaway. The condo was clean, convenient and had all the necessities. The view was fabulous and a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the clean pool and sitting on the patio. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the view from inside. Thanks for sharing your space ... we loved it......

We especially enjoyed being on the ground floor. Could walk right out to the pool and beach, and did not have to mess with elevators.

We enjoyed our stay at Racquet and Tennis Club. One bedroom condo was all we needed. It faced the ocean and the pool. We sat on the deck/patio and listen to the oceanPerfect get away. Would stay there again

We appointed property with nearly anything you need. Love the location and the great walking/bicycle trails. Close to the beach and beautiful grounds.

Very convenient to pool and beach. Everyone was friendly. Plenty of parking too. The condo was perfect for the two of us but could handle more vacationers. Only minor issue was sliding door from LR to patio was difficult to operate but we always managed to close it.

Very comfortable and clean. Loved the location.

Unit was perfect for our quick getaway. Pool & beach access right out the patio door. Next trip to Amelia Island we would definitely stay in the same unit!

This was a much needed break from the stresses of the last 6 months, and we couldn't have been happier with the Condo. it was perfectly located in a quieter part of the island, and sitting on the porch was so relaxing looking over at the pool (and the ocean in the far distance on theater side of the dunes. We really weren't looking for much for our vacation other than quiet, relaxation, and a chance to hike and ride my bike. We even took a morning horseback ride on the beach. Amelia Island is such a great place to relax, and this Condo helped immensely. It is on the ground floor, so you can't easily see the ocean, but it is also so convenient being able to roll right in and out of the place, even from the pool and beach. I was happy to trade the view for the convenience. And let's face it, the view outside the windows was all plants and trees (with the pool in the background) so it was still a lovely view. If there was one thing I had hoped was different, it was the bed. It wasn't that it was uncomfortable, and these things are absolutely personal taste, so I wouldn't even say it should be replaced, but it wasn't super comfortable for me. Notwithstanding my view on the bed, I would highly recommend this location for someone looking to get away for some rest and relaxation. I know I will be back when I can next get away.

This sounds kind of crazy however my wife and I both noticed this. The property was perfect in every way and I mean prefect except the commode was so low to the ground it was akin to squatting over a hole in the floor. I know this can be overlooked however for the elderly this commode is exceptionally short. To old to squat like in the woods.

This is a very nice property. Seems to have been well maintained and taken care of. The location is great. Just a few minutes from the beach, you could make several trips back to the condo and not get tired. Being a end unit, you have just enough privacy to feel almost alone during your stay. The unit is positioned so that you have a nice view of the pool, and a slim view of the ocean in the rear. The unit was clean upon arrival and entry was pain free. The management kept in contact and made sure all was well prior to arrival. I did notice a couple things that may need some attention in the near future. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed. It had a continuous drip, unless you angled it a certain way for it to stop. My wife noticed a lot of hair strands on the counters of the kitchen and in the bedroom. The kitchen trash can was dirty. These issues are minor and the cleaning crew could take care of it with no problem i am sure. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay and look forward to returning soon. We will repeat!

Shortly after we arrived the property manager came by to tell us that housekeeping had called him to let him know they left towels in the dryer. He checked them and they were not dry yet, so he offered to come back to take care of them but we said we could remove towels from the dryer. Just took the dryer a long time to dry anything. The towels and bedding were very nice and the bed very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative for us was the beach access, as I had asked if there were stairs to the beach and told there were none, but there were, so we had to find public access. (I am not in a wheelchair, but do have limited mobility.) It turned out fine, since we have a handicap placard, and were able to drive on the beach, so I was able to walk a little bit in the water. We enjoyed our first visit to this area.

The stay was relaxing; unit clean & well equipped. We would stay with you again!

The property was nice and clean. We loved the access to beach and pool. I also loved the ability to sit on the patio in the AM and have my coffee without the sun in my face. We didn't like the check in time at 5:00 pm but we understood why it was changed. The only issue I really had was the dryer. It seemed to take forever to dry the laundry. Thanks for a great vacation.

Steps to the Pool and few more to the Beach - the location is excellent. We were attending a Conference at the Ritz which is a ten minute walk up the beach - this location was excellent. The Condo is well equipped and a great value. The check-in process was painless - we were kept very well informed. We'd stay here again.

Spent at week at the property and loved every second! Walk out directly to the pool or walkway to the beach. Both pool and beach were well kept and beautiful. Originally worried about noise from the pool, but never heard a peep even when it was packed :-) We will certainly be back soon!

Room is updated and clean and location is great for a low key beach stay. There is stuff to do near by but the property is tucked away with beautiful oak trees around it.

Relaxed and rested to prepare ourselves for more long stressful hours of work. Helped us heal our emotions.

Really can’t say enough good things about this condo. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, had everything I needed for a great stay! The location was ideal for me, very quiet and relaxed. I would definitely book again!

Property was very clean and appearance was exactly as shown on VRBO website. Communicating with the property manager was easy. They were very responsive. I highly recommend renting this condo.
