Dieses Haus ist mit Waschmaschine / Trockner, Töpfen / Pfannen, Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, zentraler Klimaanlage, Parkplatz abseits der Straße und Zugang zum Pool ausgestattet. Diese hell eingerichtete im Obergeschoss 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen. Es gibt Fernseher in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer. Diese Wohnung ist mit DVD und WLAN ausgestattet. Neue Upgrades und Einrichtungsgegenstände vervollständigen dieses schöne Haus. Die Küche ist mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet und die Küche und die Badezimmer wurden kürzlich renoviert.

Aug 2021We really liked our stay at this condo. Porches on both sides of the condo allowed for direct sun or shade, depending on our moods. The community pool was fairly small but my 2 teens just learned to go on “off hours.” Walking distance to everything touristy and a decent family-run food store a couple of blocks away. Would definitely stay again. Only minor issue was the sink garbage disposal didn’t seem to work and there was no sink drain gadget to block food particles from going down the drain. So we were very careful not to clog the sink. And there was no tub drain stopper so I went and bought a rubber stopper at the local hardware store. Very quiet neighborhood at night which was appreciated. Nice to have a parking space! All in all, great place to stay for me and my 2 teens.

Very quiet neighborhood at night which was appreciated. Nice to have a parking space! All in all, great place to stay for me and my 2 teens.

Of course, always room for improvement- Check in process for us was bit confusing, so read the instructions carefully before you arrive. The suite is on the 2nd floor so pack light. The neighbors were nice and welcoming, but plenty of outside cigarette smoking. There are 3 TVs but even a tech savvy guy like myself struggled with each one and the reception was poor on all- like the satellite dish was in need of a fine tuning somewhere. All of the linens including pillows, sheets and comforters should all be replaced. The pool was close but small for the size of the complex.

Feb 2022Our condo was lovely and the Truman Annex is one of the best, if not the best, place to stay on Key West. Close to all the restaurants and activities in Old Town but quiet and beautifully landscaped. Only issue was poor TV/cable reception and management company was slow to respond.

Jun 2018Nice condo. About what Id expect from this developer. Severe lack of counter space in galley kitchen cured with ironing board. The rental office personnel could not have been less friendly or informative. I lived in Key West for over 20 years and worked hospitality. Dont expect any from this lot. But the property was really nice.

Nov 2021Enjoyed a Thanksgiving week at this condo. Perfect for our family of four. Loved being close to the splash pad and playground on Fort Street. Rode our bikes everywhere and caught some beautiful sunsets and beautiful weather every day. Will definitely stay at this location again.
