Really enjoyed my weekend in the studio at Attitash. Perfectly located in the mountain base area and fully equipped for any length of stay. I highly recommend this property.

Overall I was very pleased with the place and highly recommend it. The apartment is in a nice resort complex (Attitash Mountain Village) with many amenities available. We went there to go on some hikes. We don't ski, but it would be a perfect location for skiers. (You just walk through a tunnel under Rte 302 to get to the Attitash ski area, which is across the street. There are separate lockers for skis.) We stayed at the studio apartment in September, 2016 and went on several nice hikes in the White Mountains. We didn't meet Eric in person, but talked with him on the phone and also via email. He was easy to reach and very pleasant. I had several suggestions for him to improve it a little (better broom, more shelves, etc) and he was open to my suggestions. The floor under the bed was dirty, obviously hadn't been swept. Otherwise, the apartment was clean. The apartment is "cozy" and probably would feel crowded with a 3rd person. The gentlemen at the front desk of the hospitality center of the resort (nearby building) were very helpful when we had a few questions and when I wanted to borrow something for the kitchen. I felt safe there. The prices vary during the year. When we went, it was less expensive than a hotel room. Excellent "value" for the money. A note about hiking: Many of the White Mountain hikes cross a brook without a bridge, so, you may want to find out more details about the hikes if this will be an issue for you. Also, if you are not a very experienced hiker, be aware that some guide books describe a hike as easy that you might call moderate. We went at a time of year when we didn't have to deal with frozen dew on the paths.

Location was perfect for a last minute getaway. It suits us. Appreciated having. kitchenette area so we could have our morning coffee on the patio before our daily adventures.

I stayed in this unit to attend a conference being held nearby. This was a convenient and more economical option than the resort where the conference was being held (plus, I didn't have to worry about running into colleagues in the lobby). The place is super clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfy with tons of pillows of varying levels of firmness. My only wish was for a second towel, but I managed to make do with the one. :) I'm not a skier but I would think this would be a great place to stay for a ski getaway. Ground floor unit with ski storage at the entrance of the building. Would rent again and would recommend. Owner was responsive to questions and refunded deposit quickly without me even asking.

Had a great quick getaway and enjoyed the trip. Great location and good communication for an easy trip.

Great little condo unit. Nice resort location. Plenty for kids to do in the area. We enjoyed our time here.

Great condo. Very clean and comfortable. It was small, but it was a perfect size for my children and me. The building is in a great location on the property, closest to the pedestrian walkway to Attitash, the restaurant and the indoor pool, so it worked very well for us, especially the price!!!! A steal, in my opinion.

Only thing I think it needs is a pan since we had to cook everything in pots but other than that it was a awesome stay. Eric is very attentive any questions you have he will answer

Good location close to many parks and hikes. A short drive from North Conway with many restaurant options! The unit could have been spruced up a bit and could use a deep clean. Believe the bed was really a full even though the listing states it’s a queen, quite tight for 2 adults.
