Sep 2019We were pleased with the property overall. The tub in one of the bathrooms had problems draining, the lever was hard to work, and the shower knob was hard to turn. When we called to let the manager know about the leaking shower (same bathroom) and broken fridge handle, someone showed up right away to fix it. :-) There is a nice variety of pots & pans. We like the beach décor. Bring your own soap (incl. laundry), toilet paper, DVDs, and hair dryer! They do start you off with two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and two dishwasher tabs. We brought a toy box, puzzles, and books for rainy days (which we did have a few.) We LOVED the easy walk to the beach and the pool. When traveling with young children, being BY the ocean was a must! We also loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves.

Aug 2021The location and amenities of having the pool and beach close were nice but the property was disgusting when we got there. The carpet really needs to be replaced. It took over two hours for my mom and I to clean on top of the cleaning people they sent to “help” which all we asked was for the bathrooms to be cleaned and they still weren’t cleaned appropriately. It was not only not cleaned from the last renters but things that clearly had not been cleaned for some time. I am still waiting after a week to speak to a rental manager from shoreline about my concerns, as they have not been responsive.

Aug 2021Perfect location for everything in OC. The only criticism we have is the cleanliness of the unit. The carpeting is very dirty and stained, obviously from a lot of different people using the unit. Upon arrival there was mold in the coffee pot and dirty clothes remaining in the drawers. Maybe a new cleaning service? We quickly cleaned up and disposed of the dirty clothes and the rest of the trip was fantastic. We would recomend this condo to anyone who doesn’t mind doing a little cleaning upon arrival.

Jul 2019Nice place, clean, nice view, had everything we needed for cooking meals-pots, pans and utensils. Only problem was we could not get the Wi-Fi to work.

May 2019Great stay overall. The accommodations were great, access to the beach and pool, second to none. Only issue was with WIFI, but property management helped remedy the issue during our stay.

Jul 2021Did not know we needed linens for the beds and towels… we had to buy what was missing at the start of our trip. We did however have a wonderful vacation in Ocean City MD.
