Oct 2015We have stayed at many vacation homes and most are furnished with tired furniture or mismatched kitchen items. This was not the case here! Beautifully furnished, super comfy beds, and the kitchen was first class. We went there with my parents and all 3 generations thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for sharing your home!

The condo is larger than the pictures indicate, with plenty of room to spread out.The condo is also in a prime location, with a 100-yard walk to the snowflake lift, and a short walk downtown.We would definitely stay here again.

Sep 2015This place was great! The location was close to everything, within walking distance to main street. The only 2 small complaints were the cable service, it was fuzzy and didn't work very well, and it would have been nice to have a few better cooking utensils. But other than that the place was well worth it.

Jun 2016This is a nice, two bedroom condo with a great location in Breckenridge, CO. The living room and kitchen are well appointed, and have been updated with new appliances and furnishings. The upper level is a little older, where the bathrooms and flooring could use a little updating. Overall the condo is very comfortable, our only complaint was that the hot water ran out after multiple showers. This could have been adjusted, we made it work by staggering our showers over a longer period of time.

Jul 2016This condo was very nice, clean and spacious, and the price was right. The sliding door onto the deck was in dire need of new rollers on the bottom, which was a minor inconvenience. The common elevator from the parking garage to the second floor was out of service during our entire stay and we got several unanticipated "workouts" which were a considerable inconvenience. The Breck Resort Managers app was interesting, yet it seemed no more useful than email. I kept getting prompted to sign an electronic guestbook, yet I couldn't find a link to it. Tried to report a maintenance issue but the email link was not working. Overall it was a nice stay, but if I'd known in advance about the dead elevator I would've looked for a different place.

Sep 2022This condo was in a great location - a short walk up the hill leads to a pretty little 1+ mile loop reservoir hiking trail (Snowflake Run) and a short couple of blocks the other way is Main St. Great for a quick Labor Day weekend trip. The condo was clean and the main floor layout was very spacious. The balcony overlooking a little path with lots of trees was really nice - much more private then some of the other condos in downtown Breck. The ONLY cons were that the master bath was really small and there weren't many extra pillows. My daughter slept on the pullout and we only found one extra pillow. Not a big deal. They can't do anything about the master bath - it's updated as much as they can - it's just small and I like my counter space. :) Check-in/out was super easy - they just send you the code prior to checking in and you just leave when you're done! Parking is limited - only one spot and it's first come/first serve in the underground garage with no surface lot parking, so if you're traveling with more than one family just keep that in mind. This would be a good skiing location, although the walk up to the Snowflake Lift would be a little tough in ski boots. Doable, though.

Apr 2018The condo was very nice. Had a little trouble with not enough hot water . The maintenance man came and turned up the water heater and it solved the problem. The only other thing was there was a big gap at the front door. It appeared someone had tried to break in at one time and the door didn't seal very well. Otherwise the condo was very homey and very comfortable. Had plenty of towels and amenities.

Jan 2017The condo was nice, as advertised, warm and comfortable. The hot tub lock code would not work. Then the tub area became filled with snow and the cover collapsed into the tub. Called maintenance, no response, no help. Hot tub was not functional all week.
