Jul 2016We stayed in this unit over the 4th of July. Property was exactly as described! Very modern and clean. Owners provided very easy check in/check out instructions. Overall, just a very easy transaction.

Jul 2016We stayed in this unit in June for a bike race and it was perfect. It was newly remodeled and we had easy access to the mountain. It is very, very clean and I have high standards for cleanliness! We will stay in this unit again every year now!

Jul 2018We have stayed in many rentals in many different states, and this one was by far the most clean and well kept property we have ever stayed at. We spent some time in both Angel Fire and Red River, it was a wonderful vacation. The complex itself is quiet. We kept the windows open almost all of the time to enjoy the cooler temps, and never had an issue with noise. The layout of the condo was great, and the kitchen was WONDERFUL. We cook a lot on vacation, due to the size of our family. I usually take a lot of our own kitchen items, because you never know exactly what a property will have available. This one had just about everything! There were plenty of utensils, and an awesome set of pots and pans. They even had a crock pot. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Aug 2016We had a lovely stay at this cozy condo in Angel Fire. It was close to the main resort, well stocked with everything we needed, well-kept and very clean. We would definitely rent again or recommend to others.

Mar 2021This is a wonderful place to stay! It is super up to date and very clean. The condo is so pretty! We had a wonderful time. The owner, Jeff, is very responsive and kind. It is very close to the ski lifts. You can go to the lifts by the shuttle, and it is very convenient.

Mar 2021This is a super cute condo. It was perfect for our family of 5.The only downside is the cleaning company half A does everything. They definitely need to hire someone new. They are extremely stingy with their toilet paper. We ran out TWICE (I would suggest just bringing your own). The vents in the bathrooms are CAKED with dirt/dust (& one vent was falling out of the ceiling). One of the shower curtains was covered in something nasty. Every dish we tried to use was dirty. One of the bathroom soaps was just refilled with water.When they came to bring more toilet paper, I asked that they not come in when we're not there, but they did anyways.Outside of those things...we really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the condo as a whole.

Sep 2016This is a roomy, well appointed condo equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen appliances are top of the line. The pillow top mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. Perfection. There is a competitively priced grocery store on the highway which was very convenient.

Jul 2017This condo was a great find. It was wonderfully stocked with all kinds of kitchen tools, appliances, plates, cups, and food. Beautiful decorated with high end furniture. The condo was well lit with a skylight which provided an enjoyable atmosphere. The owner was easy to reach, responsive, and very nice. We would definitely rent this condo in the future!!! Thank you 😀

Sep 2017This condo is one of the best of several we've stayed in at Angel Fire. It's has wood floors in the main living araa and clean carpet in the bedrooms. If you're sensitive or have allergies you'll find this condo advantageous as it's clean and unlike a lot of AF accommodations, it's not musty. The owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental.

Sep 2021The unit had not been cleaned when we arrived late in the day. Not much fun changing bed linens and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen. Owners really tried to make it right. I feel bad they don’t have reliable help. Other than that we had a nice stay. We will be back to the area again.

Jan 2019The location was good about 2 blocks from the ski resort. Condo was a good size for 2 families of 4, and it was clean. The only things to note are parking spots are hard to find, the loft gets hot if you have any heat on, and you have to climb 3 floors of stairs. Overall we had a great trip and the skiing was awesome!

Nov 2018The condo was lovely, very clean and well maintained. Unlike most places, it had everything we might need or want, including condiments, coffee, a crock pot, laundry detergent, and board games. There were also little hotel soaps, which was a life saver since we packed shampoo but didn’t think of soap! The beds are very comfortable and the linens were all very nice. The owner was very kind and responded quickly when we had a question. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Angel Fire. It’s a great place!

Dec 2016The condo is updated, clean and has everything you could need for a stay in Angel Fire. It was very easy to catch the shuttle to the ski resort (about a block to the parking lot where you can catch the shuttle). We had a great time and had more than enough room for our family of 4.

The fireplace was very warm and all of the appliances and finishes are in great shape. Check-in and out was super easy as well. We would stay here again!

Oct 2017Great location, close to the main chair lift. Cozy cabin feel with comfy beds and everything you'd need for your home away from home. Great view of the mountains through the kitchen window. Can't wait to return!

Jun 2017Exceptional quality and comfort. The views are breathtaking. We had 5 adults and were more than comfortable. Perfect location. We were there for a motorcycle rally in Red River so it was perfect for riding and not too close to the noise of the rally. The kitchen is awesome. We cooked all our evening meals there. I can't think of anything negative to say. We will stay there again!!
