Feb 2021We stayed as two couples and the condo is very comfortable. The deck facing the ocean is so beautiful, we spent as much time as possible there. The owners have lots of toys and chairs for you to take to the beach. They have a cooler and a cart to carry your things to the beach. You need a key fob to get into the pool and out to the beach, and they provide you with two. It is tricky to coordinate everyone's coming and going sometimes. You can walk to a couple of nice bar type restaurants from the beach area. We had a great week.

Dec 2019We have stayed in other units in the Somerset but 503 has easily been the nicest. Perfectly kept, easy to access, completely updated, great decor. The host was very easy to work with. Highly recommended !

Jun 2021We have stayed at somerset several times and have always been pleased. This condo is excellent...clean, very well stocked. Really appreciated the beach cart, umbrellas and beach supplies. Management, however, not great. Didnt have lockbox code for key to get in. No keys or fob for pool, beach, compound entrance so we were literally stuck in condo for several hours until owner (she is very nice!) brought fob/keys. No warning about water shut off for the day to work on pipes except sign in elevator which no one noticed. They had my cell on record so I feel a text should have been sent about water shutoff.

Apr 2019We had an outstanding time celebrating Spring Break on Marco Island and in this beautiful condo. The sunsets were great each night and there couldn't of been a better location to access the beach, restaurants and shopping than from this condo. Beatriz and Tony were outstanding to work with through the process and got back to us within minutes of any question we may have had during the scheduling or vacation stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo and make more family memories!!

Jul 2021We enjoyed our stay at Somerset #503 very much! We found the unit to be very clean and as it appeared in the pictures. The balcony is very roomy and we spent a lot of time there, at the beach and by the pool. Communication with the owner was excellent and since our plane was landing later, she was very accommodating about arranging for us to get the keys to the unit. We have stayed at The Somerset before and have found it to be top notch!

Jan 2022Visited for a week with friends and had a great experience. Condo was clean, well stockedand good for two couples, with very separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication with the property owner was easy and she was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommended.

Nov 2019This was our second year in a row staying at this beautiful condo. The location is great and the condo is a perfect size for our family. Check in was easy and everything was extremely clean. The balcony is huge and our favorite spot to just sit and look out at the beach and the ocean. We plan on returning again next year!

Jan 2020This unit was very nicely appointed and in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We've stayed at other condos where there were no supplies at all in the kitchen. This property had everything we needed for the week. We added a few items and left them for the next tenant. Clean, comfortable and incredible views from the balcony!

Sep 2022This house has everything you need. The house itself was well stocked . Everything from beach towels to kitchen utensils. There was also plenty of beach chairs, water shoes, noodles and chair floats. There was even a cart to carry it all to the beach. There was everything we needed to make our beach days great. The building itself was very clean. The pools were clean with plenty of chairs. We saw dolphins every morning while enjoying our coffee on the balcony. Both beds were very comfortable and the master bath was quite large. .There even was a small make up area . That was a nice touch.The owner was always easy to reach and responded very quickly.

And the private beach access made it feel like we had an entire beach to ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Marco Island and cannot wait to go back.

Oct 2021The unit was perfect. Very clean, nice furniture/bedding and well stocked with items for the beach and pool. The owner was very quick to respond to me when I had to make arrangements for a late arrival. Would highly recommend and hope to get back there again soon.

Oct 2018The unit was immaculate and the property overall was very clean. The view was awesome and the location was perfect to get to the beach and also to get to nearby restaurants.

We had to deal with some wet sheets left in the dryer, clear out the ice maker, and the pocket door on the bathroom was not functioning. There were quite a few kitchen utensils and the condo was clean. Thought it could use some updates to the towels, sheets and couch. Patio/furniture was great and the view was second to none. Property was secure. Overall, I’d stay there again.

Nov 2019Our family had an amazing stay. The property and condo were beautiful and the location was amazing. Beatriz was very friendly and easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool (towels, chairs, cart, umbrella and toys/games). The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great. The condo is very spacious and cosy and the balcony has an amazing view and nice furniture to relax outside. We didn’t have a single issue or problem during our stay and the owners checked in via text to make sure we were good to go. Our family made some great lifelong memories here and we will definitely be back!!! Thank you!

Oct 2022Lovely property. Probably the most well equipped place we have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, our trip was shortened due to hurricane Ian. We were fortunate to have been able to get out before the mandatory evacuation. We will definitely consider going back in the future.
