Mar 2019We would for sure consider coming back. The condo was very clean and up to date. The only thing is I would check to see if they offer beach towels, card games ect. Other than that I would recommend this place.

Sep 2017We stayed there four nights with five adults and three kids and we had plenty of room! The updates are lovely and the decorations are beautiful! It's a short walk to the beach and pool but the amenities are great! Parking is close to the elevators which is convenient for little ones! No complaints here!!

Oct 2022We absolutely loved it here. Our condo was perfect. Very modern. And the convenience of having so many shops and restaurants right across the street, was a definite plus!! If I am looking for a negative…..there really wasn’t one….other than maybe not having a hot tub. But we knew that going in. Great condo. Great place. Highly recommend!!

Beach Place #102 looks as though it has recently been renovated.. From the balcony, the drawbridge and Bubba Gump’s can be seen. It does not overlook the beach. It was very clean and the Sunhost folks were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay right across the road from John’s Pass. Access to the beach and pool was very close. I recommend this room.

Office staff very helpful. Condo had everything we needed in kitchen (utensils/pans/plates/cups) and a grill on property so we could cook and enjoy home cooked meals. Had an issue with the hot water, however we did not report it immediately as it was Christmas eve/Christmas day and we did not want to take a maintenance person away from their family. Maintenance did respond quickly once we reported the issue on 26th. Would rent from again.

Nov 2019Noisy cars and really loud motorcycles revving up the bridge at Johns Pass is a bit annoying. The sectional in the condo is not very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. At times the toilets don't flush properly but there is a plunger in the condo so that was not a real big issue. Nice heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Management people were very nice. Check in and out was very easy.

Jan 2018Great 2 bdrm condo for our 19th annual sisters weekend. Renovated with great decorating and comfortable beds and couch. only issue was no paper towel supplied but kitchen extremely well equipped. Biggest complaint was Wi-Fi access. There was obviously a modem in the unit but we were not given access. The Beach Place WiFi was slow, kept dropping on all devices throughout entire wrekend. Today Wi-Fi is a super important amenity and almost all rentals we have been to elsewhere have great internet coverage. We felt the practice of charging a key deposit for the first set of keys was annoying. Finally, the street address posted in this app does not GPS correctly and takes you to SurfSong condos instead of Beach Place. Although the items mentioned are not huge, we hope they are corrected for the next guests

Dec 20184 stars and not 5 stars, is the Wifi keep going in and out sectional needs to be replaced the bed in the 2nd bedroom has a dip in it and a plunger wasn't in unit and when I called the lady told me to turn off water and to use the only towels we had to clean up the toliet water that spilled over from toliet over flowing, but then later sent the maintenance man by with a plunger she was VERY RUDE!

Jun 2019102 was a great space. We loved staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated condo. I had Wifi issues in the condo all week but the office staff was quick to respond and allowed me to jump on their wifi until spectrum came out. we will book with sunhost again.
