We had a lovely time in Markham for a family visit. The condo is lovely and spacious with lots of room for our family. The area is interesting with many good restaurants as well! Thomas was a great host and was easy to get in touch with.

Thomas was great. He met us at the property, showed us where to park, gave us a mini tour of the property and answered all of our questions. This is by far one of the nicest places we have stayed at on a vacation. The pictures on the web were accurate, the condo is clean and well maintained. We had a hard time finding things since we are not from the area, but we found this restaurant called Cora's which isn't far from the condo and has amazing food and service.

Thomas was a very gracious host and the apartment was fantastic. Very close to expressway and bus route. Many restaurants within walking distance. Apartment and building were top notch. Very clean and secure. A great home base to see the city of Toronto. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Thomas met us on arrival to view the property and answer any questions. This was appreciated as we had a few regarding local transportation, dining and groceries. The property was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Thomas was kind and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Thomas is an excellent host that has thought of absolutely everything for his guests. He goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The condo is tastefully decorated and spacious. We had 4 adults staying there for 8 days and we were very comfortable. We had great sleeps on the extremely comfortable beds and cooked full meals in the well stocked kitchen. Thank You Thomas!!

Thomas Apartment was a great surprise. A very new building with security and private parking. The apartment had all the amenities featured and was sparkling clean. Thomas greeted us personally and made sure that we were at ease before leaving. Will consider renting from him again.

This place was clean and comfortable. It actually looked just like the picture we saw online. We had our honeymoon/family vacation here and were completely satisfied. There was a great full kitchen (pots, pans, and dishes) with a new grocery and liquor store less than a mile away. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for 2 couples or couple with kids. There was even a crib in the closet. Washer and dryer was nice touch, but we never got the chance to use them. Great restaurants within walking distance (Ruth Chris opening soon). The owner of the local restaurant next to the merry-go-round was nice and extremely helpful. He allowed us to split the 28oz ribeye which was delicious and made some great travel suggestions which saved us time the next day. Secure parking in the basement is very convenient. I never heard the neighbors, but met a few and all were friendly. There was WiFi which kept the kids from going crazy. Thomas was very helpful with the details and followed up with us to make sure we had all that we needed. He was very kind. He gave us a lot of suggestions which made our stay wonderful. This condo is very close to a section of town which features a large variety of Chinese businesses. We didn’t get to any of the restaurants, but i definitely wanted to. There was a shopping center nearby where every sign was in Chinese with a huge grocery store. One more day and we would have explored it and cooked from the market. I would return the next time in Toronto. We came for the Rogers Cup tennis tournament which was a 15 to 20 min drive. There were public transportation choices as well.

This is the second time we stayed in this condo. It is clean and quiet. Thomas is very nice and he replied emails promptly. We enjoyed our stay.

The building itself was secure, clean and very well maintained. The parking garage, lobby and the elevator were bright and clean. And Thomas the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Property was beautiful, clean and spacious in a very good neighbourhood. It was close to downtown Markham and main roads. I would highly recommend this condo.

Many reasons to love this apartment: the most comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean condition, helpful and attentive owner, secure building, just to name a few. We were delighted with our stay here.

Immaculate, clean, well appointed and maintained, central location to all. There is convenient onsite parking for an extra few $12/day. There is also a lovely common area on the roof top with comfortable lounge chairs to relax in the sun or to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset. The sauna, large warm soaking pool and cool plunge pool were a perfect end to a busy day. There is a Whole Foods and Second Cup coffee shop is a short walk down the street. A regular supermarket a short distance too. Thomas, our host was informative and responsive. In a nutshell, this property is outstanding in every way.

Our instincts were right as our expectations were not only met but exceeded. For starters, the place is exactly as it appears on the website. We have been deceived before and were so pleased that everything we anticipated was delivered. Tom, our host, was very responsive and informative and even helped me to take my things from the parking garage to the apartment - sorry Tom - you may be called upon to do this again after this review! Our 2 weeks spent there were relaxing and comfortable. Our kids came to visit numerous times and it was so easy to feed everyone and entertain with lots of space to move around. Big bonus is that the mattress was firm - huge for my husband who has a bad back - I don't think we could have survived 2 weeks without a good mattress. Our stay there only enhanced our holiday and we will be back for sure! Thank you Tom!
