Jul 2022We stayed with 2 teens and my mom. Great for 5. Quiet, comfy, and clean. Bathrooms are small but functional. Neighborhood was nice but we ended up taxi-ing a lot using the FreeNow app instead of exploring on foot due to a heat wave..

Oct 2022We stayed in 4 rented apartments during our stay in Italy and this was my favorite. Great location, perfect set up for my family of 4, A/C, washer, comfortable furniture! Would definitely stay here again!

Oct 2019We stayed here for three nights with our two young children and would definitely recommend this apartment. It was wonderful! So spacious, incredibly comfortable beds and great showers! The location was perfect for exploring all of Rome by foot - we walked everywhere and saw all the major sights. There is a supermarket nearby as well as a taxi rank and lots of coffee places and pizza places to grab food easily. It could not have been more accurately described in the description. We were so happy with the apartment and would not hesitate to rent it again next time we are in Rome. The communication with Vicky was exceptional - very efficient, organised and helpful. She even messaged a few days before to let us know about a public transport strike on one of the days we were going to be in the city to help us to plan ahead. We felt very welcomed and very well looked after.
We arrived in the city by train and walked to the apartment (approx 15 mins), we left the city by plane and took a taxi from outside the apartment (50e) to the airport.

Aug 2022We stayed here based on reviews and they were all accurate. Apartment was clean, efficient and close to everything. Steps from the door to the metro or a taxi. 5 minute walk to Trevi, 10 to Pantheon, 20 to Piazza Navona. Vicki, the apartment manager checked in a few times via text to make sure everything was ok and there were no issues. It’s a great apartment and we woild highly recommend.

Jun 2019We really enjoyed our stay here. It was conveniently located to the Trevi Fountain and other points of interest. There was a taxi stand right outside the apartment which was great for our longer trips and getting to the airport. Apartment was well appointed. Vicky met us at the apartment and gave us lots of good tips for our stay. We would stay here again.

Jun 2019We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was modern and very clean. Being in Piazza Barberini, the location was perfect for our trip. We found some great restaurants between the apartment and Trevi fountain. Our only issue was that the metro was closed for repair and had been for 2 months. That made travel to sites outside of walking distance a little more difficult.

It was also next to the taxi stand which was greatly appreciated since my step mother could not walk a lot. The master bed had a great mattress and provided a peaceful sleep. The owners were right there to let us in and were very helpful in recommending good restaurants nearby.

Jul 2019We loved everything about this apartment! The location was central to everything!!!! The building and apartment were quiet, clean, and large for European standards! Everything was in perfect condition. And washing machine was a nice addition too. Only challenge was that both metro stations near the apartment were closed for repair and the day we tried to take the bus, the city bus drivers were on strike. If you are set on using the metro, ask to see if the metro stations are reopened.

Dec 2019We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room for the four of us. We were able to walk everywhere to see all the sights and there were places of interest literally at our doorstep right in Piazza Barberini. There are also lots of restaurants and a grocery store in the piazza. Thank you!

Sep 2022We couldn’t have picked a better place to start our European adventure than here. Great location, thoughtful touches throughout the apartment and Vicky made the checkin process easy and went above and beyond by assisting us with booking a car service to pick us up at the airport upon our arrival. The apartment is well laid out and well stocked with amenities. Wonderful suggestions for places to eat and tips and tricks for surviving the crowds of Rome,. We’d come back here in a heartbeat and want to thank Vicky again for being so amazing!

Oct 2022Very comfortable apartment in a well-maintained building in the heart of the city. A walk away from Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The metro is a few steps from the apartment and only two stops from Termini. Plenty of dining options close by and a supermarket is just as near. All amenities are available.

Jul 2019Very clean, newly remodeled apartment near Piazza Barberini which is a great place to walk to sights such as the Trevi Fountain or the Pantheon. Quiet at night (especially by Rome’s standards) and plenty of space for six of us. Vicky was very helpful in communicating, getting us checked in and even arranging an airport ride for us upon checkout. Highly recommend!

Oct 2021This is a modern apartment located just north of Centro Storico. For this part of Rome, it is a spacious and updated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with living room/dining room, and kitchen. There is only one flight of stairs to the apartment and there is a nice sized lift/elevator. The place is around 5 or 6 blocks from both Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. The nearest Metro station is just around the corner, and there is a supermarket and a c5 ouple of nice sandwich shops on the same street.Communication with the host was excellent. We were met at the front door when we arrived. My wife, adult daughter, and I stayed stayed for 5 days. This was a very comfortable place and excellent location for an extended stay in Rome.

Great location near the Metro and reasonable walking distance to some main tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the restaurants in the area and the grocery is close. Jul 2019This apartment was just right for my two daughters and I while exploring Rome. It was close enough to walk to some sights, but also felt a little bit removed from the touristy areas which we liked to get a taste of the local culture. It was quiet, clean and well appointed. Thank you for a great stay!

Aug 2022The location was great, right in the middle of everything. However, because of the central location, there were people hanging out, sitting on the curb in front of our house. I felt safe with my family, but wouldn't be comfortable letting my teenagers come or go alone. While it would've been nice to give them some freedom, I think that's the price you pay with any property smack in the middle of the city. The apartment felt small because the kitchen was in a separate room with a closing door. It was a small galley kitchen with no room for more than one person.The default number of guests is 2, and I forgot to change it to add my three children. I felt horrible and they were so nice about it and made the other three beds for my kids right away. It was a great home base to see all the sights Rome has to offer!

All major attractions are walking distance but the metro, buses and even the Hop on Hop off buses are a few meters away. I will add that it is located next to 2 Pokemon Gyms and 4 Pokestops!!!!! Huge hit with the kids!! The apartment: It was sparkling clean and perfectly furnished. The kitchen is modern and the 2 bathrooms were perfect. Great Wifi. We stayed 7 days and we were so comfortable that we ordered with Uber Eats for 2 nights. It is perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. The communication: The Property Manager was excellent. Vicky made sure we had everything we needed. The value for money: This apartment would be priced more and it would still be worth it. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this apartment again.

Sep 2019The apartment was lovely, very spacious and had everything needed for our family travelling to Rome. Everything was as per the listing. Superb location close to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps, and also easy walking to all the main sights. There was a local supermarket close by as well as taxi rank if needed. Barberini metro station was closed for renovation while we were there but we walked everywhere and probably wouldn’t have used it much anyway. Communication with the owners (and Vicki who did our check-in) was really good and informative, which was great for us as we were travelling from abroad. They were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever lucky enough to return to Rome.

Aug 2019Property manager very nice very helpful with settling us into the apartment and telling us where to go. Disappointing that the metro was closed therefore you either had to walk or take a cab. Overall the location was great and vicky was wonderful .

Nov 2019Pictures better than reality. Not real clean. Ran out of toilet paper With two days to go and owner would not give more. Only 1 hair drier. Twin beds not comfortable and squeak. Couch not comfortable. No clothes dryer. Good location. Disappointed.

She gave us recommendations, stayed in communications with us the whole trip and offered to come down when there was a small issue with the hall bathroom toilet. It corrected itself, so she ended up not having to come down, but we were so happy to have someone to communicate our problems to. The apartment is exactly as listed and fit our family of 5 comfortably. It’s located to many great sites, with a metro and bus stop right just steps out the front door. We will definitely be looking to book this apartment on future trips to Rome that we might take. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place on their Roman holiday!

Aug 2019It is very close to many of the city attractions. The host had someone welcome us to explain everything, and answer all our doubts and make suggestions. It was very comfy for our party of 5. Vicky was very nice and allways available!

Jul 2019Hi - Would highly, highly recommend this apartment. The communication was great and the woman who met us - friend of the owner - couldn’t have been sweeter. She even arranged for a car to meet us at the airport. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy. Great location.
