Sep 2019This was our second trip to Maine, we chose this apartment based on location. We were not disappointed, the area seems nice, easy access to downtown. Ioan was great, very easy to talk to and quick to respond to any questions. Apartment was exactly as described. I will say that the water pressure isn’t good but that didn’t bother us. Overall a great stay!!! Would recommend.

Oct 2018This was a great apartment in walking distance to the heart of downtown. Beautiful and clean with all you need and more! Communication with the host was seamless. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again!

Aug 2021The owners communicated regularly and responded to my messages almost immediately. It was a perfect place for us and we would consider renting it again in the future. Great location.

Jun 2018The location was great, and everything we wanted to see was close by. The pictures of the VRBO were exactly what we got. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen had all the basic essentials to do so. The bathroom and the rest of the apartment were very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the automatic lights at the bottom and top of the steps. My suggestions to make the VRBO even better would be to have another mirror in the bedroom, maybe a full length one by the window. It seemed as though I wanted to use the mirror when my husband was using the sink. We couldn't find a local channel on the TV to hear the news, and I don't know who owns the building, but a repair and paint job on the front door and back deck would make it even nicer. First impressions when you arrive are important. We would definitely recommend it to others to use. Thanks for letting us rent it.The Carrs

Aug 2021The apartment did have a lot of stairs, we were good but if you have knee problems this might be a concern. The apartment was fully equipped with all you would need. It was very clean and has AC :) All in all a great place to stay for 2 people. We walked to most places to eat and shop. Had a lovely time.

Aug 2017My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and loved everything about the space and location. The apartment was very clean, and newly decorated. We thought the bed was very comfortable, too. We walked everywhere while visiting. I am sure we will stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Portland.

Jun 2021My husband and I came to Portland to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We were extremely happy with this apartment! It was super clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous. Perfect for what we needed! It’s a nice walk to downtown, the ports, the water, all the great restaurants and bars... we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

The apartment suited our needs very well, was clean and tidy but had some character, and was located within walking distance of everything we wanted to check out. The owner / property manager helped us out with a TV/Roku issue extremely promptly when I contacted via email. We enjoyed our stay immensely and know we’ll be back to Portland in the future.
