May 2023We love staying on holiday isle and we absolutely love Oceania. The only thing i have a comment on was the washer, it was not working properly. I notified the property manager to let her know. She let me know there was a new one coming after we left.

May 2023Staying at Oceania is always a treat. This is a gorgeous unit. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with every day items such as seasonings in the kitchen, hand soap, dish soap bath soap and paper towel to get you started so we didn’t have to run to the store as soon as we arrived. The owner Pam was very thorough with all information provided. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to have the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

Apr 2023What a lovely place to spend time in Destin. Condo was gorgeous, view from floor to ceiling windows and extended balcony breath taking. Heated pool for chilly spring days. Near many amenities and restaurants. Would def come back again!

Mar 2023We recently stayed at this beautiful beachfront property in Destin, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The communication with the property owner/manager before and during our stay was perfect, and the check-in process was easy. The property was clean and well-maintained when we arrived, and it matched the description and photos provided in the listing. The location of the property was perfect, as it was conveniently located in the heart of Destin, yet it felt like a private oasis due to the gated property and abundance of beach space. Our favorite activity was to watch the numerous dolphins play right in front of the condo each morning.

Jan 2023We loved everything about this condo. It’s very clean and the beds are comfortable. The view of the ocean is spectacular. We enjoyed the large patio with our friends. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Dec 2022We cannot say enough good things about this rental. The property was amazing and the view was breathtaking. We literally watched the sunrise over the ocean from bed each morning and the sunset from the balcony each evening. Pam was awesome to work with and recommend great restaurants in the area which we loved! Definitely recommend and plan to return!

Aug 2022This condo was wonderful! So spacious, clean and well decorated. Spectacular views from the large balcony. Pool was clean and never crowded. Loved the additional Ice maker in the condo. If we come back to Destin anytime in the future we would definitely stay here again!

Aug 2022We really liked the condo and the beach how it wasn't crowded. The condo was cleaned well which is sometimes hard to come by. Pam always responded when we had a question. The pool could've used a vacuum as we never saw anyone vacuum it. It was nice to have a small laundry room and an icemaker also. I hope we get to stay here next year but we looked at the prices and they have gone up quite a but so I dont know for sure yet.

Jun 2022The property is exactly as described. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The private beach with the umbrella and chair service was awesome with the finest white sand I ever seen. Pam was on top of everything. We will definitely return.

From the covered parking, the elevator literally steps from the front door to the free standing ice maker, which makes the perfect ice cubes I might add! The decor is carried throughout the entire condo, no afterthought here! It’s quite apparent that Mrs. Pam has poured her heart into this condo, giving her guest a truly unforgettable vacation experience! Mrs. Pam called me once I arrived just to check in and make sure everything was as expected and we didn’t have any issues, she even gave me great restaurant recommendations. Who does that?? Mrs. Pam does, she’s the best!!
Condo of course was very clean and well stocked.
The beach and pool were minutes from our door, and the chair set up at the beach was fantastic!! The beds were extremely comfortable, the balcony is huge and the floor to ceiling windows are spectacular! Do yourself a favor and book your next stay in room 302 you won’t regret it!!

May 2022Growing up a few hours from Destin, I’ve been to this beach many times. This condo might be the best place we’ve stayed: great use of space, wonderful view, convenient to almost everything. And the owner was always responsive and pleasant to work with!

May 2022This property is beautiful! The view is magnificent! There was painting going on so we had our view standing up on the balcony since the railing was covered in plastic. It was taken down our last day and it was wonderful! There were a few problems with internet and TV but the view was great. I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone!
