Vista Dulce, unsere Luxus-Eigentumswohnung, RIGHT ON THE BEACH (lassen Sie sich nicht von den Ansprüchen anderer von "Oceanfront" täuschen), wurde kürzlich mit neuester A / V- und Hochgeschwindigkeits-Glasfaser-Internetausrüstung, -Lackiergeräten und -Lackiergeräten aktualisiert Einrichtung. Unser Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig nur 2. 25 Meilen nördlich von der Stadt San Miguel, wo Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und viele Freizeitaktivitäten zur Verfügung stehen. Jan 2020What a delightful stay! The location was lovely, quiet and away from the crowds at the port. Fantastic sunsets on the large balcony. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed. Well appointed, beds comfortable and housekeeper did a great job of keeping it clean. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend the chef service. We opted for 3 days of service and it was incredible! Meals were delicious and they left the kitchen pristine. Would absolutely recommend this rental!

Jan 2021We stayed for 19 days and have plans to come back. Very clean with excellent housekeeping. Facility and building / grounds are very well maintained. Large condo with lots of space. Owner and manager were very responsive throughout out our stay. We highly recommend! Our family had a great time!

Aug 2022We have visited Vista Dulce several times years ago and it remains the best place to visit! Ruby comes everyday to clean and leaves the apartment impeccable! The manager is extremely responsive and the security guys are so nice and became new friends. We brought our 2 kids and they loved every second of it. Snorkeling off of the beach is wonderful and on Sunday's you can walk around the beach and talk with locals. It is so much better than a big hotel and truly makes you feel like you are part of this wonderful island. We will be back again and again and again!

Oct 2019We have enjoyed Cozumel for the past 40 years! Since it is less than 2 hours from Houston, Cozumel has always been our special place.
We stayed in fine hotels for many years, loved them - until we discovered Vacation Rentals By Owner.
Now, after several years of trying the top ones offered, we have found the very best! - We are very happy to say that Vista Dulce - is the big winner! "Practically Perfect In Every Way" - as Mary Poppins would say.
This large, spacious condo on the beach is ideal, we have not a single possible negative! It offers the largest and finest balcony we have seen, the span of the entire condo, overlooking the sea. Big rooms, bedrooms perfect, well equipped, the kitchen is as well tended as our home kitchen, nothing is missing.
Big Flat Screen Video in every room! Perfect reception!
The Web - smooth and fast, never a glitch. Running 10-12mps all the time. We have to deal with a lot of business during our 'holiday' and the internet here was perfect, no worries.
The pool is large and lovely, private and quiet. There is a new restaurant that has opened next door, and they do offer a good Brunch or Breakfast.
A word about the beaches: All beaches in all of Cozumel are fully open to everyone. There is no such thing as a private beach, by law. So on Saturday and Sunday, the public does enjoy their beaches. And the restaurant and bar next door does cater to Cruise Ship folks, so from 10am to 5pm, they are on the beach. But some days it is almost empty.
Some Luxury hotels, are almost impossible for the public to reach, so they are rather empty of the public... so for four to six times more cost, you can get a slightly 'more private' beach...(;-)
We always rent a car, pay the outrageous $2,800 credit card damage deposit, and have not had a scratch in 40 years of driving on the island.. Vista Dulce offers great safe parking and they have a security guard there all night long!
We loved the wonderful open and spacious feel of Vista Dulce, when you sit at the dinner table or in the living room, you can see out over the jungle from the East and to the Sea and the mainland to the West! It is quiet, the A/C is super cool, it is like being "At Home in Cozumel" with everything you could want for a perfect visit!
The owners have prepared the most detailed Welcome Book we have ever enjoyed! It carefully covers every single aspect of staying on The Island and having a wonderful time.
As we said, Vista Dulce is Simply The Best! on Cozumel!

Feb 2021We had booked our 4 week stay prior to the Covid pandemic. After much debate we decided we would continue with our plans. We were told the island took Covid seriously so we decided to make the trip. As our first flight was changed many times we had to take a van from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen. We asked Fulvio, the rental agent, for a recommendation for a driver which he supplied. Cold drinks were waiting for us upon arrival at Vista Dulce which was greatly appreciated. The condo is on a small public beach area which was generally very quiet during our stay. It does get busier on weekends tho. It was nice to see the pride the locals and the owners of the locals and the owners of the condo have for the area. Any ocean litter deposited overnight was picked by beach users and condo owners. The condo is lovely and the bedrooms are spacious. The bedrooms have lots of storage for your clothing. The living room is roomy with plenty of sitting space. The dining room is a nice size and there is a good sized kitchen but no dishwasher. The kitchen had lots of spices, coffees, and teas. The kitchen was also well equipped. There was an issue with the sliding door and it was taken care of quickly. Ruby, the maid, is very thorough in her care of the suite. She is available 6 days a week however we chose to have her 2x a week. While there are many grocery stores on the island none any close to the condo so you do need a taxi. In the information packet they had recommended Joel as a taxi driver. He was fabulous!Fulvio was always only an email or phone call away and promptly assisted with our requests. The Pool was clean, heated and had a number of deck chairs. We were always able to get a chair. At our last destination barbecues were not allowed so we were happy to see a good sized barbecue on the front terrace. For those of you who like to read there is a large selection of novels along with various board games and cards. The area is safe and very well lit at night. Unfortunately Covid upset our stay and we had to cut our vacation short by 2 weeks but we would definitely come back. We were a party of 4 and we would all highly recommend Vista Dulce

We got in about 9:00pm, hot and tired from a long trip up from Belize to find a cold six pack of Dos Equis in the refrigerator waiting for us - How classy is that!!
Everything else can be summed up as perfect. Highly recommended.

You can snorkel right off the shore in back of the condo. The weather was really windy for a few days so we where unable to snorkel from shore.The maid Ruby was so sweet and did a wonderful job of keeping the condo spotless. You are close to downtown. $7 cab ride. The food was excellent downtown and very reasonable. We rented a car but I really don't think you have to. There are cabs that will take you anywhere you want to go. Cozumel is a friendly Island. The people are happy and very welcoming. We never felt unsafe. Our only complaint was the beach club right next store. The people met there at 7am to go on excursions. We where only a few floors above the club. At 7 am the loud music and hooping and hollering would wake us up. Not good after a night of margaritas. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We went as a family of five and it was a perfect amount of space for each contingent. 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths, meant that my son and two daughters didn't have to fight over showers or other bathroom needs. There is even a half bath by the entrance in case guests are over. There is a balcony that runs the length of the condo and provides a perfect view of the azure waters of the Caribbean. There is a balcony on the front side of the building that gives you a view of the jungle and more importantly can provide a great cross breeze if you want to go without air-conditioning. There is a full sized grill on that deck as well. Ruby shows up everyday to clean the whole condo and is a delight as well. A doorman is on constant vigil 24/7 though Cozumel seems very safe. This building is one of the few on the strip north of the city that has it's own strip of beach as well as a long concrete pier, most of the others are rocky who's entrance into the water are inhospitable. The locals love this little beach and you can watch them live out their recreation. Fishermen populate the pier starting at 6am and are always a pleasure to watch off the deck as well as the pelicans who dive into the water. Our kids watched a little Netflix but other than that we didn't really use the TVs. Volp phones worked great to contact the US and the internet was flawless. The only issues we had during our vacation had nothing to do with Vista Dulce. Car rental was a challenge as Avis gave away our car before arrival. We managed to get a car through a local company and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch. Urge anyone reading this to spend a day at Punta Sur on Anemona Beach, a day on a boat to El Cielo and Cielito and a day on the eastern side. There are some good restaurants in town and most of them are covered in the well detailed guestbook provided with the condo. We got our first meal cooked for us by Sandra's team. Excellent meal and if your committed to the full meal plan fairly reasonable. Overall, we loved the condo and we loved Cozumel. We have stayed on the mainland of Quintana Roo have to say we will probably choose Cozumel in the future as it is way more laid back and less commercialized. You can't go wrong with a stay at this condo and we will be back.

Urge anyone reading this to spend a day at Punta Sur on Anemona Beach, a day on a boat to El Cielo and Cielito and a day on the eastern side. There are some good restaurants in town and most of them are covered in the well detailed guestbook provided with the condo. We got our first meal cooked for us by Sandra's team. Excellent meal and if your committed to the full meal plan fairly reasonable.
Overall, we loved the condo and we loved Cozumel. We have stayed on the mainland of Quintana Roo have to say we will probably choose Cozumel in the future as it is way more laid back and less commercialized. You can't go wrong with a stay at this condo and we will be back.

Aug 2022This condo has it all if you need it. Maid service, food service, beach bar next-door, beach, pool, sunscreen and tons of books to read and just relax. My family of six visited here for seven days. Ledge and Fluvio were super helpful and responsive with the resources they provide to help us prepare and enjoy our trip. We rented a car and spent a lot of time swimming, snorkeling and eating at the local eateries. We enjoyed our time here and will be back for sure.

Oct 2020The pictures on line are pretty true. The beach has more Rock then expected but we made the very best of our vacation. On this side of the island, north hotels all have sand and rock beaches.

Sep 2020The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. The view, stunning!!!! Close to town for restaurants and shopping. If you go to Mega, take shopping bags with you. The pool was refreshing. The Tequilla bar next door, the shrimp cocktail was delicious. I don’t think I would even consider another place to stay when I visit again. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Jun 2019The Condo exceeded our expectations!!! It was very spacious, beautifully furnished, a well-stocked kitchen, and in the perfect place to snorkel and view sunsets each night. Fulvio, the local manager and Ledge, the owner were very responsive, and Ruby our maid was wonderful. We would come back to 402 in a moment. Thanks
