Sep 2021We really enjoyed the condo. Plenty of room for the whole family. We did not realize there wasnt air conditioning in the unit. The third floor where the bedrooms were became uncomfortably hot. We would stay again just not in the summer!

Jul 2022We really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse! It was so clean when we arrived and was in the most quiet and relaxing neighborhood. So close to everything we needed for our son’s baseball tournament and to spend some family time. Definitely will stay here again!

Aug 2019We enjoyed our stay with basic comforts . We had elderly parents with us so we needed a full kitchen. The food preparation was easy and convenient. I recommend a tea kettle for the tea drinkers. Nice location close to town yet quiet. Wendy was very accessible.

Feb 2021This was our second time staying at Pine Hill but was the first winter. Very spacious and practical. Space gets hot quickly with fireplace on. Would stay here again.

Jul 2022This townhouse was perfect for what we needed for our stay in Lake Placid! Spacious and cozy! Plenty of room for 6 people! Plenty of dishes to cook with and you tube TV to watch! The balcony was nice to sit on at night as well! It was so quiet and the neighbors were friendly!

Aug 2021This house served us very well during our stay in Lake Placid. The town is a short 10 min walk away, the host friendly and the house is well equipped. We were 4 teens and 4 adults and had sufficient space. Can't really think of any reason why you shouldn't book this place.

Oct 2022The tri-level setup was perfect for the family. Video games on one floor, TV on the next floor quiet on the third floor. Great location walking distance to town and nearby good restaurant Lisa G's.

Jun 2019The townhouse was beautifully decorated, clean and near enough to town to make it easy to stay there. I highly recommend this property! Great for big families! The two and a half baths are very convenient!

Apr 2022The property is close enough to main street to walk there. Coffee shops, restaurants also easily within walking distance. Neighbor hood was quiet. We did not use all the amenities within the unit but there were plenty of games to choose from. Would definitely stay in unit again.

Feb 2020The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our large group. We walked to the main street in town every day. We were very happy with our stay here for the Lake Placid Ironman. It was convenient walking back and forth to Main street everyday, maybe a mile or less distance. Close to Ironman running and bike course. Swim area about a mile from the house. We found the place to be warm, clean, and everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it was clean and comfortable and just right for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Feb 2020The place was very clean, with a great layout. This was our first ever VRBO experience and it turned out so well, that I honestly don't think we'd ever use a hotel in Lake Placid again.
We'll definitely be booking this place for our future stays, and we've recommended it to friends and family.

Sep 2020Owner is very helpful and responds promptly. House is sparkly clean, although the stove drip bowl and dishwasher can use a little TLC. Would recommend this place to anyone and would love to return in the winter. Easy check in and check out.

Jun 2020Overall very nice and roomy place. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative things I would say was that what few towels that were there were old, frayed and not fresh from probably being unused for a few months. Plus the only hairdryer didn’t work and We didn’t see the DVD player either.
We would definitely rent again though. The deck was an added plus.

Sep 2020Overall my family had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Walking distance from Mirror Lake, and some of the nice restaurants.
The only thing I would say is, all the three bathrooms did not had enough toilette tissues, and we had to run to the grocery stores to replace them. So it would not hurt to pack your own essentials.

Jul 2019Nice quiet location and extremely simple check-in/check-out process.
We had issues with cleanliness - particularly dirty laundry in the laundry area, dirty dishes found on the fireplace mantle in the living room/family area, crumbs on the floor, stained towels, ripped and tattered sheets and blankets, and the outside grill lid has a broken hinge making using the grill difficult.
Additionally, the pull out couch had an inflatable mattress but no pump to inflate the mattress properly. And given we had booked the property for 8 people, there weren't enough linens.

Feb 2022Loved the layout. The place was a little out of town but still walkable to town and restaurants. Was very clean inside, very spacious. Much bigger than the pictures showed. Would definitely recommend and go back.
