Feb 2021We were very happy with this unit and would rent it again. Loved the sound of the waves. We slept with the sliding glass door open. The pool temp was warmer than the air for sure. We appreciated that it was heated. Great decorating job and it had more dishware than we were expecting.
The only issue was the water pressure on the sink and vanity sink the shower was fine though.
Thanks for a relaxing and comfortable vacation!!

This condo was the perfect place to and location to spend our downtime and soak everything in for the short time we were there. The condo was beautifully updated and decorated! We had everything we needed and the location and views were perfect for everything you want for your beach vacation. We are already planning our stay for the same time next year! We loved the view from the balcony, our morning walks on the beach, and the pool and tiki bar. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated and was close and convenient to a variety of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Caddy's on the beach several times (within walking distance) and dinner at the Sea Dog Brewing Co. Shopping at John's Pass was just a short drive and there is so much there including shops, restaurants, ice cream and even charter boat rentals. We always love returning to the St Pete area where we have many wonderful memories with my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Thank you for opening your Treasure Island home to us! We will be back for sure!!!

Jan 2021We sent my husband's parents to Treasure Island for her birthday. They had such a wonderful time here several years ago that we sent them again for a longer stay. They called every day to thank us and let us know how much they were enjoying themselves. The room was clean. Check in was simple. Great communication with the manager. Condo is on the beach with easy access and within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Sep 2022We loved our stay here so much that we didn't want to leave! The ocean view is incredible and one of the best we've ever had. The sunsets were gorgeous. We loved that we were only steps away from the beach with the fantastic clear cerulean water. The building also has a tiki bar and they made the best Bloody Mary. The condo is a little dated, but the view and beachfront more than made up for it. We were also really lucky because during our stay, the beach was almost empty, it was lovely! We would love to come back again to this slice of paradise.

Apr 2021View is gorgeous, updated furnishings. The complex where this is located is a bit older but appeared to be well maintained.
Staff were constantly cleaning the grounds, common areas, etc. We did encounter a couple of snafus that were handled quickly and to our satisfaction.

May 2021Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. View was beautiful! The down fall was the trickle of water coming from the kitchen sink and bathroom sink and I mean a trickle. Made it difficult to wash dishes and get a good hand cleaning done. There were no beach towels in the unit as were listed as included. I was able to request them from the management company but was disappointed when we had to wait around til they were delivered. It took until a bit past noon to get them which took up some precious beach time. One other issue was the clogged sink! We reported the clog day 1 but management just suggested how to fix it ourselves which did not work until my husband removed a nasty clump of hair ball from the drain. The down falls were somewhat minor and the positive aspects of the unit were very good. Its perfect for a long weekend stay. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Close enough to get a nice walk in daily.

Dec 2022This was our second time staying at the Island Inn and this unit was better than our first! We would definitely return. Check in and parking was easy. I don’t know why other reviews say it’s outdated because it is not except the shower. Nice tile floor, vanity, and backsplash. There was also no issue with water coming out of faucets like I read on other reviews. We did have problems with the AC upon arrival, but it was immediately taken care of. Other than that, which was quickly addressed, we had zero issues. The place was clean, but needed dusting on decor. We love the balcony and view most of all. Beach was wonderful and we saw dolphins. I would recommend this property to other couples.

Dec 2021This unit was ok. The property itself was nice & clean. I didn’t feel the same about the unit. We called the maintenance # and they text me back & came & ckd water pressure, refrigerator & changed the bedding. We had to get new keys twice due to the card lock on door not working.

Jun 2021This place was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! The view was amazing and we were literally steps away from the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the morning before heading out for the day. We especially loved the fact that the beach was not crowded at all. We wish the pool area and tiki bar would have been opened a little later than 9:00 but that didn't affect our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Oct 2022This condo was the perfect anniversary trip for us. It was within lots of restaurants within walking distance, beautiful and peaceful beach and great amenities nearby. This view was gorgeous and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The cleaning person was lovely as well! Great place to vacation!

Jul 2022This condo had the best beach front few and such a short walk to the beach. My husband and I visited the on site Tiki bar everyday we were there and the drinks were great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Jan 2020Resort is older but well maintained. A terrific place for families. They had volleyball,kayaks surfboards beach chairs grills all which you can use. The view from our balcony was amazing. The parking was poor, parking across the street was not convenient at all and actually difficult for us old folks. But I would recommend this place especially for families.
