Was lovely to get to the unit and the heater was on (blowing a cold gale outside). Unit was lovely and clean with everything we needed. Easy access for my elderly Mum and easy walk across Carpark to the water and esplanade walkway! Unit has lovely big glass doors that open up onto the front grass in fine weather. Afternoon sun floods the Livingroom, which was great!

Place was comfortable but could do with a new lounge, tv in bedroom and more kitchen items.Kitchen items that were provided were quite old. No frypan only woks, no tea towels, egg cups or salt and pepper.

our stay was quite good, although the bunk bed in the second bedroom was not really suitable for an elderly father, but we managed.Also the listing said parking but there was no obvious parking on site however we parked at the front each day without any issue.

I had to email owner as to where the keys were on the day I was arriving.8 keys and no markings to know which was which.Went to use the dishcloth/scourer and it was filthy.The beds had NO top sheet,the lounge suite needs replacing,torn covers and when I removed one of the lounge cushions,there was cake/food crumbs under it.Soap holder in shower is rusty (reviews stated this 12 months ago and nothing done.)The blinds were dirty,the screens on the windows had holes in them.Car parking is a nightmare,so won’t bother going there again,and unlessThe Owner does some serious changes,I won’t recommend this place to family and friends.

Great spot, right out the front of the beach and close to shops/cafes.Unit needs some work, locks hard to click in, buttons breaking (especially toilet button), couch cushions torn, bathroom needs a clean up/renovation. Shower needs a good clean especially the soap holder. Bathroom tap screams when waters running. Floors very creeky. Neighbours can be loud with yappy dogs. Hard to get a parking spot especially in the nice weather when everyone goes to the beach. Couldnt park out the front of the house due to neighbours parking there, nor the car park which is also a signed area.
