Mar 2021What could be better than a place 100 feet from the beach and ocean? The condo was exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Two balconies to enjoy a sunset at night. Great kitchen space just bring all your own kitchen supplies. Wonderful living area to spend sharing with the family watching TV or playing games. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a family vacation or share with friends. The outdoor space looks amazing with pools, hot tubs, and grills. We were there too early in the season to enjoy.

Oct 2021We were so pleased with this location for a nearby wedding and reception at the Virginia Beach National Golf Course. After visiting the boardwalk, we were especially glad to avoid the sound of jets. The condo was spacious and comfortable for me, my husband, son and daughter-in-law. We are only disappointed to not have had time to visit the wildlife refuge.

This particular property location did not look as well maintained as it was previously (prior to pandemic). The unit was generally well maintained, but master bath shower really was not well cleaned (moldy sponge left in shower, soap scum and hard water/iron stains in tub) and ac vent in kitchen and ceiling fans had caked dust.

Apr 2022We truly enjoyed our time in this Sandbridge Beach condo. It was clean and very spacious. We felt right at home. The close proximity to the beach (3 minute walk), the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge (5 minute drive) and False Cape State Park was great! We would definitely stay again.

May 2021We stayed here for a volleyball tournament and our experience was perfect. Everything you could ask for. Clean, close to beach, lots to do within just 20 min of condo. Owner was very nice. Provided e wry thing we needed. Would definitely come back during warmer months to enjoy ocean and pools. Thank you Dave

Mar 2021We stayed here for a short weekend getaway. The building itself is on the beach but this particular condo is not beach facing. There is a small partial view of the beach if you stick your head out from the balcony. The condo itself is very spacious and it was clean when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with all basic pots, pans, utensils and plates. Only complaint we had was the condition of mattresses. They were not comfortable at all, you can feel the springs at every angle. One of the guest chose to sleep on a couch instead of the mattress. Speaking of couch, it’s an outdoor patio furniture in the living room. Not the most comfortable couch to sit on for long if you are planning to watch a movie after a beach day.

Nov 2021We stayed for 4 days, this place was nice and spacious enough to accommodate 5 people. We like our space, so it was perfect. The location was nice, and there are great places to eat nearby. Be sure to read the description for small details because it’s as described. It was nice overall, the only thing we were surprised about was having to make our own bed and then pulling the sheets off for the cleaning crew as well as blankets if we used them before we left. At least we know it’s clean!

Aug 2022We just got home from a beautiful vacation in Sandbridge, VA. Communication with the owner was excellent...quick responses and answers to any of our questions. The location can't be beat...right next to the pool area and elevators to the parking garage and just steps from the beach. The home was just as described....clean and modern with great air conditioning and a large balcony with comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable. A beach buggy and beach chairs were provided, which were helpful. My only complaint is the lack of beach towels...which could be easily remedied by bringing your own from home. There is also a great Mexican restaurant in Building B and another bar/restaurant right across the street with fun events going on nightly (plus an amazing view of the sunsets!).Overall, a great stay!

Sep 2022We had a party of 7 and all were adults. The property was perfect for our needs. There was a broken cabinet where the trash receptacle is but other than that the place was perfect. We had enough space without tripping over one another and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The directions for check out what to do with sheets was clear and concise. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Sep 2021This property is just as beautiful as the photos. We loved the location, and enjoyed lots of time outside on the balcony. The beach was not crowded at all, as this is right next to a natural area. The owner is a great communicator, and was very responsive and helpful. Hope to return again!

It is just steps away from the pool (which is also well maintained) and the beach. The gas grills are also very nice and we were able to grill some steaks while we were there. The location is very safe, as it is quite a distance from the touristy section of Virginia Beach. It is definitely more of an Outer Banks feel. Great location. The owner was so easy to work with and very accommodating. Thank you for making our little one's first beach trip a success. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pools were not open during our stay, but we enjoyed the beach. Owner is easily accessible if needed. Will stay at this condo again.

Aug 2020The property was very clean, spacious, and well suited for our needs. One of our keys did not work and the owner was there very quickly to resolve the issue, He was very friendly and genuinely made us feel very welcome.
We were a little anxious about traveling during COVID but everyone was very mindful of social distancing and wearing masks. We were very much at ease. It was a wonderful week and we would highly recommend staying here.
