Mar 2021We've stayed at this property before and were anxious to return! I can't think of one thing we would change. It met all our needs; quiet, clean great location, and comfy! Plan on returning any time we are in Delray Beach! Thanks April!

Mar 2021We loved everything about this property! It's fully stocked, well decorated, clean and an easy couple block walk to the beach. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops and had a great time!

Mar 2021We had an amazing time in Delray Beach! Our first time to the area. The property was perfect-beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything we needed and more!! It was a short walk to the beach. There are so many restaurants also within walking distance. We rented a car but really wasn’t needed. Looking forward to returning again one day!

We have stayed in this complex before but this was by far the most comfortable fully stocked unit. Loved sitting on the patio for breakfast and afternoon drinks. Dec 2021We had a great time in Delray staying in their condo. April was fabulous keeping us in the loop with everything. We have stayed in this complex before but this was by far the most comfortable fully stocked unit. Loved sitting on the patio for breakfast and afternoon drinks. And the beach is only 300 steps away!! Will be coming back. Thanks April!!

Dec 2020We enjoyed our stay at this super cute studio. The location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the beach and all of the restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. The apartment had beach chairs and towels which was a major plus for us as we were traveling and not able to pack those! Would definitely come back and stay again.

Oct 2020This was the perfect setup for my wife and I, as we decided to take a few days of vacation before our wedding in Palm Beach. The owner was great with accommodating all of our requests and needs to let us relax and enjoy ourselves before the madness of a wedding weekend. The location is perfect, walking distance to all of the night life on Atlantic Ave, and right even closer the beach access which was perfect. Would absolutely recommend the owner and rental.

The place was exactly as pictured and was the perfect location for both the beach and for enjoying everything that Atlantic Avenue and Delray offer. The condo was very clean and had every amenity we needed! Will definitely be back!

Apr 2021This property is amazing! It is exactly as the photos show... the decor is spot-on with its’ beach theme. It was perfectly set up, to the last little detail, and also was very clean. The location is great- we could easily walk to the beach, and to all the restaurants and shops.
April is amazing, and was very quick to reply to any questions we had.
We would most definitely stay here again... and again... and again!

Apr 2021This property had a perfect location- less than a block from Atlantic Ave and a walk through a path straight to the beach. The house was equipped with anything you might need-even a good hairdryer. Having the chairs and beach bag was a huge help. The reason for 4 stars is because the sofa was extremely soft and made it a bit difficult for someone with back issues to get comfortable.

Dec 2020This place was fantastic. Very clean, great towels that I didn’t even know existed. Nice neighbors. Great location right across from the beach and everything you need on Atlantic Avenue. April is very responsive and accommodating to anything you need. Highly recommend.

Jun 2021This little gem of a studio had everything you could possibly need and more…a short walk to the beach a block away….provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and little cooler! The owner responded immediately to any questions and was very helpful. Can’t say enough and can’t wait to go back. Thank you, April.

Aug 2022This cute cottage is so close to the beach! It’s also close to Atlantic Avenue where you could anything you’d like to eat or drink!This property was so clean and was stocked with whatever you could need while on vacation!! I look forward to staying here again!!

Nov 2020The rental has it all! Beach chairs and umbrella,full kitchen and pleasant courtyard. Proximity to the beach is great. If you like walking you can skip the car rental. Publix is less than a mile away for groceries and restaurants are close by. April is very helpful and accommodating.

Nov 2021The property was as advertised. Very clean and well decorated. While it is a very compact space, there was everything we needed, including two umbrellas. It’s close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. The outside of the building definitely didn’t indicate how nice the inside was. Communication and check in couldn’t have been easier. Perfect for a quick getaway.
