Very clean condo with great views of the ocean and fireworks . Had a blast .

This is our third summer vacation spent here, and we have already booked for next summer. There is nothing more you can want of this beach dream home. Everything is perfect! Even a rainy day here was enjoyed. The beach view is outstanding. The sea shell nightly entertainment, and fireworks displays are added bonuses. Thank you to our wonderful owners for sharing their “slice of Heaven on earth.”

This is our second year staying at this beautiful condo! The view is spectacular! This condo is perfect for our needs. Very well maintained by everyone. Jill & Jeff are great to answer any questions you have with quick responses. We already booked for next year! The only con is having to clean the condo before you leave. I would clean up after us anyway but If there is a cleaning service that could vacuum, wash floors, clean bathroom and dust that would be perfect. But that is not stopping us from renting again. It’s that beautiful! Thank you Jill & Jeff for allowing us back.

The property was clean . The view spectacular. The only thing I would say is this is not a “luxury condo” . It is a nice cozy condo. We had a great stay !

The location of this condo unit is superb. Birdseye view for the Wednesday night fireworks - awesome :) Just high enough you don't hear the 'street noise' but perfect to see and hear the beautiful Atlantic ocean and all her glory. The condo unit is new, clean with all you need. Comfortable couch and bed - yay! Great owners - very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

The condo is exactly as seen on the listing except even better and more beautiful in person. We loved our vacation stays to be at a property with a beautiful view and this surpasses that.We stayed during the week of the Master Sand Sculpture competition which was a wonderful experience to see these amazing works of art close enough to the property but not too close for the crowds.The condo has a well equipped kitchen , all in working order and good condition, The beds and furniture were comfortable and this condo is very nicely decorated .We enjoyed going to various restaurants nearby but we also enjoyed making breakfast in this nice kitchen and enjoyed our coffee on the balcony with the gorgeous ocean views and sunrises and sunsets.We would recommend eating at "Ron's Landing " which is a short walk to the left on the boardwalk.This was a fun location to explore Hampton Beach, but also a short 20 min ride to Portsmouth and also short ride to Kittery, York,Orgonquit, Wells and Kennebunkport Maine which we visited during our stay.It was a wonderful stay and we would strongly recommend.To the right of the balcony you have the busy hopping part of the boardwalk and to the left of the balcony you have the more laid back quieter side. Worth the visit.

Thank you Jeff and Jill for having a gorgeous place to share with families to make memories. Your neighbors were all so nice and offered to help my husband to carry things to the beach seeing we had our little son. The only thing that would make it even better is a king sized bed up against the wall in the bedroom. Other than that this place was absolutely fabulous. The view of the beach and fireworks was breath taking and I want to book for next year already. I recommend this gorgeous ocean front condo!

Thank you again for sharing your beautiful beach condo. Everything again was perfect. We have already booked for next year. The boulevard being closed to traffic, opened up front row seats on the balcony for the street entertainment. We saw a juggler, a music group, and a Pogo stick and unicycle show. The condo is immaculate and everything is well stocked. Truly heaven on earth.

Overall experience was exceptional. What more could you ask for. From the views to the convenience, to the high end finishings, to the safety and security. This condo has it all. Thank you for having us again and look forward to staying with you again soon.

My wife and I truly appreciated how well the property was kept. Beyond the attractiveness and cleanliness of the rooms (all excellent) was the availability and reliability of each and every appliance-EVERYTHING WORKED! In speaking with a person who was spending the week in another rental on the same floor ("some appliances did not work, cleaning materials not available, no art work on the walls, etc.") we realized how lucky we were to have spent the week in a rental offered by such conscientious owners . Our only concern was over a breakdown of communication in regard to the purchase of a cleaning service to be done at the end of our stay (a misunderstanding which was probably our fault). We thought that the "service charge" shown by the Homeaway payment statement was for a cleaning services but was instead for the services provided by Homeaway. However, the bottom line is that would definitely go back!

JEFF AND JILL WHAT CAN WE SAY EXCEPT EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETELY WONDERFUL!! THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL , WELL STOCKED, CLEAN , COMFORTABLE AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YET AT THE QUIET END OF THE BOARDWALK. WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY WITH YOU AGAIN MAYBE NEXT YEAR. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL. YOU MADE OUR HONEYMOON/VACATION SO MEMORABLE

Jeff and Jill’s condo was great. Very well stocked and close to everything.My mom uses a wheelchair and had no problem getting in and out. The view of the fireworks was the best. We have beautiful pictures of the sunrise and sunset. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo. We all had a wonderful time and would love to spend another great vacation there.

Jeff and Jill’s Condo was awesome. Perfect location with all the comforts of home. We would recommend staying here to our friends and family. We will definitely book this condo again.

I wanted to book again for next year but I made a mistake by telling a group about the nice condo at a decent price. I am a veteran and this made me feel almost normal but I willl be missing out next year. If anyone knows how to book early, let me know. The week missed is my birthday week.

It was a very nice unit in a great location. Lots to do and the beach is just awesome! We would rent this again.

It is a beautiful condo and the location is amazing. The balcony overlooking the ocean was wonderful. Everything you need is there to enjoy a restful vacation. The owners were always very responsive to our questions. We would love to return there next year.

Hi Jeff & Jill: Just got home from my one week vacation & wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had at your condo. I have stayed many different places @ Hampton Beach over the years & this was the nicest by far. Not only was it very clean but it was nicely decorated, very well stocked and the location was perfect ( not to mention the weather which was also perfect ). Looking forward to spending another great vaca there. - The Perfect Get-A-Way !

I absolutely loved the location of the condo, right across the street from the beach, from sitting on the balcony to read a book or watch the incredible fireworks,. Definitely will be back next year.

had a wonderful stay with my mom and sister we loved it! the view was so nice. it was so nice to be able to watch the sunrise from the balcony. Bed was very comfortable, the condo was really clean. Would defiantly come back! Had a great time! thank you! Kim Sims

Great location! Nice, clean unit. Great view. Everything is in walking distance. Maybe it is just this year but the street in front was closed to traffic so very safe and fun atmosphere.

Great condo and excellent location, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops with downtown Hampton and Seabrook a 10 minute drive. Would certainly plan for future stays.

Everything is so nice and clean! All new and upgraded appliances! Bed is super comfy and the view!!!!!!
