This was a great location. Very close to the beach and lots of options to eat close by. Everything is as pictured. We had the pool to our selves. The Marriott is across the street and we were able to grab taxis there when there were delays with uber. Renato was a great host and was always available for questions. It was overall a great experience and would highly recommend it.

This studio was perfect for me and my friends for an overnight stay. The following days it was just me and my boyfriend and enough space for us to enjoy. The oven view in the morning was beautiful. We were directly across for the beach and the rentals had unmbrellas, Chairs, boards and toys for children. Also provided was sunscreen and beach towels. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I will return to this exact unit again. It’s located on the atrip with restaurants, bars and 20 mins from old San Juan and the airport. This is a brand new (I was the first occupant) studio apartment with new everything. It is only one block from sandy beaches, one block from a CVS and a Walgreens, has transportation stops within one block, and numerous restaurants and bars up and down the street within easy walking distance. There are two full service grocery stores nearby - a SuperMax 1/2 mile and a WalMart 8/10 of a mile from the apartment. If you need a rental car, you can either get one at the airport when you come in or through the Marriott hotel located less than a block from the apartment. The apartment has 24/7 security through the security guard in the lobby, and controlled access through your small fob that beeps you in the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware for those who prefer to eat in the apartment. It has a 48" TV with cable, beach towels, ironing board, and internet in the apartment. Although there is also internet in the building's lobby, it is convenient to have it in the apartment so that it is constantly available to the renter without having to go downstairs. In addition to the large bed, there is a large couch that opens into a bed. Renato, the owner, speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so there are no communications issues. He responds immediately to questions through email, text, or phone and can provide suggestions on any aspect of sites to see and how to get there. He is very attentive, with his goal being to ensure the renter is happy with the apartment. As you can tell, I was very impressed with this rental property. It added to the fun and comfort of visiting Puerto Rico.

This home is maybe 3-5 minutes “walking” from the beach, also near lots of restaurants. Starbucks is right there too! Pretty much your in a great location. You can walk anywhere and get there in minutes. When we wanted to go further out like old San Juan, Uber is just a few bucks, so we ubered everywhere. To give you an idea I think the most “expensive”round trip we did was $18 bucks from this location. I really enjoyed staying here. Renato was awesome, checking in on us randomly to make sure we were doing ok. He also gave us recommendations on things to do and where to go. I’m really glad we stayed here. Beside the basics you expect to find in a home, he had an umbrella and chairs for the beach that we could use. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need and my favorite part..... the ac unit worked GREAT! We keep our home cold at night so when we travel we have a hard time sleeping because we can’t ever get the ac to our liking, not here, we felt at home.

This apartment was in a good location. It felt very secure at all hours. The beach was easy to get to and the chairs provided were great. Checking in was easy. Both beds were comfortable. We would definitely return.

The property was conveniently close to everything on Ashford. 24 hr door man was great. We rented the apartment for the full kitchen which was a disappointment. Not even a coffee pot or kettle. Lacking very basic necessities which negated the whole reason for renting this particular place.

The place is beautiful, very clean and perfect location in Ashford Ave. The building Condado Imperial is very nice. Close to everything... Renato, the owner, was very attentive and accessible for questions. LOVE THE PLACE!

Stayed 5 nights at this beautiful studio. Location was unbeatable - steps from many great restaurants and from the ocean. Balcony offers an ocean view during the day and great people watching at night. The room was clean, plenty of soft towels, comfy bed, Cable TV, pots, pans, fridge w/freezer - everything you need to feel at home. The air conditioning worked great when we were in the room. We turned it off when we went out for the day and came back to a room that stayed at a comfortable temperature even during the day with the AC off. The shower always had hot water available whenever we came in. The building has a beautiful lobby with a security guard 24/7. The building is very secure. The self laundry was very convenient. The host makes himself available if you need him. He's very responsive and even let us know about some activities, places to park in the tourist zone, and traffic spots. With this location you could stay without a car and see Condado and Ocean Park. A quick cab or Uber gets you to Old San Juan. I would do this spot again.

Renato was very easy to work with. He allowed us to drop our bags early and stay late at the pool. He responded to questions quickly and even left snacks and water for our arrival. The location is great for the beach, shopping and restaurants. I believe this has been the best VRBO I have stayed at yet.

Renato was amazing. He was always available and informative. My husband and I wanted a safe, clean, affordable and beautiful VRBO destination to celebrate our retirement. This definitely was the place. We would come here again. The restaurants were so close and the food was the best, but loved having a full kitchen if we didn't want to eat out. Place is near everything, lots of places to eat and have a good time. Only downside no parking on the building. Apt was clean and had all the basic necesites.

My wife and I traveled to Puerto Rico for our 20th Anniversary (her first time) for rest and recreation. From the moment we inquired about the property until checkout Renato made sure we were comfortable. The unit is very clean, has a comfortable king size bed and a well equipped kitchen. There are laundry facilities onsite, a small but functional fitness room and a nice pool. We used them all. The property is within a block or two of many good restaurants, there is a CVS and Walgreens nearby and a Fresh Market next door. The building is locked, entrance is through a key fob and there is 24 hour guard at desk, very safe. We had a very enjoyable time and are looking forward to coming back to this property next year.

I felt the location was beginning of everything. The view to the beach was great. Not to many Americans channels on the satellite tv, but the owner was very caring and helpful throughout our entire trip. I loved it. Can't wait until next year. We will be using the same location.

I absolutely loved this place. Renato was very helpful and easy to work with. I loved the that that this building is very unassuming when you first pull up to it. I also enjoyed the secured doors 24/7. At no time did we ever feel unsafe in this city while we were meandering about. The room was perfect for two people looking for a quick vacation retreat. We enjoyed all this city had to offer and the locals were great. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful and never lead us askew. This room is also centrally located near bars, shops, restaurants, beaches and casinos. As we looked around we could not believe how this wonderful country came together in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. There is virtually no evidence of destruction in San Juan. This place is a must and we will be staying at Renato’s place the next time we return!!!

Had a fantastic stay in Renato's studio. There was plenty of room and the location was ideal with easy beach access and many nearby restaurants. The building pool was a nice "end of day" bonus. Renato was a fabulous host - quick to answer all our questions and he had many great suggestions on dining options. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Great location on Ashford Ave, in the heart of everything you need. Restaurants, stores, bars are close by. Very easy to get an Uber. The safety of the building was nice and check in was great and simple.
